It was extremely hot, miserable actually. I was there first week of April and it was so unbelievably hot. I was watching my son play in a basketball tournament. As spectators we shouldn't of been miserable. I felt worse for the kids playing.

Judging from the last review, my expectations were not that high. However, as I am presently here watching my daughters VB tournament, it was a far cry from the last critical review regarding the poor ventilation, rude staff etc. As the saying goes..you can't please everyone... This particular sport's facility appears very well maintained and has ample seating for competing teams families. It is in a great location, and easy to find ,especially with Google Maps. Just be aware not merge back onto the freeway, as the parking lot is only a few hundred feet for from the on ramp. I could not find info on tournament entry fees on the website. But we paid 5 dollars per adult and kids 11 and under free, FYI. I wasn't thrilled about the 10 dollar parking, but that's not uncommon for these events. I parked easily off the curb by Calvary Chapel, it seems like a distance as you have to cross Knott. But it was an easy less than five minute walk.. Hope that helps!

Great facility.

Great facility.
We have been at all the warehouse style sports complexes in Orange County and Next Level is the best.
Good parking, clean facility, and the courts don't feel cramped. From the quality of the wood floors, to the baskets, to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, Next Level Rocks.

Keep up the good work.

Love the atmosphere and the workers there. Very nice and welcoming to new and returning members. Equipment there is up to date and always clean. Overall, NL is a great workout place with an open gym as well.

This place is DISGUSTING; it's MUGGY and SMELLS HORRIBLE. I've asked the attendants to open some doors for ventilation. I was told they will; 15 minutes past, nothing had been done. I called the number listed on the web site. I spoke to a young lady complained to her that it's muggy... she tells me that they can't open the doors because the alarm might go off and that she will work on putting more fans out. Needless to say, doors were not opened nor did I see more fans throughout the complex. WTH, I paid almost $50 for entrance for 2 days not including the $7 parking I paid the first day. For goodness sake open some doors. Mind you I was just a spectator, I can only imagine the HEAT the players were forced to endure.. THE WORST SPORTS COMPLEX!

I have played basketball here a few times because it is one of the nearest indoor courts in my area. There are plenty of courts to play on even when there are league games going on and the staff is friendly.

My family and I have been to Next Level Sports Complex a number of times both for pick up games and tournaments. We've enjoyed the staff owners and the modern facility every time Basketball courts are excellent and the indoor soccer rates high on my kids' list..!! This place is clean and well run... great snack bar and gym...the price for activities and location makes Next Level Sports Complex our favorite. Compared to the other pricey OC indoor sports places choose this one...5 STARS

I have been working out and playing basketball at NLSC for about half a year now and can attest to the professionalism of quality of the staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enroll in a athletic program.

This review is for basketball tournaments. The facility is just ok. They need more room in between courts. I'm guilty of this but I hate when a basketball game is in progress and you kids and parents walking on all sides of the court to get to their destination. Tournaments have become outrageously priced, $10 for parking and $12 to get in.

I only have one thing to say about this place and its that their soccer league for kids SUCKS! Its very unorganized, unprofessional and the refs have no knowledge of the rules or how to conduct a game...especially during finals. DO NOT SIGN UP YOUR CHILD IN THIS SOCCER LEAGUE!

The food is terrible and the health inspector has come many of times. The courts are dusty and haven t been cleaned in a minute. Once in a while you may see dead animals like rats and cockroaches on the court.

Clean indoor basketball courts. The Volitude adult league is one of the worst I've played in. They don't keep track of stats and players aren't required to wear jerseys so there's no way to know how many fouls each player has. Refs are also inexperienced and don't know the rules for the league.

Unbeknownst to me my team folder w/AAU cards, birth certificates, etc. fell out of my backpack, and I received a call from G (sorry, sure not spelling name right that was on message) informing. He instructed me on what to do, and I called back to talk to office on how to get binder back. I spoke to Michael Hartley, and not only did he provide a solution for me to get binder back by the weekend...he personally took to the UPS store on his way home, provided my phone number to manager, so I could provide payment for shipment. That is all around excellent service. THANK YOU very much both of you, and Michael thanks again for going out of your way.

Nice place but the high entrance price for basketball tournaments (just raised to $10 a head) PLUS $7 parking is a little steep, especially when you have to pay this double for a 2-day event. Seems like someone is really pulling in a lot of money, while instead I think this venue should view themselves as serving the community by providing a local youth sports facility instead of capitalizing on that need.

recently started playing in a bball league that my friends invited me to join and it happened to be here and i love playing here. when you first get to the lobby you see a normal gym with workout mateial, but once you walk to the courts you're guaranteed to smile with excitement. The people are nice and so are the refs that hold the games. give this place a shot

I Love the facility, the workers, and of course the teams. But it's too hot and humid inside. You should open the side doors and place a guard or an employee at the door so no one will sneak in. Also keep the fans blowing. Please consider. Thank You!
