Great place to go with kids. The food was very tasty and they had a great variety to chose from. The service was quick even though they were very busy. Fantastic atmosphere... I would recommend to go here to anyone who wants good food and a different atmosphere.

We are members of Rainforest Cafe for at least 3 years, we have taken my mother, sister, guests and we were very displeased with the food. My wife and I had 2 meals with steak and shrimp for $28.00 each and a visitor from Mexico City ate something else. The shrimp were no longer than the smallest finger in my hand. The meat was tough, and was not cooked according to the way we wanted. The largest portion was the mash potatoes and still had empty spaces on the plate. A person does not mind paying for what you eat, but this is not acceptable. The volcano did not work that day the only thing that out guest saw was fire coming from the top of the volcano. The waitress was very kind she was from the Ukraine, I think. This will probably be the last time we visit or take a guest to this restaurant.

My boys really enjoyed it and we had a great time. However the food was cold, bland, and my scallops were inedible. Very high prices for not great food. But it was fun so we would go back....just not to this location. Grapevine was much better. Also, take a pass on the dirt and worm pudding, it had a weird flavor and neither of my toddlers would eat it despite being chocolate and candy

All cool! The only thing that in the end we thought that the tip was already included in the bill, as usual they charge 25% or around, but when we left we were approached by the restaurant supervisor that why we had not left the waitress tip, that if He had treated us badly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, we told him that we thought he was already charged on the bill, that we didn't know, and the waitress was very friendly.
I HAD NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT THAT ALMOST YOU, ALMOST, MUST MAKE A TIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's so AWESOME my husband won me this pink monkey he's so cute. We had to wait for quite awhile but there is so much to do and see that time passes pretty quickly. Plus every 10-15 minutes the volcano erupts, and it thunders and rains. There are also these huge fish tanks with pretty saltwater fish in them. If you are ever in Galveston Texas you have to take the time to visit the Rainforest Cafe. Remember to call for a reservation at least a day ahead. That way your wait won't be too long. But even if you do have to wait it's TOTALLY worth it.

Thank you for such a good experience. My boyfriend took me out to eat for dinner Saturday night. Our waitress Camila was the best. And the biggest surprise of it all was my BF proposed to me at the restaurant. Food was great, even though I took my steak home and my bf was too excited about me saying yes that he threw the food in the trash lol but above all. Everything was great.

The family and I were very excited to come here. We came early in a weekday so there was not a long wait time. We ordered a sampler appetizer and it was the better tasting of all the food. My son ordered an a hamburger and asked for no cheese. When we got our food the waiter set down his plate and said oh looks like it has cheese he offered to take it back and remake but I scrapped it off. My husband ordered the coconut shrimp and asked for the pineapple dipping sauce that it come with. They brought him taco sauce. He asked agai if they had the pineapple dip and the waiter said sorry we are out. Not sure why they didn t say that the first time. Our total bill came out to be $135 and it was not worth it. Very poor customer service. Had to ask for refills. Sad we wasted our time and money here.

Food is over priced and tasted less satisfying than food off the dollar menu at any given fast food restaurant. Drinks are sugary and extremely over priced as well. Save your time and money, id rather eat a lunchable on the beach... at least ill get what I pay for.

Can you say "food poisoning". Went to this restaurant. My husband and I shared a plate. I got food poisoning. He ate the fried shrimp and I ate the shrimp and scallops. On top of that shrimp was burned and the staff was rude. If you love your family go someplace else

One of the places that is fun dinning with the kids. They love all the animals, and one weekends during afternoon and night they always have somthing festive going on in front of the restraunt. The service is very good, and the food it good as well. The gift shop is has reasonable prices, and the ride is so much fun especially during Halloween.

Completely horrible experience. First even though the restaurant was at only 40% occupancy my wife and I had to wait to be seated because two teenage girls ran past us in the store section to beat us to the hostess station. The teenage girls requested a table for 15 and the staff immediately went to work building this table out of 4 other tables. As plenty of regular tables sat free my wife and I waited as staff spent time on a group that wasn't even in the restaurant yet. After about 8 minutes at the hostess station my wife and I were seated. After another 10 minutes of waiting a manager comes over and asks if we've been helped. After telling her no she seemed aloof and not to concerned. So the wife and I waited another 5 or 6 minutes with no help we decided to leave, on the way out the manager couldn't understand why we were leaving and told us we should be more patient and someone was eventually going to help us. Being laundry select members we've never felt with this level of disrespect in one of Tillman's restaurants. Avoid going there at all costs.

Let me start by saying this place is not wallet friendly at all. Be prepared to spend. With that being said. Atmosphere was fun and lively, staff was friendly and the food was very tasty. Of course we had fun, isn't that what theme restaurants are about?

Loved the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. Had a great time, even while waiting for our table. It's pricey, but the food is good, and the experience is probably worth the extra price. Our kids love it, and we have a good time also.

This use to be a great place. But the staff sucks nowadays, my daughter's food was a tad spicy but to her it's hot and I let my waitress know and she's like well there's no seasonings on there's. Ooo I almost lost it.

It was incredibly hard to enjoy the rainforest cafe. It was very overwhelming with all the rainforest sounds in addition to music blaring over the speakers. It is just too much. You have to basically yell to carry a conversation.

Kids love this place, which is why we went. It's otherwise OK - aside from the occasional 'thunderstorm', it seemed like everyone was having a birthday. So...if you're eating a later dinner with young kids after a day at Palm Beach, this may not be the best place to end your day due to the almost constant noise (i.e. above normal ambient restaurant noise). The food was decent, and the selections were good. If you have kids and don't mind the noise, go wild.

Other than the food and price of the food it was good. The ride inside was cool. Just the food is over priced, and was not that good. And the mixed drinks was not good as we did not taste the alcohol in it at all, just tasted pinapple juice.

Friendly staff, good food, kids had fun on the river ride and in the restaurant. Only down side was that we called in the morning and made a reservation, but when we got there we were told we still had to wait in line with everyone else...why even offer reservations if you make us wait in line for a half hour anyway??? We asked multiple staff members to be sure, and they told us to wait in line.
