Raffles and Fairmont Makati Review

Loved our stay here. Room is nice and clean, food is delicious, staff is very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a birthday treat! :)

Its nice to go on this hotel staff's are friendly and the room in raffles residence its like you are in your own home you can cook and really nice to relax...

Its good luxury place in Makati city of Metro Manila.

Had dinner (and a few drinks) with my classmates in Mistral.
Food was good just a little small on the serving size.
Bread was a bit tough, but to be fair i'm not sure how long it has been on the table because i was late for about 30 mins.
Service was excellent.
For the drinks, i got to try their French Sauvignon Negroni and i enjoyed it. Maybe they can use one big round/cube ice instead of the tiny cubed ones because it's a bit hot since outdoors on the 8th or 9th? floor of the building, and it only takes a few minutes for the ice to dilute the drink.
Would probably visit again.

Great drinks! Band substitutes volume for talent. Too loud to hold conversations when seated as far away from the stage.

We had so much fun celebrating our 8th year wedding anniv in this wonderful hotel. The facilities are all well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious and super comfy. What made this special aside from its 5star rate and quality is the service provided by the staff, they are all kind, attentive and make sure to treat there guests as vip's. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone! #stays july14-16..

Fantastic cocktails at Long bar, you got to try the Singapore sling wich is great! You couldn't ask for more of the staff who is so polite and happy. They offer a great happy hour deal between 17:00-20:00 daily. Perfect service and world class cocktails!

Staff are all but very accommodating. Some food great some good some okay some are flop. Very posh.

Really nice hotel in Makati.

Raffles is adjacent to Fairmont but it s more elegant, modern and the facilities are more upscale. It even has a special access and entrance to the executive suites and floors. Can t wait to go back.

Raffles also share with Fairmont the Spectrum restaurant which serves really superb buffet - both breakfast and dinner.

Simply the best hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. The Staff accommodated all of our wishes and desires. Exceptional facilities, very clean, outstanding wi-fi connectivity and speed throughout the whole building. We arrived earlier than anticipated, our room however was immediately made available for us plus they allowed us a late check out. The staff was very professional and friendly, the food selection and quality by far the best we've had in the Philippines. The room spacious.
We did not particularly like the Philippines, however Raffles made us want to stay a few more days. Why can't there be a Raffles in every city? Will avoid staying at other hotels when possible.

Pricey but good apartment living if you're staying long term.

The lobby is not spacious for a luxurious hotel, but it is classic and elegant. The suite is spacious and grand.

Had a conference here and was very impressed with business lounge and facilities provided - The staff were also very gracious in terms of assisting us with the event.

Great food and amazing rooftop bar with fantastic city views. It was a Michelin star guest chef that night so not sure about the regular menu.

Raffles is big on service and comfort. Everyone is chirpy, incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, from the staff at the check-in desk to the waitresses at the restaurant. To top it off the in-house butler will go above and beyond to make sure that every need is taken care of often without you even having to ask..

It was very nice to stay in Hotel Raffles Makati. The experience was superb. All the staff, from Concierges... to Security... to Restaurant Personnel, were very accommodating and approachable. We will visit the place again very soon.

Excellent Afternoon tea with 2 of each item. My wife and I very much enjoyed the Afternoon Tea.
Great location and a nice, albeit, small lobby lounge.
Friendly staff and great service.
Good value too. The food was also very nice. On a par with the Makati Shang ri La.
Thus far, of all the 5* hotels we have had Afternoon Tea in, The Raffles and Makati Shang are without doubt the best.
If I were to pick a winner, the Makati Shang because of its stunning lobby lounge setting.
Nevertheless, we will be back to Raffles, even though a can of Sprite costs 200 pesos hehe

Price might be way out there but the customer service is exceptional

Raffles is probably ther best place I've stayed in Manila. The concierge, at Raffles Residences, are highly professional... in particular, Marc & Lester!!! Long Bar is cozy, with different singers performing at night!!!

Great place, nice view. Shopping malls and restaurants are just around the hotel so this is the best place to enjoy Makati City life.

