Even though we get better chicken fingers in other restaurants, Cane's sauce makes the actual difference. Sauce goes with almost every thing available here, whether it be the regular potato fries or the mouth watering Texas toast. The only concern is the change in the amount of food. The size of the chicken fingers is literally half the size of what they were a couple of years ago. It's difficult, for someone who loves it, to go on with the transition.

Employees are always polite and helpful but I always have to ask them to cook the chicken crispy or it comes out not as brown as the pictures and is soggy after a few minutes!! And almost Everytime I eat there the next morning I have a upset stomach! Must be all the msg they soak the chicken in before they use it!!! Always ask them to cook it crispy or it's just not worth it!!!

Like Kellogg's Corn Flakes, this location is the original and still the best. It's the birthplace of Raising Canes and is frequented by students and staff of LSU as it's in walking distance of campus. The place is tiny, old, and decorated with all sorts of pictures. I love it!

Visited the ORIGINAL Raising Cane s location near the campus of LSU. Very busy location that is a madhouse on game days (so I hear). The 4 finger box with Texas toast and coleslaw is a steal at less than 8 bucks. Definitely worth a try...reminds you of Zaxby s with a twist. Oh! Have your Lyft or Uber driver tell you the story of how the original location came to be.

The original Canes. There's just something about it that keeps you coming back and the chicken just seems to be tastier at the original location. While the interior could use some renovating, that is what adds to the experience of eating here. Parking is limited but that is not an issue to the many hungry LSU students who come walking here for lunch and dinner. Always a must if you are a big Canes fan and in Baton Rouge.

Okay

I used to live in Louisiana.

Now I live in Jersey.

There are no Raising Cane's in Jersey.

I am an exponentially more unhappy person now.

... Cane's, please save us Yankees.

Raising Cane's is always my go to for a late evening snack or a mid day lunch, only thing is that it can become quite expensive if you're eating there everyday buying the caniac combo which is like 12 dollars total. You'd be spending between 70-100 dollars going there 3-5 times a week during lunch and dinner but ig the chicken is definitely worth it

Awesome

Manny late nights in college spent here. I have to give it to them, they make the best fast food checken strips in town. Chik-fil-a has the best chicken sandwiches, but I love Cane's strips. Another thing I should commend them on is I have yet to meet a grumpy worker at any Cane's restaurant which is kind of strange?

Amazing chicken, great employee's! Menu is simple straight and to the point. Could however have more sauce options, think barbeque would be great on cane's chicken! i'm pushy to see this chicken executed to the max. Please Mr.Graves add BBQ sauce to the menu!!

First time here, just moved down from Virginia. The food was good but what made it all even better were the people working here! Phenomenal customer service! Kind, polite, and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back.

I love Cane's chicken! All the locations I go to everyone is usually pretty cool. Although I wish they didn't make the employees say something stupid to you for a greeting at the drive through, it's a bit cringe worthy. :)

This location, situated in the middle of one of the most densely populated parts of Baton Rouge causes 30-45 minute traffic back ups. Which ever city official approved them to have a drive through here needs to be fired

The one that started it all. Raising Cane's has a simple menu featuring chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, toast, and a chicken finger sandwich. That's it, and they make it fast and delicious. I've probably eaten too many strips and too much slaw from Cane's, but I'm not ashamed to admit that I am a Caniac. The food at this particular location is just like it is at every other location, but it's the first location and that makes it special. One love!

Out of all Raising Cane's I've been to, this one is the worst. I avoided Cane's for years because of how greasy a couple of my meals had been from this location back in ~2006, and I've never been back to this one. Other Cane's seem to be great. Hopefully this one has improved.

The original Raising Cane's, what more is there to say? Probably the most consistent Cane's in terms of quality. Not too much or too little breading on the chicken. Only downside is way the store is set up makes getting into and out of the parking lot difficult during busy hours.

Chicken tastes delicious - same with the iced tea. I wish they offered a substitute (mashed potatoes?) instead of microwave-tasting bread. The biggest downside? The terrible tummy trouble the rest of the day after actually consuming the chicken. The risk is yours.
