Loved my stay. The front desk staff were amazing and helpful.

Tomo on the rooftop for sushi and a spectacular view. Excellent quality sashimi.

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. The location is very good. Near to the airport and the city centre. All the staff are amazing and they are very attention to details. We went to Solo restaurant twice in three days.Will definitely be back.

But the price is expensive

Overpriced, bad location, small rooms that are advertised incorrectly. I paid $550 a night for a small king bed room with a terrible view. When I booked the room, I was told it was an 800sqft room. It ended up being about 250sqft. This place is a joke. The staff are nice, however.

Simply the best hotel in Dubai, my absolute favourite spot. Service is like nothing is too much. Love this hotel I wish it was my home.

Nice hotel connected to mall, good rooms most of rooms have space for 3rd person to fit in if needed. Price also good.

Bouncers at the clubs behave like they own the place. Apart from that have fun at the club or enjoy the view at the terrace of the restaurant at the top of the piramid.

The staff are very friendly , this hotel though is a bit dull ... but occasionally nice to visit , the Japanese restaurant at top floor is really good for sushi lovers ..
also the health club they have is a great place for relaxing ... nothing much here , but good area to run away from the crowd

There is easy approach from Metro but helping with Google as well.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff and Managers. For people like me it is like home away from home. I always stay here for the last 5 years.

Its an old property but well loved by many. Great outlets especially Tomo. For business lunches and romantic dinners. Presidential suit is a bomb.

This is one of the most mesmerising hotels in the world . The entire structure, is that of a pyramid, invoking a sense of grandeur that is hard to find any where else . Also, the interiors are just exquisite , the suits are spacious and very well done . Have been visiting this hotel for weekend getaways and events like marriage, communion functions, and corporate trainings. If your a tourist in Dubai , definitely pass by ; if your a resident definitely stay over .

I loved to stay again and again in Raffles Dubai. A very Good views and delicious cocktails and tasty Italian food Solo restaurant. The staff was extremely polite and trying to make their best to please the Guests. Stylish and high class hotel.

A long time coming, but simply my favourite hotel in the world having been here a few times. Everything about the place is incredible - the architecture and design and staff combine wonderfully to create an unforgettable experience. I took my wife there and was lucky to get an upgrade to a suite, which had panoramic views of the city. The breakfast and wider food options are incredible. I'll always stay here when I'm in Dubai.

The hotel was lovely, but obviously, being Ramadan, food choices were a little limited. However, Crossroads saved us, but looks like it could do with a little makeover. The tables are not ideal for eating and a mix of sofas and better dining tables would improve the place - a little spruce up too.
That said, the breakfast dining area is lovely.
And the thing that really stood out for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they were all just amazing.
Loved the room as well!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and an amazing room with the view of the pool and Dubai sky line. The bathroom was amazing and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Only negative, the loud people in the hallway walking from the elevator in the early hours of the morning.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Centrally located between the DIFC and Diera. I had 5 coworkers stay here for two weeks and they enjoyed it. Liked the balcony in the rooms and the staff was accommodating to their needs.

Afternoon tea at Raffles is great and has great detail on the food. The food is delicious and the staff are very warming and tentative with a smile on their faces.

One of the best hotel I've ever visit, but the price is extremely high

Visited for breakfast buffet and it is one of the best we have had in the UAE. There have been bigger spreads but more of the selection tasted good here. Staff were attentive and accommodating as expected. Property is beautiful though views still better at the old creekside sheraton .129aed per head plus 20%discount for enbd card holders, it's the best value for money breakfast buffet so far that we have had in Dubai.

Top service, top accommodation, convenient location accessible to all main attractions and handy for quick trips to adjoining Wafi mall. Excellent spa, pool, afternoon tea, breakfast, concierge, club facilities including meeting room, check in and check out. The decor is opulent and tasteful. Lobby pots and plants are gorgeous, as is the lobby waterfall. Staff are amazing. I would visit again. Superb!
