Radisson Hotel & Oneida Casino Review

The room was comfortable, but the decor was a bit dated. They could do with some lamps that added electrical sockets, as there were few that were easily accessed.

Filthy place, place hasn't been clean in a while, sewage water leaking through cealing of room 261

We were charged for things we shouldn't have been and some of the rooms were not clean.

Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed it. The rooms were amazing even though they are doing renovation. And the casino that is attached to it has REALLY LOOSE SLOTS.

Visited for a wedding, very clean, the staff was professional, and the room was a nice size. Drinks were incredibly overpriced, however.

Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. Asked for a 2 room suit, but forgot to ask for a room built before the 90 s. Very dirty I had to clean hair off the bathroom floor and shower wall. Pull out couch looked like it came from a party house at the University of Madison. Also the room smelled, had to run the air conditioner. Small pool.

Beautiful conference center literally across the street from the airport. And the Oneida Casino is right next door. I was excited the casino was open but with social distancing restrictions due to covid-19.

Ach, drunks, gambling addicts, people who don't watch their 8-year-olds swimming because they need to drink.

Hotel was nice. Furniture is looking a bit beat up so the place is starting to show some age. Way too cold in the hallways!

I've been to several work-related events here, and it has always worked out well. There are spaces available in a variety of sizes suitable for many different types of gatherings.

Room very warm. Old food in carpet in room. Maids extremely noisy. Didn't get to sleep in with their noisy chatter for my 2 days stay.

Good service, only problem is that the Starbucks inside has weird hours

It was ok! Mind u it was our Anniversary and 1st room they put us in was not clean so we went back down to guest services and they apologized and upgraded us. So I mean everything beyond that was good.

I attended a wedding at the Radisson and had a great time! Our waitress was very friendly and kind! The bar tenders were also very pleasant.

Good price. Not friendly at check in. Beds uncomfortable hard pillows very stiff. Breakfast was standard sue the waitress was very friendly. Other guest kinda low class out of towners management asked them to sit down and be quite.

I was there for a wedding and IT was beautiful. The dinner was served promptly and IT was very good. The Staffordshire was very Friends.

I'm not sure, except, I usually win, at least of lately

The hotel was very accommodating with giving a group of us rides to and from our training sessions which is why they got the 2 stars..the reason for for only the two stars was because when I got to my room Tuesday the floor had hair, crumbs, stains and debris throughout. I left a note on my bed asking for it to please be cleaned and the next evening when I got back my bed had been made and the note was moved on top of my now made bed however the floor was not touched. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Will not stay here again.

We were there to take pictures for my daughter's prom.

Expected more from a radison hotel. No complimentary breakfast. Rooms are clean but appear old.

The walls are so thin, we could hear our neighbors having sex, like they were in the same room, and the were shaking our headboard. Ridiculous.

Hotel and staff were very nice and helpful, especially at the Starbucks.

The accommodations were fine. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. No safe in the room, which was odd considering it's attached to a casino.

Horrific customer service! Additionally, the facility is dated and needs renovating.

Stayed in a suite. Everything was nice only didn't have a mico-wave or a safe in the room. And machines were tight.

Very nice place I was a little upset that we actually ran out of toilet paper other than that it was a nice place to stay

Its under massive construction right now. They gave me a handicap room and I am not in a wheelchair. They have taken all the carpeting out of the rooms and put in some type of fabricated wood. My clock was not bright enough to see and the channel button on my remote didn't work.

Decent hotel, but not the average Radisson experience I've seen before. Close to most places for the wedding and attractions we were in town for.

Great location next to the airport. Room was clean and spacious. Cool little bar down in the lobby. Didn't eat there but drinks were great. Connected to a casino, if that's your thing.

No complaint on the room it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is I didn't win millions at the casino! Haha!

I had dinner at the Pinetree Resteraunt. The food was great and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend!

Average room. Great happy hour! Starbucks closes at noon. Looooooooooonnnnnnnng wait for front desk. Phones should have a speaker or wireless option of wait is going to be long.

A place that truly has it all! With clean rooms, an extensive variety of on-site restaurant options with very late hours, banquet halls, professional meeting areas, and two onsite casinos, what more can someone ask for?

The smell of the paint in our room was the worst thing that you couldn't stand.

They had a conference scheduled by anti Islamic conspiracy theorists but they did the right thing and cancelled it once they found what group was really about.

Everything was OK except one specific issue. The hotel is trying to charge me a room cleaning fee for having my service dog in the room. Hotel pet policies do not apply to service animals, yet this is not something this hotel staff seems to understand. I receive a very rude and threatening call from hotel security. And as of today, they've attempted to charge by card three times for the amount of $250.

Just a quick stay to sleep after a wedding. Didn't spend much time there.

It was a nice suite, but there was an odd odor in the bathroom... not bad, just odd. Otherwise it would've gotten five stars

One of the smaller food place were not organized. It took over 20 minutes to get a small 6 inch pizza. Friends never got their lunch while others behind them did. Will never eat at this place again. Very poor management and very poor customer service. When you know you have over 400 people that need to eat lunch it's best that you get a plan in place or everyone will be eating elsewhere.

Rooms were very clean, friendly staff, water temperature in shower was not the best however but warm enough to stand it. We told the front desk and they ensured us they will look into it.

Place was very nice and clean. Atmosphere was pleasant. Casino being attached was awesome. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great but the room amenities was horrible. Fan or light squealed the whole night. Sound like God Damn dolphins sex! Bathroom shower curtain also dingy! Beds nice, late check out (2pm)also nice.

Our room was clean and we didn't have any complications except our sink didn't drain properly. The hotel decor is a bit outdated but it still has a lot to offer. All staff were very friendly. I was a a bit disappointed with the casino. The bar was a bit dingy and there were several fruit flies. I must've misread the online info because I thought the casino provided several restaurants. Several of them were set up like a food court and didn't seem appetizing. The coffee bar in the hotel was fantastic and the pool/hot tub was were very clean. Overall it was a nice stay but I'd def go for a hotel near the stadium and busier side of town.
