Radisson Hotel & Oneida Casino Review

The hotels event space was well design. Liked not having carpeting in the room. Interesting art.

Decent venue. Has oneida casino attached to it. Lunches good. Some of the meeting rooms very cold some warm. Heard mixed reviews on rooms... some nice and some rather in need of renewal...

Great location next to Airport. Friendly staff, nice room. Enclosed walk over to casino.

Love this place. Stay here often. Can play at casino, have a couple of martinis with friends and still have a comfortable nights stay. Clean rooms. Nice people.

Very knowledgeable and friendly check in staff! Also somehow we got lost going to our room. We asked a member of housekeeping staff. She was very friendly and helpful getting us on the right path to our room.

This place was where they held this year's Marine corps birthday ball and they did a wonderful job setting it up. They amenities are great and the casino is right there. Staff was very kind. The rooms are nice as well.

The hotel rooms were not very clean, especially the floors. It was obvious they had not vacuumed in quite a while. However, the hotel staff was responsive to our complaints and even upgraded us to a suite for the night.

The Three Clans room is a great place for an event.

Bed/room was comfy but they messed up our billing big time. We were there on business & had to go down to the desk at least 5 times during our 2 night stay to try to get it fixed. When we left it still wasn't right. Ultimately it got fixed but it was a big headache.

They close the bar early, the barteneders are terrible

Terrible customer service. Had a gift certificate for 3 free night stays. Called the number that was listed to book with a manager. No answer so I called the front desk to book. She said they had NO availability if booking with a gift certificate. Called the manager back and left a voicemail. Never received a call back.

I was here for a wedding and the food was just ok. I didn't mind my pot roast dinner but others I talked to pretty much hated their chicken parmigiana and pasta primavera. The dessert was also very mediocre and it was super hot in the banquet room as well. It was very humid outside so they definitely could have had the AC cranked more.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a good experience. The service is outstanding no matter what time of the day it is. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The wifi works well all over the facility. The food in the main restaurant is excellent and the service there is also very good. I'm not a gambler so the casino isn't a big draw for me, but there is a nice pool/hot tub area that is open 24 hours a day (except on weekends). You can easily drive to shopping areas and, of course, if you're flying into Green Bay, it's right across the street from the airport. I have no trouble at all giving this hotel a strong recommendation.

We were there for a large charity event. Banquet hall and facility was very nice. Food was good too.

Nice, big conference room, a decent casino and a great bar with outdoor area.

Clean, comfortable, nice place attached to the oneida main casino with several dining options. Poolside could be a little larger all though it was quiet. Pool area and water could be warmer especially the jacuzzi and pool which are small and shallow.

Remodeled room is nice. Your breakfast buffet is not worth $17 and you should inform people that your hotel is under massive construction.

Our stay was okay, but we were disappointed with how crazy the pool was. Our daughter is 16 months old and we waited to take her down to the pool until the morning of check out, hoping it would be calm as it was wild all night before. When we got down there there were a lot of people, which was fine, but they were all very wild and not paying attention to the fact that there were infants in the water (another family had a baby, too.) Twice in 20 minutes we had to ask an adult to give us space with our daughter. She almost got hit in the face with a ball. The pool is obviously not supervised by hotel management at all. Disappointing.

Went to attend a conference. Older property, Tons of parking. Got upcharged for a basic extension chords usage

Booked via Hotwire. Great 24hr pool, hot tub and sauna. Spacious bathrooms with nice stand-up shower. Lots of entrances to the hotel, and a tons of parking. Room was nice, clean, comfy beds and large fridge. Only complains was the AC was too close to one of the beds and blew directly on to me, but it wasn't a big issue. Draped a towel over the vent.

Its nothing special. Just your standard conf. Center.

Hotel is undergoing construction. Things are a bit outdated, but I'm sure that will change soon. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is huge.

Room wasn't clean, small pieces of paper all over the place. Looked like confetti. Paint splatter's in the bathroom floor..... housekeeping did come up and redone the floor. The ladies apologized for the mess and said that it wasn't even touched, as for the paint, management is pushing the company to finish construction job, some of the rooms are way worse.

Visited for a wedding. Staff were friendly and everything went off without a hitch.

Most hotels are close to $100.00-$125.00. Lower your price. Room was nice. Ice maker broke 2nd floor.

I stay at the Radisson Hotel Conference Center at Green Bay Airport and it is always a fantastic experience. It was always very helpful and it's a very clean organized hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there as often as I'm in the Green Bay area. Give it a try!

Rooms are numbered weird and a little hard to find, but the fact that it's connected to the casino is nice

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The front desk service was so helpful. The shuttle service was quick and easy to use. They also gave us tips of what places to visit. The bar had very well priced drinks and food! Good stay!

Very friendly staff, free airport shuttle, comfortable bed, great water pressure, and a number of good dining options in the building. Made for a wonderful business trip in a snow storm!

A little older looking, simple clean rooms and bathroom

Food was good at the restaurant but selection is pretty limited. Rooms here are average but you can usually find a deal on them on Hotwire.

The main Oneida Casino in Green Bay is located directly across the street from the Austin Straubel International Airport and is connected to the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. Both facilities are updated and welcoming. Casino - 2020 Airport Dr, Green Bay, WI 54313 in Brown County.

This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting family in Green Bay. Ricardo at the front desk is awesome! Very friendly and helpful!

Our company held a training seminar at the hotel. The experience was very good and the food provided fit the bill nicely.

Nice room, convenient location. Only down side is it was a 6minute walk from my room to the casino.

Everything was great, except for the wait at check-in. It is to be expected during a peak check-in such as 4pm on a Saturday. There were just a lot of people at that no time, no fault of the staff. The actual process of checking in went very quickly and smooth. If I had any criticism at all it would be a wish there was a shorter and more direct walk to the casino.

My husband stayed here over the weekend for a try out with the Green Bay Packers and experienced the worst service ever. His belonging was stolen from him from a hotel staff member all valuing over 3000 and reported it stolen once he made it back home Sunday night and only advice the lady at the front desk could give was to call lost in found. That s exactly what he did he left a message with Zach the guy that s over it and received a call back from him late Monday. Evening basically saying only thing he could do was to file a police report witch was odd because hotel policy u should at least look into the case. Today I called to speak to a manager about the situation and again I got the voicemail. I will say he called me back shortly after and I explain what was going on to him and he then told me he would get with head of security to roll cameras back , that s was around 12 this afternoon at 9:34 pm I received a phone call from Paul who stated he was head of security and proceeded to tell me he was only calling because he received a email stating no one had spoken with me. At this point I m livid because Now I feel like you are only contacting me because the person over you complained to you about it when I proceeded to ask him if I could speak to the person over him he proceeds to tell me he s security manager and it s nothing else he can do to help me. I wouldn t recommend this hotel to anyone it s clear the staff have no reguards for their customers we have filed a police report but at this point I would like to speak to the owner of this hotel regarding this issue the lack of disrespect that was shown to me and my husband is totally unacceptable But this is one issue we will not let slide .

The one worker had bad customer service but other than that it was an overall nice and welcoming stay. They have a nice pool/hot tub area.

Can't stand the smoke in the casino, and you have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant
