Radisson Hotel & Oneida Casino Review

Excellent service. All we could have asked for was all on site. From the bars, to the restaurants, the casino. Amazing stay. We'll always be staying here.

wasn't a pleasant experience. Toilet paper on floor, pubic hair on tub. we had to shower in another room because of bathroom. had to hold down toilet lever for 8 seconds to work. 2 flat tires on luggage cart. very dissatisfied. pool area was decent. DON'T stay in room 202!

The room was clean and we were checked in quite quickly. Parking is readily available. The bar was understaffed and we were told that even though they had drinks featured on their menu, the hotel did not keep the ingredients in hand. Overall not bad.

Most comfortable bed we have had in a hotel....very clean facility...friendly staff always willing to help. Absolutely would stay there again.

Three star at best. This hotel is badly in need of a remodel. Everything is dirty and beat up; everything from the floors, carpet, trim work to the broke down elevator. If you are going to spend all your time in the Casino I guess it is ok but I would not suggest staying here. Find a newer, more upkept hotel by the stadium.

Everytime i visted Oneida i stayed there and always had a good rest. NO matter how late i stayed out. And the staff is always friendly. And its clean

Met a friend for a drink in the bar off of main lobby, I cannot remember it..started with a P. Nice bar set up and decor, very clean and a good selection of liquor, beer especially local beer and wines which was a plus. However the things I didn't like was the Dj, who never spoke a word so until leaving I was unaware he was there and the music was way too loud for way too little of a crowd. Also, the bartender wasn't the friendliest person to be in customer service, but what eeked me the most is be told I couldn't vape there..are you kidding me!

Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was nice and has plenty of amenities. The only complaint I have is the bed sucked.

Hotel and accommodations always great. I stay here monthly and enjoy the location, staff and amenities. The restaurant near the lobby was less than a positive experience with very high prices and low quality food. Plenty of other dining options elsewhere.

If you need a convention center - go here. They are the best! Clean hotel, friendly & efficient staff, delicious food, easy to work with. I can't say enough nice things about them. We were very pleased.

Very nice. Was under construction for renovations while I was there but didnt create any negative impact on the day to day. Huge facility attached to Oneida casino.

Great room prices for the amenities. Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Great cabin like pool area. Attached to the Onieda Casino which is great. Large conference/banquet hall. Has a small coffee shop, the main hotel restaurant, as well as an additional bar and grill. Not to mention to food options in the casino. A one stop destination, everything you need for a getaway.

My name is Kaneka On July 3rd I got a room at the Radisson hotel and casino for my birthday on the 4th and during my stay there I notice a flash coming from my window around 4am so when my husband and I went outside we caught 2 of them walking from my window and sit on the curb so as I walk pass I notice that the female was the same female that asked me for a cigarette at CVS on Mason a military earlier so at this point I was really concerned and went to hotel lobby and asked for help and the receptionist said that she would call security and I said ok I'm going back Outside where they are so they don't get away After 20 minutes of waiting on security the male approach My husband and ask if we had a car so that we can give A jump we told him we don't do Jumps then he acts how can he get to the front Entrance of the casino so his friend can help him so I asked did he have a room and he said yes so I said you should know how to get to the front entrance and then my husband told him to follow the directions on the walls then he the perpetrator walked into the hotel and tell his girl to come on so then we went in 10 seconds behind them and they disappeared receptionists at the front desk were talking to one another and let them walk right past them now we don't know where they are and we need help to find them because they have video of me my privacy has been violated my safety at the hotel Radisson has been violated casino security showed up 5 minutes after the 2 perpetrators disappear then approached us and asked if we called about 2 people sleeping in the hallway Radisson did not help At all my safety my privacy has been violated they were never concerned about what took place at their establishment please help me find these people Onidea police were called and the investigation is open

Stayed again and this place sucks.

This was probably my best stay here so far. They are finally finishing the renovations so the entryway is pretty impressive. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet filled my belly. And I enjoyed the bar for dinner and drinks.

Location was wonderful and the casino was excellent. The room was nice but really dirty (lots of old dried food inside the concierge book, someone else's socks laying on the floor). Check in was excruciatingly slow, but most of the staff we dealt with were wonderful. Extra star given for great pool and pool hours!

Hotal and conference center were really nice! However, out room was not very clean when we got there.

Comfortable and accommodating from the moment we got there until we left.

Stopped in to the connected to grab tickets for a bingo evening. People were friendly and able to help me find what I needed.

