The staff were very pleasant and nice and we probably had the nicest, warmest welcome in any hotel ever

The service and facilities at Raffles were impeccable throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was immaculate and the room was perfect. Every need we had was met.

Lovely design, tasty breakfast. The building is getting slightly old but it's definitely a luxurious hotel.

The pyramid shape is the same as pyramids. The experience was beautiful and it was a five-day course for lunch, for the hotel is a little and not suitable for the workers, especially Chef Mohamed at the top of the sophistication I recommend diversification of eating .. The last note of power was very beautiful and required level

Just the perfect hotel I have stayed in quite some time. Nice and responsive staff. They were responsive to whatever I requested them for. Nice, big and comfortable room with big balcony. Bathroom was a pleasing expect me every morning. Breakfast was elaborate where you could spend an hour to eat. Could not reach the pool but was told by colleagues that it was very nice too. Only turn off was the long check-in time. For the price, it paid off every cent.

The hotel has a specific charm. Elements of luxury without kitsch. All in half tones even black such as opal. Cold colors such as white and blue will not see. Prepare exclusively. There is no caviar for breakfast but the salmon is exceptional, smoked mackerel, tuna, etc. strawberry blueberry dragon fruit ... Nice to control the light conditioner curtains through iPod. The view from the room is amazing. Best hotel for me. Prices are appropriate.

excellent hotel ,with a very good staff ,excellent facilities ,i felt my stay like my home stay .the reception was excellent in welcoming ,it took only two minutes to finish the formalities ,also the check out was the same ,the room was very well organize ,the room surface was quick and perfect on time .the resturants in all the hotel was extremely good

Luxury hotel sums it up very well. It's value for money considering the service, decor and quality you receive.

This place is beautiful reminds me of the Luxor in Vegas. The pool is beautiful and the staff are warm and friendly. The gym is small but has everything you need. The waiters were accommodating when I wanted to add extra check etc to my salad which was delicious.

We had a wonderful 5 nights celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary which was a surprise trip for my husband. We stayed on the executive floor where the staff were fantastic, attentive and the canapes and high tea amazing. I would also like to mention the bar staff at the pool who were equally as wonderful - it was also my husbands birthday and they made a surprise fruit plate up for him with the words "Happy Birthday" on.it for him. The whole trip was fantastic

Amazing view of downtown. Close to the airport. Good for the price. Italian restaurant was on point. Mall downstairs really helped when our luggage was late.

Very excellent, there is attention to every detail, excellent furniture distribution, excellent sound insulation, lighting control and curtain with the latest technology, directly related to the Wafi market. One of the most beautiful options in Dubai.

We stayed at Raffles Dubai in June and from the time we arrived until we left we had the best stay at this fabulous hotel.
I arrived by taxi and as soon as I stepped out of the car, the wonderful level of service began.
Stephen (Steven) at the front desk organised an early check in, which was greatly appreciated.
He showed me to my room and explained how everything worked.
My friend arrived arrived a little later as she was on a different flight to me.
When she was shown to our room, she also said to me how impressed she was on arrival due to the welcoming shown by the staff.
The Room- 5 stars
We had a twin room. The size of the room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was perfect. We had a large balcony with great seating.
The housekeeping team did a fabulous job, They were friendly and excellent at their job. Our room was always spot on.
The Breakfast - 5 stars
Our favourite way to start the day.
The selection that was available was fabulous.
So much choice. We took our time choosing from an abundance of fabulous cheeses, cereals, cold cuts, to many different Arabic dishes, to Western dishes. Fresh fruit and juices, tea and coffee.
One morning the halloumi cheese was not on the selection and the head manager (apologies for not remembering his name) was talking to us about our breakfast. He then went and organised this dish to be made for us. We had many experiences like this during our stay and we were so impressed in how nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff.
All the staff at breakfast were exceptional. The service was so friendly. All the staff took great pride in their jobs and all were very friendly and helpful.
The Pool - 5 stars
What a great set up at the Pool. As soon as you arrive, the Pool attendants would come and organise the towels and the umbrellas for your set up. Once you sat down the bar team would come with a bucket of ice filled with cold water bottles and glasses of ice. This was a welcome addition whilst laying around the pool. The pool was a great set up with many different entry points and the wheelchair access/ sloped entry access was impressive for a gradual entry to the pool (perfect for non swimmers).
Nick was one of the bar staff that we had serving us during our stay and he was a credit to the hotel. Friendly and fast service.
Club Rooms - 5 star
We had afternoon tea here and also the canapes and drinks of an evening.
The drinks were served with excellent and friendly service.
The choice and quality of food was perfect.
Once again the team at the Club Lounge Rooms were great, with friendly service.
Overall
The concierge desk was a friendly wealth of information and nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is close to the MTR station and catching the trains and trams are a breeze in Dubai.
There is the Wafi Mall attached to the hotel so you can walk straight through to it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffles and this was our introduction to Dubai.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
All staff were professional and friendly. The pride they took in the hotel they worked for and represented was exceptional.
They were always there to help in anyway without being intrusive.
We were made to feel very welcome and will be returning to Raffles.
The training program that is used for this hotel and staff shines through as one that has been done with every attention to detail covered.

The location is very great .. At the same time you can get to the Wafi Mall from inside the hotel .. The Japanese restaurant (Momoa) Mtmawaz.

Not a bad place to have a few drinks. U can get better places in dubai.....
I am editing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars based on the Hotel management response, as Solitaire is managed by 3rd party company.

Relaxing, comfortable, friendly, accommodating, just lovely. This was our second stay, returning because we loved our time there the first time. This time we brought friends with us, who are now also fans of the hotel.

I attended a wedding party at this hotel and simply I can describe my experience as it is one of the best places in Dubai to host your events.

Beautiful hotel , exceptional Christmas decorations and the Sushi at TOMO floor 17 is fabulous, You can t find such Sushi in the GCC countries but at TOMO you feel as If you are in Tokyo Arigato TOMO , well done Raffles Dubai
