Remember your parking space well else you might end up spending half an hour in searching for your car

In my opinion this is still the most distinguished afternoon tea in Dubai. The service is flawless and attentive, this food is excellent and the atmosphere noble and elegant.

I would definitely like to stay at Raffles , excellent staff very nice people good food and nice rooms.

Ready to come back again and again! A hotel you don't want to leave!

We are organizing conferences and events twice a year in Raffles Dubai, this time we had very nice experience and updating my previous review and rating 5*. Raffles Hotel deserves. :)

This was our second visit at Raffles Dubai and once again it exceeded all expectations. Everything about the hotel is fantastic but the staff make the hotel. Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I said it last year and will say it again. The NO word is not in the hotel vocabulary. As a famous actor said "I'll be back" just hope it's not too long.

What a nice place to relax. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Outstanding in every aspect. We arrived at the hotel after a long flight just expecting to leave our luggage until check in time and we were given a room straight away. Jay in the cafe was fantastic - so attentive to our needs.

My favorite destination for relaxation, either the hotel itself, spa .. the lobby for cup of coffee or dinner

Experienced Solo Dubai on our 10th Wedding Anniversary celebrations with friends and Kids.

Kids had an awesome time by live Pizza making with chef Jose and then having their own pizza on the table...

Wide list of wines and cocktails and the best cocktail is the Solo Matured Negroni which was prepared to right next to our table with smoke ..

Food was great and authentic Italian ... seafood risotto was cooked perfect and awesome in taste too..

Service was 7 star with very attentive team who understands perfectly what you need at that time..

Thanks Katherine, Claudio, Sharad and Chef Jose for making our anniversary celebration a memorable one by turning moments into memory..

Highly recommended for Italian delicacy..

Words cant describe how wonderfull was my vacation its almost heaven

Raffles hotel is a well known chain and that why I selected it. The location was ok and the room was excellent in terms of layout and furniture.
The downside of this hotel during my stay was the very bad room service where it it could take them more than 25 minutes and many calls to attend to your request and that was for a signature delux Room!! The view from the room was also not great into a construction site!

I was extremely satisfied with the service, appearance, comfort and hospitality of the hotel.

This is a conservative hotel (just like everything in Dubai). The location is very poor. Nothing walking distance or walking friendly. Everything at least a 15min drive. The only pros of this place is that the staff is highly attentive and very kind.

Raffles Dubai's location makes it accessible for the happening spots in Dubai. Walking distance to Metro and the adjacent shopping mall makes it more relevant.

many good things about this hotel, first it has a large room comparing to other hotel with desk and couch.
second there is mall attached to the hotel
and last thing the location of the hotel is very near to everything

We stay at 5 star hotels around the world and can say,without doubt, that Raffles Dubai has the best service we have ever received.

From reception to the club lounge and the superb breakfast every aspect of our stay was brilliant.

This is a beautiful and beautiful hotel from the beautiful Raffles chain of hotels

I recently heard about the newly launched afternoon tea at the iconic Raffles hotel and had to give it a try as their previous floral high tea had won a couple of awards and has been a favourite of many.

I combined this experience with a 60min spa and my day couldn t get any better, I felt absolutely relaxed and later on headed to try the afternoon tea in the lobby lounge. The new afternoon tea is called Treasures of Arabia and it has a good range of savoury and sweet snacks.

The chicken sandwich was great and so was the scone, they even had a falcon in the lobby to entertain the guests and you can go and take pictures and hold it on your hand.

This hotel has been there for a while and is clearly many people s favourite, the afternoon tea combined with the Spa is for 450DHS pp and you not only be full by the end but also completely relaxed.

If you are looking for a place to celebrate a occasion with simple treats and a fantastic afternoon tea experience, then this is the place to be.

I am regular in this hotel, one of the best, great staff, very lovely rooms, with the inner path to access WAFI mall, it is the perfect place. Highly recommended.
