Stayed in this hotel twice now. Every time i go to dubai i will always visit. Best hotel

Overall things were great. Impressive property and friendly staff. The Friday brunch was very nice and the spa/poolside staff were great.
Unfortunately our room was not ready upon check in at 4pm, despite prior email confirmation that we would arrive at 3. Also when we got into the room the minibar/refreshment area was completely empty.
Otherwise it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Very very nice. Great personal service, elegant rooms. Great value, I would definitely recommend this place

I would therefore like to commend and thank you personally for the efficiency and generosity of spirit shown by the entire staff at Raffles Dubai..For anybody who is going for the first time to Dubai, I would certainly give Raffles Dubai my highest recommendation.
Property like this and staff like this set standards in the hospitality industry.. keep up the good work guys !!!

Still Modern hotel since the day of opening feel like just open..
The room is more than big with beautiful balcony with Khalifa building views
The bed very comfortable to have a nice dream..
Well the bathroom is modern with bathtubs big one..love it..

Swimming pool is almost big but i didn't use it because of a little cold weather.

Nice bar at the lobby and also a nice Japanese restaurant at the roof of the hotel recommended to visit and enjoy.

The check-in and out was fantastic very kind staff after check-in they explained to me the every things till I arrived to the room.. I think his name is Remon from Egypt.

The breakfast was delicious.

Not far from the airport maybe just 10 minutes by car.
Also it's very close to Wafi mall.

Enjoy in Dubai where ever you stay..

Raffles Dubai is fantastic, definitely would come back if I could. They gave us a free upgrade to club lounge and the hotel breakfast was amazing. The in room dining was also really good unlike most hotels in the world! Plenty of relaxing spots at this hotel.

Gave me the room very late and keep lieing that room is ready but it was not and at the end there was a problem and not fixed

Beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful stay at their lovely Ambassador Suite with huge balcony offering nice surrounding views. The breakfast buffet was good but service needs more improvement.

Club lounge was nice too but small however the crew were so nice and friendly - welcome you with genuine smile and always ready to assist you.

Spa facilities is okay but upgrade is needed especially the gym - outdated and small.

We loved their swimming pool. Overall, our stay was good..

Great experience at a very good price. My partner and I visited on the weekend of 6th Sept and had a great time. We redeemed our entertainer voucher and purchased one each of the traditional afternoon tea and the floral afternoon tea experiences. We were very well looked after by Tracy, given very good suggestions (lychee and strawberry & mango tea comes highly recommended!) and had a great afternoon. We plan to visit again soon

***The Architecture Elevates the Experience***
Raffles is known for its architectural designs and it does not disappoint, even in Dubai, this building stands out from not only the pyramid shape, but also the attention to detail on the walls, pillars and interior patterns.

The staff are extremely helpful and quick to serve plus clear the tables. There are a few platter choices for afternoon tea and a standard range of teas/coffees. The food itself was nothing noteworthy for high end dining, but the venue itself is worth a visit; especially Christmas (see pictures).

This was our third time in eighteen months staying at the hotel and the quality of service has never altered. This is a well managed hotel where the customer is treated with the upmost kindness and consideration. This is mainly due to very well trained staff, who are also treated in the same manner by the management, which clearly shows by their keenness to please you.

It is not my first time at Raffles, but this visit was different and Thanks to my friend I got a view from one of the executive rooms. So beautifully spaced and designed to attract local and international crowds.

I attended a 6 hour Cardiology Symposium.
The even was great with great setup and a lunch served outdoors in nice weather in Dubai nowadays.

It was amazing visit during ramadan . I visited hotel to have iftar with my colleagues where I enjoyed . excellent service from their staffs ,overall experience was fantastic .

Nice hotel and stayed in 4 times.
3 of my first stays were excellent. But the fourth time I had really bad experience. I arrived in a bit early and I had requested early check-in if possible. They kept saying wait an hour so I did then wait another hour and I waited. After 4hours of waiting they came apologizing we only can give you the room at 3 pm.
You could have told me that when I reached in the morning and I would understand. At least I would have planned to go somewhere or grab a bite or whatever but to keep me waiting for 4 hours, that just very unacceptable.
Since then I never thought of booking with them again and I am advising whoever ask me not to stay with them.

It is always a plesure to go back to Raffela Dubai
One new thing I found which was amazing is the night club but I wish it had access to the hotel directly

I attended a conference here for a few days and had an awesome overall experience. The staff were very professional and the conference was very well organized. Great food as well and the location is very convenient to the airport. Rooms are spacious and I had a great view. Upon checkout I forgot something in the room and I called the hotel and they kept the item at concierge for me to come and get.

Top experience, thank you so much for taking care of us! Big applause for the staff!

Excellent hotel and such a peace full place felt like real Egypt pyramids ,due to new normal they follow all required precautions ,we felt safe and each one went above and beyond in term on service every one we met were smiling behind there mask we could only see that in there eyes .
i personally recommend this hotel and there afternoon tea at raffles saloon and best Italian food in Dubai from there solo restaurant.

Nice small mall with good variety of restaurants and entertainment for the kids (wall climbing). Design is unique sets you back to ancient Egypt.

Great Hotel & exceptional service. The most attentive, caring & genuine staff. The room had a great, unique layout with balcony.We stayed there for two nights which is memorable. My son lost his phone & Mr. Manu, Housekeeping Supervisor was so helpful that he & his team has found it from another floor & gave it back to us. Breakfast was really good & would like to mention Ms.Ashley in the restaurant who took good care of my son & made him comfortable as he was having mild fever. God Bless the entire team.
