The best hotel in Szczecin. Friendly service, ok rooms and inexpensive prices. Very good location.

Elegant. Well organized. Clean. Warm water. Excellent wifi.

Great hotel. I will definitely stay here again for the next 160 times!

Also, I am pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel! In no white brown spots can be found. That's the way it has to be!

I recommend, professional service high standard, very good location (Szczecin Center) for this great kitchen, the possibility of renting conference rooms, organizing events, meetings makes this place also attractive for business. I would recommend.

The SPA zone does not exist, people in the pool cannot be full of swimming, the sauna is crowded, the reason is, among others, letting people in from outside. My note would have been much lower if it hadn't been for the restaurant food - RIDING !!! I tried the dumplings with crayfish, Beef Carpaccio and halibut fillet, probably. World Championship, but that's the only plus at this hotel.

This is one of the few places where you feel that the designer has tested and been in the interiors created.

Comfortable, quiet, fast net, Netflix (some German-speaking guest left his account on Smart TV), clean.

You have the impression of sleeping in the heart of some machinery and that because of the audible noise of ventilation. The lack of tilting windows bothered me a bit.

And now why one star is missing:

I was on saunas at BalticSpa in the 2nd floor hotel. A large place, a variety of saunas, a cabin with frost, a jacuzzi. However, the lack of nudity, the lack of enforcing the sauna culture offended me. Sitting on the boards with the body, sweaty clothes, feet, not washing before and after a place in the steam sauna ... it was very weak and common. This standard was kept by guests ...

Pleasant hotel room in the best location for the opera in the castle and the philharmonic hall; not to forget the EKZ Galaxy next door.
The service in the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, the breakfast is presented somewhat carelessly; Coffee from a large THERMAL CONTAINER; Juices not chilled, but tasty and fresh.

Breakfast was nothing peculiar as many here with top rate! Bathroom light defect, room has extremely smoked cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom !!! Do not rely only on the rating people pay!

Good city hotel. The rooms and the breakfast are recommended. All very friendly.

Stable building, makes a good impression. Beautiful colors, no blue, no brown. Everything looks colorful and cosmopolitan. Other houses should take an example.

We had a normal room on the sixth floor. Everything was clean and the service good. The pool in the basement is small but clean and you can swim a few laps. Practical is that you get there towel and key to a locker for free. The breakfast is rich and on request you immediately get your wish coffee drink or egg dish. We visited the hotel's renaissance restaurant, which was not bad, but on re-election we would go out to eat. The bar on the 11th floor has a great view of Szczecin, but unfortunately the cocktails were not worth their price despite happy hour. Overall a good but not exceptional visit. The hotel is very central.

At very short notice, I was able to book rooms for 160 persons. Top!

As you would expect from a large hotel chain: everything is there, very good quality, very good beds, very clean. We could park our bicycles in a locked room. Actually there was nothing to complain about, except for the fact that the staff in the breakfast room doesn't know that you have to cover both your mouth and your nose with a face mask. With the staff, the nose was almost always free. Please train properly.

Five friends and I stayed at the hotel last weekend. The team was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the rooms and the entire hotel were quiet and pleasant, we will be back.

Service unpleasant and does a grace when you need help. WiFi is, but after logging in only for one device. The bathroom has a bathtub - very cramped. You can not open the window in the room, there is air conditioning, but I do not like it.
Plus for breakfast - quite a lot of different dishes.
Generally, I was very disappointed because the standard in many three-star hotels is better.

The hotel is in a good location, old town and Co. are within walking distance. The food (breakfast) is good, both in selection and quality. There is a bar on the 11th floor with a good view.

The rooms are big enough and clean. Unfortunately, you can't open the windows, so you either sweat or lie in the air conditioning at night. The bed is big, but under the sheet is a kind of plastic mattress protector that makes noises all the time and is not very comfortable.

The free pool and sauna area are functional, but fully sufficient for a few hours of relaxation. You can get more in the adjacent Baltica Spa, for which you have to pay an extra entrance fee (39 zlotys for one day).

All in all the hotel is okay for a night or two, e.g. for a city break. I would plan longer stays elsewhere.

One of the best hotels I've been in, got all the facilities gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi mostly free with your stay. Staff are lovely. Book this hotel!

Hotel in an excellent location. In the very center of Szczecin. They have very good cakes in the patisserie. Perfect place for conferences.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend for our wedding anniversary and were surprised with a beautifully decorated room on arrival. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good, but not comparable to the one in Swinoujscie.

The staff seemed very sour, was by no means serviceminded.

Not too friendly / welcoming receptionists. Alo you can get locked out of your room untill you pay for damages if you spilled some water on the room's floor! And that's is annoying!! It's a rip-off
