I have been eating at this canes since I started college 2 years ago. It's definitely my favorite one! Today I had my first issue with them, they put honey mustard instead of canes sauce. Because it makes the meal, I decided to drive back and get canes sauce. I told them my issue and said I would pay for the sauce if I needed to. Not only did they apologize and give me TWO sauces, they also gave me a card for a free box combo. I appreciate their professionalism. I will definitely remain loyal to this canes!

Being in Baton Rouge for 20+ years I remember the first time I saw a Raising Cane's and thought there was no way a shop that JUST sells chicken fingers would last. Well, I was incredibly wrong and good for Todd Graves.

As far as reviewing this chain, let's face it: they're fast food so things like food quality and decor and service should be Fair to Good at best.

Cane's has an excellent sauce, good quality chicken fingers, and the rest is just OK. The Texas toast is mediocre, their fries are flash-frozen heavily processed quality, and I don't like coleslaw anyway so I can't comment about that.

Cane's is surely good for a fast food and when there is a potluck the Cane's is usually the first food to run out.

My whole family loves Raising Cane's, and we always go at least once when we're visiting family in Louisiana. On this trip the lication on S. Sherwood was the most convenient, but I really don't like where this location is because the traffic on Sherwood where it's at is always horrible, and getting out onto S. Harrell's Ferry isn't the best either. Nonetheless, as always the food is fresh, and it's good, and the service is friendly and fast. Cane's definitely has consistency nailed in all of these areas.

Although it's packed on a gameday, they churning through customers like it was an assembly line. Food was pretty good. Comparable to zaxby's but probably better. Staff was really polite and helpful!

This is THE place. It's where it all started. Raising Cane's - now a highly successful franchise serving some of the best chicken strips in America. People crave their Cane's Sauce. It's like a special fry sauce that everyone loves. Somewhat pepper and creamy flavor. It's delicious. All meals come with Texas toast and crinkle fries; some include coleslaw.

Patricia is a very friendly cashier and knows our order. Only thing I found unsettling is seeing an employee's child camped out in a booth with a pillow and blanket, which customers could use instead of hanging around waiting for another table to open up.

This is where you get fried chicken in Louisiana. Anywhere else is a waste of your time. The chicken here is the most tender, moist chicken you ll find in a drive thru, the service is the best in the state (VASTLY better than Chik-Fil-A), it s a local chain (not a big box corporation), and this is the original location, so it s rad just because of that!

We love Raising Cane s for the food and the experience and I recommend waiting in line even if it s long. It s long for a reason, because this stuff is damn fine chicken! And damn fine service!

I absolutely love raising Cane's but after tonight I will not be back they had an employee whom I spoke with in a very respectful manner and the answer I received was very alerting she answered with a very disturbing tone of voice "what"?! I was stunned

Raising Cane's isn't just fast food but rather very good quality chicken dining done fast. The quality of the chicken fingers and the entire meal is always excellent. From the first meal back in the 90's to last week, always perfect.

The prices here are expensive. You'll get more for your money at Popeye's. Plus. I have had better chicken at other places. I just love Raising Cane's sweet tea and customer service though.

Came here for some authentic Cane's all the way from San Antonio. Food and service were amazing, as usual, but something makes it a little bit better being in the first one ever. Also, this place is a pokestop so another point for that.

Great staff and organized for the chaos that is gameday. They handled large crowds very well, got the food out quickly and maintained the cleanliness of the seating area during the rush. Very impressive.

I love Raising Cane's. This is the original location and I remember when it opened while I was in school at LSU. Best chicken fingers and Cane's sauce is awesome. If you want chicken fingers, you can't beat them.
