Radisson Hotel & Oneida Casino Review

Horrible place to go when there is a snowfall. No snow removal to speak of,not even a snow blower to keep the side walks safe! Parking lot was a joke and they charged you for it.

The hotel is connected to the Oneida Casino. Its a pretty big hotel but is a bit dated, room feels like from the 90s. The lobby has a nice look and feel though and the staff is very friendly. They have a nice in door pool as well. Uber eats does not deliver to the location when I tried it, but Door Dash will - however most Door Dash vendors stop serving around 730-900 pm. Lastly it might have been my room but it had a pretty bad perfume smell, got used to it but initial wiff was horrible, could have been due to other guest.

Treated very well, there for Billy Joel concert and dined and went to casino

Well this is probably one of the last times I ll stay here. Pool and hot tub closed with no notification, room had no heat ,although they gave us a free room just not impressed anymore :(

For the price we paid had dust bunnies not real clean...wont stay at that motel again...and the casino sucks...only people that win are the ones maxing machines thats not right...won't come back to that casino either...

It was extremely loud, there were drunk people outside of my room all night. I was on the 3rd floor, near the elevator.
They allow smoking in the casino, so it was pretty stinky. The live music was nice. The bar was cool too.

Loved our room right across the hall from the elevator. Clean room, just what our family of four needed for weekend in Green Bay. Pool and hot tub were great! Staff were all friendly. Had a great time!

Radisson's policy of "We'll make it right or you don't pay- is NON-EXISTENT". Room was a little dirty, but, could have lived with that...it was when we came back from the casino late and tried to sleep that we realized that our room being next to the ice machine was a real problem. Every time it ran, it sounded like a semi-truck was driving through our room! The glass on my night stand even rattled. My husband was able to catch a few hours, but not me.
Yes, we could have packed up everything at 3 a.m. and demanded a new room, but I kept thinking I would get used to it and fall asleep- nope.
By dawn when we did go and complain about our horrible experience, we got no sympathy, no refund, only a "note in our file that we don't like being next to the ice machine". They did not care that we travel 1 x per month for "getaways and will NEVER stay at a Radisson again.

Great place for your events. Allows even the larger groups to keep all in the same area.

The employees were very nice and accommodating which made it a very welcoming atmosphere. But the room has many issues, the biggest one being that the wallpaper was peeling.

Packers fans beware. Hotel is connected to a dirty casino. I checked in this morning, heater is broke, room smells. Keep in mind I paid 260 dollars per night. The mechanic came and he couldn t fix the heater. I told him I ll bundle up tonight and deal with this tomorrow. Worst nightmare don t stay here !

Overall I am very happy with my stay. The only issue was that the AC unit in the room was not very proficient.

Front desk staff was very nice, but the rooms were sub par. Not anything bad, just nothing great. Bathtub faucet leaked a little which was an audible annoyance.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay this time. Every year my husbands company holds its Christmas party there. Not only were several of the room unclean, dried unine in showers, lube tubs left underbeds, the list goes on... The food service was lacking the banquet hall. Far cry from past years.

Plates in hallway at check in. Told staff 3x. Blamed room service. Check in attendant awesome. Love the package decent prices. Got better deal last month through Priceline than direct booking.

The front desk was very helpful with everything that I needed when checking in. The service at our functions was impeccable. The pool is very clean and great for people of all ages. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Like this place but you may want to wait on a visit till renovation is done. Btw. No hot water was a big let down.

Only visited the conference center but every year I've been there the workers are super nice and the selection of donuts and beverages were good

The facility is awesome and quite large. Seven dining areas and a casino in the hotel. The service has been spectacular.

Unfortunately, can't give 4 or 5 as over the past few years as I've attended many yearly events I've seen the decline in their food service & customer service during their events and no matter the feedback shared at/during the events it doesn't seem to change or get better sadly.

Love this place. My entire extended family books here every year for Christmas, and we enjoy using the large conference room and huge lobby area to do our annual Christmas nativity play!

Pretty disappointed in this hotel. I remember coming here and how nice it used to be. Not so much anywhere. There was blankets and sheets in the hallway, food containers, and a bag of garbage that wasnt removed until the next day. I dont recommend this hotel at all.

Very clean, felt welcomed, rooms were spotless, staff friendly as hell, pool, whirlpool, & sauna was great. Staff worked with me on having a late check out. Highly recommend this place. Purcell's Lounge was great, friendly bartender and waitstaff. Even the maintenance guy was super polite.

We had our work Christmas party here for nearly 800 people. The staff, food, and service was wonderful. The facility was clean and staff was friendly and efficient.

Thanks hotel rooms are beautiful! The restaurant in the hotel had horrible service and our food came out cold! Also, they failed to inform us on how the 25 for $25 worked.

Very nice hotel, the pool is big and so is the casino the room i got was in the newest part of the hotel and it was very nice with all modern appliances.

No complimentary breakfast but the rooms are spacious a bit bare but modern looking went for a work dinner stayed over night food was great service was good all in all a good experience

Great place to stay especially if you want to go to a smoking casino. You may want to know if they are hosting a large event as the parking will be scarce.

Very comfortable bed and right across the street from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Asked for help in getting to my room. Which was done right away.

We call the hotel when we arrived in Green Bay and was told our room would be ready at 2pm. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm and room was not ready. After a phone call to housekeeping, she upgraded us to an executive suite. The suite was dirty. There were moldy blueberries on the floor in the living area and the bathroom tub/shower had disgusting hair in it and on the ledge.

A friend had their wedding reception here. There was plenty of room for us and having the rooms nearby was convenient. There was a Packer game the next day so the rooms were expensive.

I thought that everything was above average. Not excellent.

Its the best hotel and everyone loves it. Theres a pool and excersizing stuff. Its just awesome to stay here.

Stayed overnight in the hotel. Room was very clean, quite and the bed was very comfortable. Connected to the casino so very convenient.

This was the host hotel for a wedding. Had a great night's sleep. However, we were quoted $109 and billed $150 - check your bill.

Beautiful hotel. However, check in time is 3. We were here at 4 and STILL had to wait till 5 to get our room. When they were cleaning our room...there was a glass on the floor by the door in the hallway. We just got back from dinner at 7 and glass is still there. So housekeeping needs to step it up a little

This is a great place to book for a casino night, a night after or before a flight.(it's right across the street) it is less then 10 minutes from Packer land area.

Excellent hotel, not too far from Green Bay and Lambeau Field.

Checked out the venues and the site was really open and friendly. All the employees were very helpful and I hope to visit again.

At a wedding, food was good. Hotel bar was fun. Oh, and casino.