Venue in the lobby and coffee shops is very conducive both for working and casual meetings.

Mireio, French Restaurant- nice view & relaxing sitting at the 10th flr. (outdoor bar lounge). Exceptional service by Norlyn. The restaurant is also a great experienced.

One of the best hotels in Makati city, Manila. There is famous Mireiro restaurant, Libruary coffee and convenient access to surrounding places in famous Makati.

Raffles Makati is a luxury hotel featuring boutique full-service suites, private residence suites, and is connected to the Fairmont Makati property. I have had the pleasure of staying in both the hotel and residences suites at this Raffles property (and at the Fairmont) and can wholeheartedly say that this is the BEST hotel in Makati for either short-term or long-term stays.

The Junior Suite is tastefully styled with a touch of old-world classic charm with a modern touch. The room has a separate dining and living room area which is easy to use as a work / small meeting space. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. The 1BR & 2BR Residence Suites I stayed in are nicely decorated (albeit not as stunning as the hotel suites) and well-designed for longer-term stays. The large bathroom, full kitchen and in-suite laundry are essential for when I am staying on extended business trips. Internet connectivity is fast making it easy to connect remotely to my office.

Guests have access to both a private Raffles pool and to the Fairmont pool and fitness facilities. The Raffles pool area is like an oasis that I look forward to going to after a long day at work!

And while the rooms and facilities of this property are indeed top-notch, it is the amazing staff that makes this hotel exceptional! Everyone from the butlers, to the front desk staff, to hosts in the Writer's Bar, always greet you with a friendly smile and address you by name. Hostesses Kaye and Grace at the Writer's Bar always remember my tea and beverage preferences and are quick to offer me a cup of Earl Grey tea in the morning or a glass of Spicy Mango Chelada in the evening. Make sure you have high tea at least once during your stay! At Mireio, the hotel's French restaurant, hostess Meiji always welcomes me with a warm smile, greets me by name and brings me to my favourite table. Server Michael is always attentive and is quick to offer me a glass of freshly squeezed juice and to make suggestions based on my meal preferences. Amazing service!

I come to Manila quite often for business and my stays range from 5 to 15 days. Raffles is definitely my #1 choice. Whether staying in the hotel or residence suites, you simply cannot go wrong here. The staff truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have stayed at other nearby top-tier hotels but nothing compares to the charm and service of Raffles. And as much as I do miss home when I am traveling for work, I can't help but always look forward to my next stay at Raffles Makati.

Such a nice and cozy hotel. It happens not really often that i enter a hotel and say wow right from the beginning. The suits are beautiful, clean and silent and finally a master key next to the bed to switch of all the lights. The breakfast is really good. You must visit the roof top bar with the view over makati.. For me the best option to stay in Manila, and for sure now our hotel to be when we are coming back

We visited the rooftop bar Mistral and it was amazing due to the superb view of the sunset and the skyline at evening when it gets dark. Worth the money to enjoy your favorite drink and favorite people!

Amazingly located amidst malls food joints and Bristos , proerty is quiet , peaceful and cozy staff are so nice helpful and polite Definately wud luv 2 go back and stay longer next time..........

Awesome Sunday brunch at Spectrum. $100 is free flow Veuve champagne, Singapore Slings and an amazing food spread of seafood, roast pig and everything else you could want. Chill crowd, great service, good live music. Reservations recommended - you can make them by email.

Me and my husband a.k.a. gentle giant enjoyed our 4mnths stay in raffles residence from nov-march. We want to give thanks and compliments to a very helpful, polite and accomodating staffs from managers like Ms. Myra, front desk, spectrum staffs very friendly person and fast face Jhang Polido, to all the bellhops staffs, trusted room service, allert pool attendant And last but not the least to all the high respected aware securities. Salute to all of you even on ur k9 dogs :) Job well done! Just hoping that next time we'll get for 2 bfast :) Mabuhay!

They got a great bar on the 9th floor if you just need to chill and unwind after a hard day's work.
