We stay at the Radisson every year for a week during a national tournament. We have been staying there every year since this tournament started being held in Branson which was years ago. We are always treated with great respect and every one is very courteous and helpful from making reservations and making sure we have what we will need to make our stay for the week comfortable. We have several families in our group that also stay at the Radisson and making reservations for a group has always been simple. The rooms are comfortable although they could use upgrading and put microwaves and refrigerators in all the rooms as most hotels have now days. Being a vacation area where most people spend more than a night and come with children these things would be most helpful economically and just for convenience. We always appreciate the Radisson staff in their efforts to make sure we have what we need.

I made our reservations for this years week stay but never received the confirmation email. Today I called to confirm that we had reservations and the lady (sounded older) whom I spoke with was short and even rude. I told her what our reservations should be for, (the girl who originally took the reservations was very kind in putting in our specific request, as they always do) as we normally stay in room 600 or a room on that end with 2 beds and need a refrigerator. I was told today by this woman that we'd just have to take what ever room was available when we arrived and ask at that time if a refrigerator was available. She couldn't tell what my reservations were for but would send the email. I told her kindly that every year our reservations were made for this room and a refrigerator and it was stated on the reservations. She said something about they couldn't do that and she was busy. When I ask her name she hung up on me. I'm glad this isn't the norm for personnel at the Radisson or we would be moving our group to another location. I still haven't received the email.

We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and even though we highly enjoyed our room, they charge you twice for everything. So pay close attention to your bank account, as they don t seem to mind this inconvenience. They will not release the funds back to you for 3-5 business days and don t mind what it does to your account in the meantime.

I must say that I was caught off guard with how nice this hotel was. Polite, clean, very close to everything (within walking distance to most attractions). The toilets are VERY short (knees up to my chin, felt like I was in an elementary bathroom). But the best thing was the hall of fame of our military veterans. Celebrating our military is a concept that younger people don't understand. It was awesome to see. Recommend staying there. Prices are reasonable

Room was your typical hotel room..no frills. No breakfast included..had to pay extra -- wasn't worth it. Rooms were pricey for what you get & hotel clerk was not very friendly upon arrival. Probably will stay elsewhere next time I'm in Branson. There are so many other places to choose from.

The Radisson is a nice hotel but does have some cons as well as pro's. We stayed in a suite on the the 9th floor. Very spacious. Yolanda kept it immaculately clean for us. The decor & design was pretty ugly. The living room area furniture was like sitting on boards. The color scheme was lime green, beige, yellow and blue stripes with a navy & beige carpet. Eeeww. Balcony access from the living and bedroom areas is very nice when weather is warm. Bed was comfy, pillows were too soft. Huge jetted tub was great, double sinks, separate room for toilet and shower. Having dual thermostats was nice to keep the sleeping area cooler than the living area. At check in we had a pleasant experience with David. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Nice lounge and bistro on the lower level.

Very clean rooms, plenty of parking, great staff, excellent food from Wildwood Bistro, awesome bartender at the bar, located close to everything on 76. The pool gets a little crowded but they have adult swim from midnight till 2am. We had a wonderful experience overall and will definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay at the Radisson, the location is minutes away from the best food and shows Branson has to offer. We stayed in a 2 bed room, the beds were comfortable, clean and well decorated. We were on the 6th floor and the views were pleasant. The staff were always friendly, but my only complaint is the lack of complimentary breakfast, which in fairness, nothing in Branson is free.

Very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and the whole place was kept nice and clean. Our kids loved the pool, which was very well kept as well. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we return. Just wish they served a complementary breakfast, would have made our stay much better.

Rooms could use a little updating, but are clean and fairly spacious. Staff is friendly. Our kids love the half indoor/half outdoor pool! Book through Priceline and you'll usually get a pretty good deal.

Everything was going great until a Radisson employee came in our room and stole my gold hoop earrings and my husband's gold watch. We felt so violated. We informed the hotel and filed a police report. Nonething was done about it. You bring your family for a great vacation and scum employees steal your items that you worked hard for. The hotel is basically denying it as if we made this up. I'm going the extra mile to hold them accountable. I'm sure the employees feel comfortable stealing because they know the hotel won't admit to thieving going on. It's best for them to deny deny and deny to save face.

Clean rooms, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but no blow dryer or included breakfast, and while the idea of a Sleep Number bed is nice, if you don't know your number it can really make for a few awful nights of sleep.

Excellent staff!!!
Stephen from night staff provided outstanding service and was very professional and hospitable. In the Time our sports Lounge Caroline was extremely sweet, professional and helpful and provided excellent customer service. Very pleased with my stay there with my wife, toddler and family. Will definitely stay again for sure. This is what you call customer service. A+ to the hotel staff and A+ to the Hotel.

The hotel is alright. My initial impression was good. The lobby area seemed really nice. The staff was friendly, and we had no problem getting checked in.

When we got to our room, I was impressed with how clean it was. There is a flat screen tv in the room with a bunch of channels, and the AC worked very well from the wall mounted thermostat. The bad things were the beds and the bathroom. We were in a double bed room, and the "double beds" were very small and uncomfortable. Generally I enjoy hotel mattresses, but these were pretty uncomfortable and very small. More like a glofified twin. The bathroom in the room was also very small. It was so small the door path took up the majority of the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was good though.

Breakfast was a joke. For a family of four (our 3 year old was free) our Breakfast at the Wildwood Bistro cost us almost $30 for what could barely be called a continental breakfast. Their buffest only had a handful of items, and none of was relatively good. Just be warned their is no complimentary continental breakfast, and it would be a more cost effective to go to Ihop or Bob Evans for breakfast.

Overall, this place is not horrible. But I promise there are much better options in the area for the same money.

Very disappointed in this place. The rooms have no microwaves. There is one on each floor for about 60 rooms. Vending machines do not take cash. Rooms smell like feet and cheese. Plus it is like pulling teeth trying to get a clean towel.

Stayed here for 1 week while my son was doing a tournament at Ballfields of America. I must say they run a very well hotel. The bell hops were VERY helpful! Always pleasant with a smile on there face. Check in was smooth with how busy they were. Housekeeping was amazing! Room was always clean and taken care of. Beds were VERY comfortable and pillows too. I slept like a baby. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Kids liked how you can go swim right under to be outside. I really liked how they let kids swim till 12 am and then it was adults only from 12 - 2 am. With how busy everyone is and coming and going at different times, it was nice to be able to swim with the kids that late and make the most of our trip. We received free breakfast buffet every day we were there. Always had eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, fruit and yogurt and french toast, grits and oatmeal. So plenty to choose from. But they need to change it up more. The only thing that changed from the buffet, was one day it would be bacon and they next would be sausage. But there is a menu to choose from to pay for omelettes and such. Wait staff was always polite and helpful. I also loved the wall of heroes in the LL hallway. Must take a look and check out all those photos. The hotel is right next to everything. So your not far from old downtown or all the attractions right next to you. There's a lot to do in Branson and with it being our first time there. We will definitely have to take another trip to visit again and we will definitely stay at the Radisson again. Very clean well run hotel!!! They have everything from dry clean to washer and dryer, room service etc..

Customer service was great, pool was ok, food was ok, but the bed was horrible and for the price we paid the room should have been bigger and prettier. Little refrigerator, no microwave in room, it's outside the room by the vending machine and ice machine. For this hotel to be 4* it was lacking in quality.
