We have been going for a massage for 3 years now, and we are always satisfied! The employees are super friendly! On the hairstyle side, it's also great! I recommend without hesitation !!
I just came from a hairstyle and it's only been 15min the clips fall and my assembly falls into ruin ... poor quality. In addition this is absolutely what I asked for I wanted a very natural look (styling lifted) and I had a ball set that does not hold. $ 60 for that is VERY annoying.
I booked a foot treatment with pedicure and massage.
The lady did my pedicure but not the massage. When I pointed it out to her, she just said that she did not have time to massage me. I told her that she should have told me from the beginning so that I could decide if I still wanted the service.
A lot of argument with this lady and with another at the counter to finally have a chick rebate of $ 5 on my care.
Very disappointed with the service and their values as traders.
Julia is the best! I made an appointment with her so that she corrected the mistakes of another hairdresser I saw in another salon and WOW I never would have thought it possible, my hair is more than gorgeous!

Horrible !!. I have a bad feeling of disappointment in connection with the elecrolysis service I had. I went to my hair to epilate my neck because my electrologist had his retirement. I went for qlq hairs (1 min). During the treatment I had the impression that the treatment was doing well and I decided to take one hour of treatment for my eyebrows. I paid in the $ 75. Believing that the treatment will have the same effect usually collected from my former electrologist! Terrible !! My hair has doubled in size. Other barely perceived hairs were torn off and became apparent. Finally!. I had an ordinary epilation with the forceps

My hair dresser was 1hr late and did not even apologize, not one word : or offer a water or something while I was waiting. Really disappointing experience unfortunately.
Asked for brown received red instead. Won't refund. Owner wants me to go back and get it fix. My hair doesn't even want to shampoo how dry it his. Worst place ever. Stay away. Your better off doing it yourself and save the money.

I really enjoyed my first experience at this place! The atmosphere is calm, it smells good, you immediately feel at ease. My hairdresser was Julie and she was very attentive. I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted and she recreated exactly that style :) I'm sure I'm going back!

I was looking for a hairdresser in my new area. Reading the reviews here, I discovered Julia. This morning, sweep, regrowth, cut and styling. Just wow! She was able to meet my expectations from our first meeting. Only good comments on my hair
I went for the first time for a Manicure Pedicure combo and I do not think I will go back, my nails are not to my taste and the pedicure is done very quickly, soaking the feet not even 5 minutes, we did not even leave my nails dried enough, which made that the varnish was already peeled off when I arrived home, the technician was nice, and gave me some advice, the clean place, but the quality of work was inadequate. I find it very unfortunate for a fair of your quality where the prices are still respectable.
The service and courtesy is good ... I went to see Jean the hairdresser 35 years of service! He scraped my ends off with a razor scissor and cost me $ 69! Plus tip! I had to go elsewhere to repair the tips and make me a new cut which cost me $ 80 but well done. The worst place to go I strongly advise against. Could I ever come back :-(

Great team. De Neuville coiffure offers hair cuts, manicure, make-up, massages and other esthetic services. Team is up to date on the latest trend and they can serve any age group. Down side is the cash only payment method and a tendency to try to upsale you a lot. Prices are on the up side too, but service is nice.

CASH ONLY. BRING YOUR MASK otherwise it's 2$/mask. I got here with a pretty nice smile and happy attitude to get my hair done but people are rude. Receptionist doesn't give any info on when you take your appointment. I used to love this place but my recent experience was trash. The hairdresser wasn't happy with having a client with long and thick hair so it was a pretty messy work and it was expensive (80$) and that was only for a really messed up fringe and bad layers. I needed a change and now I'm just filled with regret lol thanks a lot de Neuville
