Lured us in with a coupon that says 100 tokens if purchased any large one topping pizza. Turned out the pizza was almost $27! That was the most expensive pizza I've ever had. It was a crowded Sunday afternoon. There were a lot of kids. The chuck e cheese is much bigger that the one in Cupertino. The place was mainly clean and well maintained. The floor could have used more cleaning. The staff was mostly polite. Machines were mostly working except one that did not work and ate our coin. The pizza was not bad. Overall, we all had fun, especially my kids. The only complaint I had was the unsanitary practice by one cashier whom handed me some drinking cups after handling cash. They should have placed cups on the counter and let customers get their own.

awful. pizza messed our stomaches up. the location is horrible. homeless asking for money in the parking lot. the place was actually very very clean inside. but even with that, my toddler still caught a nasty bug there :)

I haven't been to Chuck E cheese's in years. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. There were plenty of staff to field my questions and help me and my children with games and ticket issues. The ticket redemption line was long but moved fast. There were plenty of workers helping the kiddos make their prize selections. I was most impressed with the food. It used to be cracker crust pizza but now the pizza is thicker crust and lots of topping options. They even had wings, sandwiches and garlic breads with dips. All were pretty good. I liked the self service soda fountains, no more waiting for refills.
My only complaint is the lack of parking. It took us 15mins to battle for a parking spot in the small, run down lot. Please fix that part of the experience. It is quite frustrating.

Did a birthday party for my son's 3rd birthday and we absolutely loved it. The people in my party came in late and our hostess backed my start time so i would get the full 2 hr. The kids enjoyed it and the food surprisingly was really good. Service was fantastic, everything came out within minutes of ordering. Will definitely have another bday party here.

Great place to bring your kids when there's nothing planned for the day, they will love it. Ideal place to bring your family for any special occasion or event, moderate prices on food, salads, or tokens for gaming, many children's games to choose from, safe place to bring your family.

Way too loud for kids, adults can barely handle the noise. Otherwise, it's giant. I'd recommend other locations of the franchise where it's just overstimulating, not making your brain implode.

Love this Chuck-E-Cheese because it's two stories, has a bunch of little rides for small kids and almost everything is only one token per play. They really stepped up their menu too, their Pizza is crispy & delicious now. I have thrown several bday parties for my children there and they never disappoint. Plus you get reassurance knowing that they stamp you and your child's hand when you go in so they won't let your child out the front door without you. Only catch is if you're going late afternoon or on the weekend, it's hard to find parking

It is pretty cool still. I spent $140 and almost got enough tickets to get the biggest prize. I didn't order any pizza and it is not because of that rumour going around. The coin pusher games are fun but can get very addicting. They have a lot of other ticket type games as well as arcade style games. There are not too many people on weekdays in the early afternoon.
