Ate at The Morning Dish restaurant located within the Radisson Plaza. Food and service was superb! A class act!

Alicia, the concierge, was very helpful and courteous in setting up my reservations for rooms in an upcoming event an in May. I also met Liam, the customer relations manager, who was more than helpful in guiding me around the hotel to view its amenities and he answered many of my questions. I look forward to my stay at the Radisson and hope to meet these people again. The hotel looks wonderful.

Excellent facility, very clean, modern and good selection of restaurants within and nearby. Nice gym and pool as well. Rooms are very nice.

We just ate at Old Burdick's and the food was DELICIOUS. One of the best restaurants in Kalamazoo.

The Radisson Plaza is a very nice hotel. The room was great, the amenities and location were wonderful. My experience was matred because the hotel did not have a room ready for my wife and I at 4 (normal check-in is 4). Being out of town guests for a wedding at 5 pm, this was an issue and the hotel offered no solution, only appeased us with vouchers for breakfast and validated parking. Our room was finally ready at 5:45 pm, at with point the wedding ceremony was over.

This hotel is very nice. I didn't see a lot as I was there for the barbershop harmony society district convention, and it had a lot of rooms for us to use.

Hotel was just great. The room was spacious, clean, huge bed, nice view. The staff were very nice. Nice lounge and breakfast restaurant.

Catering was very good. Staff was friendly and professional.

The space is gorgeous and very accommodating. It was a wonderful evening

Visited Old Burdick's in the hotel building for some drinks and the had a good time. Service was good.

A really fine establishment. Good looking lobby and great room. The pool area was awesome. The view was decent for being in a downtown location. Would recommend the Radisson.

I always use this hotel for their bathrooms while I walk around downtown playing pokemon go. They are the cleanest bathrooms in town and the rest of the hotel is equally clean!

I attended a corporate party in one of the ball rooms. I had a great time, the food was delicious and the staff were professional and friendly. I would definitely return for a future event!

Every time I go to the Radison Plaza Hotel I am very pleased with the facility and staff.

The stay at the Radisson this weekend was wonderful. Everyone there was so helpful and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Location was convenient. The room was clean and ready for early check in. The stores and bar in the hotel were convenient.

WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. We came for the MAEA 2018 conference and our stay at this hotel was unpleasant from the beginning. Our conference started Thursday at 4pm. We arrived and tried checking in at 245pm so we could get settled in our room before things got started. Our room was not ready and this was the case for most conference attendees. And the staff was less than friendly. Day 2, our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. Day 3, house keeping was about to stop by but saw we were still in the room. We tried explaining we were about to leave but she never came back. We ran out of toilet paper and had to track down a second house keeper for a roll and kindly informed them that our room hadn't been to yet. By the time we got back to our room at 9pm no one had been to our room. We needed Kleenex and clean towels. When we went down to the front desk to speak with a manager we were informed that there is no night time manager in the building. Another conference attendee was at the desk as well complaining about similar problems. The employees didn't seem overly concerned or very willing to fix things.

Amazing place. I was here for a "welcome dinner" for a wedding. The place is clean and great staff.

Never been there don't really care for Nova Price place that's a Richie Rich people's place you got to be kidding me the Radisson the Radisson sucks their prices everything about the Radisson sucks and I would not recommend it to anybody

Clean, good view, comfortable bed and a good location. Everything you need when you stay in downtown Kalamazoo.

The staff around the Radisson is top-notch and makes me feel welcome every time I stay there!

Excellent concierge that tipped us to a local eatery before a concert at Bells as well as providing great service

Had an excellent time at the Seminar for NVREA in Kalamazoo. Don't forget to park in the adjoining parking deck that walks across to the second floor of the Hotel and to also get your parking ticket stamped...

Nice hotel within walking distance of almost every downtown restaurant, bar, and shop.

Really cool spot to be right downtown. With tons people hanging around the street stores.

The outside doesn't fit the look of downtown, but staff is always courteous and professional

Too busy to care ! Booked a hot tub room that was 381.00 for a night away , which we haven't had in 15 yrs because of our special needs kids. Hot tub ended up full of chemicals and then the Jets sprayed out pubic hair and other particles into the tub , then the motor quit !! We got to spend 2 hrs of our time with a man from housekeeping ( he was a great guy ) but as our 24 he time span ticks down they only comp us with free 15 breakfast and 100 off ! Then to find out someone had decide to put semen on our bathroom door. They didn't approach us or even offer to move us until I went downstairs to ask why we had to deal with everything. After going downstairs they offer us a new room " of course no hot tub" and said it should be better, but please note that our room was inspected like every room so who knows if it's was. As we were told they rushed threw because of the overload of people here tonight , so it wasn't a shock. So if you want to get a budget inn " without the budget" type hotel please go ahead , get a chemical burn from the over load of bleach in the hot tub and have fun looking at the semen doors and all the pubic hairs. Your in for a special treat . Photos are included!!

The location of the radison is right in the center of Kalamazoo. Prefect for a weekend event. Great place to stay

This hotel is very glamorous. The interior is decorated nicely and the staff are very friendly. I also like how many restaurants there are. It gives the hotel more variety.

Room was very nice. I wasn't notified about the additional charge for parking until after the fact, and I likely would have parked elsewhere had I known I'd be charged. Aside from that, no complaints.

I was at the Radisson Plaza Hotel just passing some time and waiting to be picked up by a friend. I hung out at the Starbucks inside, and then spent a few minutes in the lobby until my ride arrived. I appreciated the plethra of outlets available to use, especially since I spent the majority of the time on my phone. There's many places to sit and wait for a ride or whatever you may need to wait for.

Visited for a conference, enjoyed the veggie options for lunch.

I have always had amazing experiences at the Radisson. Stayed there my wedding night and my original suite was unavailable due to either work being done or another event. They endrd up upgrading me to a huge room which wss perfect for getting ready! Also attended a gala and the service was excellent! Great drinks, food, and ambiance. The salon Blush is also terrific!

Fantastic property, clean rooms. Bathroom was a bit dated, but it didn't take much away from their stay. Close to lots of good brews and eats, and the hotel bar has very reasonable drink prices and good food. They are also open late, great place to end a night of brewery tours.

The bell hop was very quick and with helping me get all my stuff upstairs.

Good was good and no complaints about the service. It was a nice meal out without the kids.

Simply beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was nice and all the staff was beyond friendly. Beds were comfy. Not an otherwise extraordinary room but the building is like a little village with restaurants, entertainment, shopping, etc. You can carry your alcoholic beverages from the restaurants around the whole building which is awesome!

Ive stayed at the Radisson a few times and each time we were able to get a good deal and had a great room. I also love that there are so many accommodations right at the hotel. From Starbucks to Burdicks bar and grill.

Very nice atmosphere when you walk into the hotel. Room was a bit small and not the best in regards to view and aesthetics.

Expensive for what you get but worth the price for the location. We are usually going to a show at the Kalamazoo State Theater when we stay here, which is about 3-4 blocks anyway. So again worth the expense so we do not have to drive after.

Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Bed is clean and comfortable with good pillows.
