Location is a bit away, but the hotel rooms are great, the food is amazing.
Location is a bit away, but the hotel rooms are great, the food is amazing.
An older hotel but has modern amenities. Rooms were luxurious and comfy. A faint weird odour in the hallways probably coming from the carpets apart from that everything was great.
Amazing!!!
It was great, staying at Raffles Dubai with professional and friendly staff.I need to recommend this property to my colleagues and friends, thanks to Raffles Dubai.
Raffles hotel near Wafi Mall is a five star hotel. Had lunch today at Azure restaurant. Decent food and ambiance. Just like any other five star hotels in the city.

It is attached with WAFI mall
Beautiful hotel....nice infrastructure....great staff..
A beautiful hotel with a distinctive character .. The reception and room service as well as the restaurants are excellent .. The room was beautiful and elegant and looks great .. The breakfast is very delicious and varied
It is also conveniently located and Al Wafi Mall can be easily accessed from inside the hotel
I have been to several hotels in Dubai. But this is by far my favorite. The rooms are extra large, and there is a balcony.
Excellent service and amazing team. Feel very well taken care off. Highly recommended!
True luxury. (9th floor)
The whole hotel is setup in an Egyptian theme with the actual structure and surroundings in the shape of a pyramid.
The rooms are layed out and lit beautifully with the hint of Arabic/Egyptian designs and extremely beautiful.
Hotel rocks a big pool, a Japanese restaurant and two other, a bar and a club. If you want you can head to the gym the pool and the spa during the day to unwind and then hit the bar at night for some drinks and to smoke Shisha.
The international buffet breakfast is layed out pretty well and you should be able to find any sort of food you would desire really to start your morning. There are plenty of fresh juice, bacon and egg, omelettes, warm food, soups, great range of pastry and sweets and fruits.
The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and concierge is more than happy to help you go around or to offer tours etc.
The photos you'd see in my review are from a 9th floor Delux room and the foods are room service and the internal restaurant orders. Other than the high tea paid with extra 300 AED per day which includes breakfast, afternoon and evening snacks and hard drinks included. (at the time of writing this review Oct 2018)
Absolutely wonderful hotel, breakfast I have never seen in my life ... A room with two terraces, unfortunately we have experienced a sandstorm several times, so there was not so much view and we had to be closed, but luxury. I warmly recommend.
Very nice hotel
Perfect for events
Excellent service special thanks to room attendant giri when ever I come here I meet him I m feeling very happy I got one friend here thank u for your service giri
I really loved my stay here!! The concierge was super helpful and the lady Safi was nice when I needed recommendations. The massage package was good too.. I had direct access to the mall which was super cool. The breakfast was really nice and the Japanese restaurant at the top oh the VIEW!!!! Super like.
Wonderful hotel, great service from chef coetsee, and amazing food will recommend to anyone.
One of the best Japanese Resturant s is in raffles dubai . Those who wanna try Japanese food must go there . Highly recommended
Right place for a business lunch or casual coffee - Dr MENON
We chose Raffles as a stopover on our way home from Mauritius because we were coming in on a late flight and it was close to the airport. So glad we stayed here. Beautiful hotel where our every need was catered for to the highest standard. All staff we came across were welcoming and super efficient. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever experienced. Special thanks for cake in our room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Stayed in their suite, exceptional room and service. The Japanese restaurant is delicious and their shisha lounge the best
One of the best hotel stayed in...great service provided
Like everything else in Dubai very expensive! Neat clean! Staff not much of friendly!
This is an amazing hotel. The staff are amazing. They do everything possible to make you feel like you matter. The location is also great. It is close to the Burj and Dubai Mall, the Gold Souk and a short 30 minute drive away from the Marina. The hotel will set your entire trip up if you come unprepared like us. It s connected to the Wafi Mall which has lots of restaurants if you re stuck one night. Highly recommended!!
The hotel is very luxurious and the Pharaonic decor is very modern The breakfast is excellent but I felt the parking was like a maze. The indicative marks are very adequate but I don't know just a sense
The best hotel in Dubai because of the best service and staff.
Excellent local knowledge, friendly communication by staff...great professionalism.
Great stay at raffles...one of the best hotels...
Excellent interior
Good hotel but parking is an issue if u want to avoid valliet parking
It's so beautiful we sat in the lobby for tlafternoon tea it was so surreal
It was the most awesome luxury experience. My kids loved it so much, they didn't want to go back home. Absolutely heartwarming.
A whole new level of luxury. Very neat and clean rooms. Good sizes and services.
A nice Egyptian-themed hotel where you feel like a pharoah...
Amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond in creating a very comfortable experience. Loved the cafe in the lobby, amazing coffee, cheesecake and chocolate mousse! Kristy did a great job serving us!
Every thing is amazing in raffles hotel , thanks for all.
Amazing on all levels: the infrastructure is gorgeous the architecture, the gym , the pool ....everything is designed to make you feel in heavenly oasis . The service was beyond awesome anticipating all needs reactive kind friendly Just PERFECT . My stay of 23 days was just the most beautiful experience and as I just landed in the UAE for a new journey, I felt pampered treated like a queen . Special thank you to the amazing stuff in particular Giri , Thiha, Kevin, front desk and I can t name everyone . I will for sure come back
Eating very beautiful and sophisticated and very high Collet, I recommend it, for lovers of Moroccan food.
MP comfortable and old. But the cleanliness is excellent and the lobby is sweet
The rating is high with 5 stars. Certainly everyone was kind, the room was spacious and the lobby was clean, but there was no surprise or excitement, and it was normal. Since I came to Dubai, I think it would be better to choose a hotel that is more characteristic of location and scenery.
A wonderful hotel, the room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, the shower is great, the lighting, and the swimming pool is also recommended
Lovely hotel and amazing for business as it has all facilities you need!

Historical overview
Hotel lobby
The Raffles Hotel Dubai was built by the Wafi Group, a multi-activity commercial company headquartered in Dubai that has invested more than US $ 140 million in its first hotel project. The Wafi Group had signed an agreement for the Raffles Hotels and Resorts chain of hospitality, which is headquartered in Singapore, to manage and operate the hotel. This agreement marked the beginning of Raffles' entry into the Middle East and the expansion of its presence to 41 hotels in 35 destinations. [2]
Amazing interiors. Good conference rooms and food. I did not stay at the place, mostly attended meetings and trainings there.
Still impressive after all these years. Refined, 5-star luxury. A real oasis of calm in the centre of Dubai
Visiting after long time, commendable high tea option, relaxing spa. Remarkable and courteous staff will ensure we come back for sure. True hospitality..
What an incredible hotel , it deserves a 7 star, not just a minor 5 star for everything. Service, looks and restaurants.
Beautiful and elegant place and prices are appropriate
The valet parking is terrible. Have to wait more than 20 min to get the car.
Had a wonderful experience at the Iftar @ Raffles Dubai. The food was delicious and the chefs ready to assist with a smile on their face.