It s an older, well-worn facility, but I ve certainly been in worse. Room 1501 issues: dust on furniture, lumpy comforter & sloppy-made, hairs in shower & on floor, urine-yellow stains on shower curtain, dirty fingerprints on tv-stand, sticky-red on fridge rails, filthy fingerprints inside windows. Beds are bleachy-smelling, so that s a relief. The center, itself, appears clean, great food @ the restaurant but expensive, easy to maneuver & very friendly staff. I ve taken pics, but no option to upload here.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful with learning about places to go to learn about Native cultures in this area!

Everything is pretty old. Rooms are nice enough, but could be updated a bit. Especially the bathrooms.

Stayed at this conference for a work event. The hotel was very clean but like a maze the first time staying. Would reccomend to anyone that is thinking of staying here.

Lovely, and very beautiful Facility...! My kids enjoyed the pool area while the wife and I love that the casino is right down the hallway...! The Banquet and Conference Rooms are amazing and the best in the bay area hands down & hands UP...!

I came here for Easter Brunch, and it was the best I've ever had!

We stayed in the suite. It was pretty nice for the area and spacious. It even had a gas fireplace Downside... It smelled like gas when we walked into the room The hotel staff turned it off for us.. and things went back to normal.

The breakfast is amazing. So much fresh fruit and plenty of delicious options.

Everything was great. Only thing is the bathroom floor was dirty.

The room felted dirty, the beds were not made neatly and a cake of dust around the edging of the walls.

Local to the airport, super friendly & helpful staff.

The location and rooms were great. The fact that I walked through a smokey casino made it a little less pleasant. Service was excellent. Overall a good experience.

Undergoing renovations. Staff was super friendly putting up with all our questions. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Had both a hot tub and sauna. Ate at Lombardi's, had wings that were really good. Ate at the main restaurant. Burgers are huge and the chocolate mousse cake was awesome. Also had convention food too. All good except pies were possibly store bought. All in all, good experience.

Superb accommodations. Clean bathroom along with the rest of the room. Okay it needs help behind the furniture the television is on, but otherwise Nice. Cannot comment on the elevator as we only used the well used Grand Staircase to & from the 3rd floor. We skipped the casino & never heard any stray noise.
Yes some things could use a update and a bit more maintenance, but clean & friendly more than made up for any deficiency.
I've used other Green Bay sites that were costlier but no better really.
Clean, quiet, easy access from town, huge parking areas, Starbucks from 6am to noon, very spacious bathroom & shower, nice hallways devoid of odors, entrance doors with working card access heat/ac unit was not noisy, modern heat controls. If you don't need brand new everything it is a wonderful stay. I'll be returning.

I recently stayed at the Green Bay Radisson Hotel & Conference center for a friend's informal birthday celebration. Our stay was brief and although we didn't give them much opportunity to wow us with service I did find the room to be very clean and comfortable. The available on site restaurants and casino were our main draw for this short stay and didn't disappoint, all in all a pleasant experience and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, great restaurants.

We were in the Pine Tree restaurant this time and food and service was excellent. The atmosphere in the Pine Tree was cozier than in the conference center but as usual the food is good in either place.

Our room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable. The food served at the event we attended was good, except for the stuffing that more closely resembled porridge. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

We have been there a few times and will definitely back. Always a good time.

Noodle Bar is the best Pho and Asian cuisine in Green Bay! I LOVE IT!

Just passing through on business. Seems like a good value. Rooms are a little sparse but I guess I don't really care about that. Clean, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable.

Nicely decorated, well maintained. Stayed only one night after a family wedding in town.

Not good at all room was nasty not clean at all .We were moved to a different room were there was a work trunk in front of the window .That room was not the clean.

The Staff was awesome and the restaurant staff was better that going off site for food.

Cleanish rooms, thin walls, noisy but comfortable beds.

Room was not quiet with a fan constantly running in tow different areas.

Attended a co workers wedding here. The venue was clean, the staff was very nice, and the food was great. Would definitely recommend

A really nice hotel, the saltwater pool felt really good to swim and soak in. My only dislike is that there's no microwave, I dont know if it was just our room or if all rooms are like that.

Welcoming building, helpful staff assisted in finding the meeting I was going to. Clean facility, good parking. No problem at all.

Great place to have events or even art class events and then is the casino, food. Much fun!)

The hotel was nice but some of the workers weren't very professional!

The casino workers are very courteous. Some will help you with play strategies if you are new to the game. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The only complaint I had was that the bed was too soft. I could not fall asleep.
