Perfect place. It is not necessary to live here. Yes, here you can arrange a business and business meeting. Here you can celebrate a birthday and anniversary, very cozy and very comfortable. Great staff, great menu, everything for modern life, free wi-fi as well. In general, on all matters relating to life and business will help here.

Review based on double room on 6th floor. Room barely large enough for multiple day stay. Lack of draws and shelves for holding clothes. Rails and hangers in open area. Only just enough room to get round 2 sides of bed. The overall ambience is one of being dark both in the room and all access corridors. Felt like a mole in its run. Window view from room was into central atrium and overlooked the dining area at ground level. Didn't feel private with curtains open.Nowhere to store 2 cases in the room. Breakfast facilities adequate only. Reasonable selection of food. Everywhere was clean. Staff helpful and friendly enough. Didn't use hotel restaurant opting for local restaurants we think easy walking instead. Close to historic areas and also the main river. Noisy in room when party in dining area in the evening. Prompt response when safe developed an error and bathroom light failed. Decent bar area.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned on daily bases. The breakfast was tasty and offering several good stuff. We didn t have the possibility to enjoy sauna and gym due to our strange time but it s for sure a plus offering them. The position is ok, you can easily go to the center by foot.

Favorite hotel in St. Petersburg! The design of rooms in the style of "Crime and Punishment" Dostoevsky really liked. The hotel is large, the restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. Next to the foundry avenue at the intersection with Nevsky, the best schawarma in St. Petersburg. Of the minuses: far to the subway, underwear for 7 days of stay did not change even once, and it is terrible for a hotel of such a star ... once also at 7 in the morning the maid broke into the room without knocking, this also particularly irritated. But overall a great place)

Everything in the hotel is wonderful: location, concept, staff, unusual design of rooms, cleanliness, but super soft beds and pillows are not for people who are used to the rigidity of mattresses and pillows. If you have back problems, like mine, make a request at the time of booking to put a hard base under the mattress. Enjoy your holiday!

Good location, good pillows at the hotel. Breakfast, unlike other hotels of the chain, is poor.

The bed was literally the most amazing bed we have ever slept on meaning we didn't leave the hotel as much as we should have given we are in St. Petersburg. The room service and hotel staff were also terrific.

The rooms are very nice with historic texture and high ceilings. Not like the museum but st. St. Petersburg air-conditioned hotel orum would recommend

Put 4ku, because during an early departure, we forgot to cook lunch box, although in the evening we ordered it by a certain time. Of course at the reception they apologized and offered to wait 10 minutes, but why did we order from the evening? To sit out early in the morning for your flight while waiting for a sandwich? :)

Typical Radisson. There are rooms with a view to the inner closed courtyard, where breakfasts are held, but it is better to stay in rooms with windows to the outside.

A good hotel, but with an overly expensive restaurant menu, breakfast is 950 rubles, but there is a terrace there, you can have a good breakfast there. We got a small number for 6600, for some it could be a minus. In general, I liked the hotel, we will come again

Convenient location, from the metro station Chernyshevskaya 7 minutes walk, near the historic city center, but not battered, but classic, where tourists rarely get on their own. The hotel is small, the space is organized interestingly, the style is eclectic, there are Russian motifs, oriental, modern. We were there at the conference, so it's difficult to judge the numbers. Public space - reception, hall, conference room, restaurant - very comfortable, chamber, beautiful. Separately, it is worth noting the work of the staff - harmoniously, clearly, politely and imperceptibly. The food is delicious, fresh, coffee - break with a wide range of tea, coffee, pastries, fruits. Purely. The hall itself is small, chamber, the presentation equipment is working properly, everything is comfortable, solid comfortable furniture.

Funny hotel in the center. Design (possibly controversial) in the spirit of Dostoevsky, on all numbers quotations. Some rooms overlook the closed courtyard, at the bottom of which is a restaurant. The breakfasts are great! Fresh juices, a collection of leaf tea, omelets and waffles on request. Quiet and cozy.

I really want to love this hotel... But: standard rooms are very small, though bearable. Bathrooms are really uncomfortable: too small, one needs to squeeze yourself satisfying one s basic needs. However, if you had seen the old furniture in the Winter Palais and thought, it should not be in a size for adults, you can complete experimental part of your hypothesis in the hotel and get a Majestic Palais feeling:) Everyone really loves to be treated like a prince/princess, but not like one in the Shlisselburg s cell. Fun part: the sealing at the shower cell is wrongly assembled and dysfunctional (they did not fixed it)

It does not help to have a silver level in this hotel, one still gets a puppet room... in all other Radisson hotels the stuff knows your level before your arrival, but not here.

Nice business hotel got everything you need on your business trip

I will say right away an excellent hotel! Booked online, wrote that my wife and I were going to a wedding anniversary. We were given an improved room 609, in the evening we were in for a surprise in the form of fruit and sparkling wine. The location is excellent, to the Savior on Spilled Blood 10 minutes on foot, to Palace Square 20 minutes, Liteiny Bridge 5 minutes, divorce at 1.40. Excellent hamam, after walking around the city, that's what you need. Helpful staff, the hotel is at the level. We will definitely come back.

The second time with my wife we take - Business!
This time the feeling is that the room was not prepared! ?
The dust on the headboard could be collected like fluff, just like from the carpet! Forgot your bedspread?

One bathrobe and 2 towels is this a joke? Or an opportunity for a guest to think once again that you have forgotten something, pointing it out to you? (Judging by the reviews below, is it more of a tradition for you?).
The bed is ideal if the mattress is made stiffer .
The wires sticking out of the sockets under the plasma in the business room are very guys .

But there are also successes, the breakfasts are still superb, and now at last the glass wall from the bathtub is glued with prints! Thank you, it's much more comfortable going to the toilet than it was before. Hopefully next time it will be even better?

The most comfortable place, warm, friendly, and a place where you want to return again and again.

Rather disappointed in this hotel ! A majority of the bed rooms are based around an internal courtyard, with 2 glass lifts which travel between 1st floor & the 7th. The bedroom Windows face out towards the lifts, cannot be opened, air con only and are dark not well lit. The continental breakfast had a good choice and got food also on offer, although this was never that got, unless one ordered freshly cooked eggs. There is a small reception area with some seating, this leads into the bar area and another place to eat. There us nowhere to sit and read, which, when you occupy an inside room; you may prefer some light! The staff are very welcoming no issues with them. But no I would not use this hotel again. Apologies for the negative review; 3 nights is too long in an inside room.
