I was able to exchange a incorrect game that was incorrectly shipped to me twice. Still having problems with getting the correct game from game stop.
Good store with great service but it feels a bit like a used car lot. The people always try to up sell you on preorders for new games. However because of this it's always easy to get your questions answered on upcoming deals
Tristen was working there today and was absolutely amazing. He knew so much about the games and was extremely respectful. Deserves whatever promotion options are available.
