Radisson Hotel Branson Review

We came here for our daughter's birthday. It was right off the strip and easy to get to. Our girls loved the pool and the whirlpool. We plan on staying here next time we come to Branson.

Great experience. Did not want to get up because the king size bed is so comfortable. Very cool to have a coffee maker in the room.

We stayed here the last four nights. The staff from check-in to check-out was above and beyond courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. Each day the room was cleaned, fresh towels, trash emptied, and was always done by early afternoon. There were no noises to complain about. The Wildwood Bistro had a great buffet breakfast and we received a discount because we were hotel guests. The staff here was also very polite and kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok. there were bed bugs in my bed and my body was itching all over. i saw a cockroach in my room also. and i could hear rats going through the wall.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom is very small so is the hot tub. Rooms are ok, nothing grand. Pillows are very small. Overall average place.

Everything was nice but need to put out coffee before 630am try 430 to 5am for the earlie risers it would stop me from coming back

We love the Radisson in Branson and always try to book here when visiting.

Room was very humid. (It took 2 days for swimsuits to dry. ) There is no exhaust fan in the very small bathroom either. The pool is very small for this sized hotel - was really crowded. Most hotels we stay in have microwaves in each room and include hot breakfast each morning (or at least a continental breakfast). The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Needs lots of updates for sure but not horrible staff is great!

Before even entering the hotel, parking was nonexistent. We ended up having to park in the back quite a ways back and lug all of our items from the downstairs to check-in and then to our room. You d think they would have valet carts available at the downstairs back entrance if the hotel is that busy. Once we got to the room, we opened the door to a musty moldy smell. Tiny restroom. There is only a enough room to barely open the door. Outdated and dingy is an understatement. No fan in the bathroom so if you plan on using warm water-keep the door open. No blow dryer or any special amenities in the room worth mentioning. Id definitely never stay at another Radisson hotel again.

Was not impressed way over priced. Will not come back.

Rooms were nice but bathroom was small. In a quiet location. Friendly service.

We came here for blue green vacations and was extremely disappointed. Had there been space available at another hotel we would have left! 4 elevators for a 500 room hotel. Would wait 10 minutes for an elevator sometimes. Maid and maintenance with their carts used the same elevators and would hop in before guests. Leaving Sunday morning my husband had to take two trips up and down the stairs with our bags. Another one on our way out of this hellhole. No breakfast, dated room and half ass housekeeping. Worst part of this was our bath tub had a slow drain. We had to stand in water to take a shower, then when we bathed the kids had to wash the tub ourselves. We alerted them the next day and they replaced the drain but did not check to see if that worked. It didn't. The pool was soooooo small and full of people from sun up to sun down. Water was disgusting. Needless to say we didn't get in. The only thing I can't complain about is the food. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was really good.

We had our Christmas party there. It was great, food was delicious.

Room serviced daily, clean rooms double queen beds, on 6th floor, computers available, free printing, swimming pool, snack and vending andice machines on each floor, Branson Mo few minutes from Titanic and Ripleys and by Shorty Smalls resturant. Free parking and carts available dor luggage too.

I would probably give it two and a half stars. The beds were supposed to be a queen but they were fulls. It was a tight sleep. But they were comfortable enough. The bathroom was incredibly disappointing. It was so small. I could barely help my kids with the shower. And you couldn t be on the toilet and close the door.
The staff were friendly enough.
But someone took the cap off my toothbrush...yuk. Now I gotta spend money on a new toothbrush head abs they aren t cheap. Go with Hilton group.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and no sound seems to travel between rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The employees are friendly, the hotel is clean, pool is awesome and you can eat or have a drink by the pool cause the bar/grill has a window you walk up and order. We got a king size bed room. It was clean, comfy, had a mini fridge. Quiet. Definitely would come back here!

View is bad pool is shallow rooms werent bad if u like pillows that go flat needs a ceiling fan in room to circulate air entrance to hotel is on a slope

Very Disappointing!!
This is an older hotel. We didn t enjoy our stay here!
It was 4th of July week so finding another hotel to transfer to was not an option! Our bathroom had water on the floor when we arrived. My husband thought maybe the maid left it really wet! As we continued to stay, we soon found that the shower/tub above us was leaking into our shower! Faulty pipes & unsanitary! The beds were small! The air conditioner was extremely loud! Bathroom is tiny!! We came here to try and rest after the passing of our loved one & her funeral. We didn t want to complain! Needless to say, it was far from relaxing! On aside note they moved us to a different room, but we had to ask for it! Very disappointed! Only good thing we found was the view was awesome & the staff for most part was polite!

The hotel is in a pretty good location off the strip. This is a newer hotel and more commercial than the majority of other Branson options. Rooms were clean. Beds were decent. Fridge in room. Small but very clean indoor and outdoor connected pool. Free coffee on lower level. Slow elevators on 9 floor building. Hilly parking. We would stay here again.

A very pleasant experience. This is a full-service hotel with a bell staff, bar, restaurant, room service, etc.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed and pillows as comfortable as they come. The only thing on the wish list would be cell phone and tablet charger ports. Since you are paying for a higher end hotel, you think those would be present. At the end of our stay we turned in a repair problem, as the entry door to our room was a bit off kilter causing the key card to be temperamental and the extra dead bolt to not close correctly.

Wonderful place. They have a nice big pool and a jacuzzi. Lots of great thigs to check ou close by. My group had free breakfast.

Would never stay here again and would not recommend it

Breakfast not included and a bit pricy. Rooms are pretty standard and nice. Up to date lighting and tables. I'd rate the bed 7/10 for my personal comfort.

Pool was kind of small and clorine was a bit overpowering.

Nice, clean room, but way too small of bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Bath towels were a nice large size. Checked out on Sunday morning, which is the day most of the other guests checked out also, so there was a HUGE traffic jam at the elevators. But we didn't experience this problem on Friday or Saturday. Very close to the strip so we walked a few places. Staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We didn't use any other amenities, so I can't comment on anything else. But I still would consider staying there again.

Not happy at all.. plumbing problems, evacuation at night because some idiot smoked the 3rd floor, fog alarm today around 9 pm... come on people. ..what's wrong. ..

Last weekend we stayed at a different hotel in Branson and unfortunately someone vomited in the pool. We called around to every hotel and the Radisson was the only hotel that had a pool that was open til 2am. We produced our key cards as proof and they let us swim in there for free. AND the guy apoligized for the inconvience for the other hotel. Next time I stay in Branson, I will remember the Radisson. THANKS

Old Radissison, old rooms, breakfast buffet is good. I will not stay here again. When checking out the lady could not crack a smile, that was annoying

We stayed here recently over spring break. Juel was beyond rude when checking us in. Management really needs to pay attention to how she is treating customers! I cant understand how she is employed here! The two ladies working beside her were very nice and friendly.
The indoor/outdoor pool was the best part of the stay, your kids will highly enjoy it. Small Coffee pot in room and mini fridge was very convenient.

Pool and the United Service Members hallway were great. The room was simple, but old and uncomfortable beds :(. Staff were great though.

Rooms were nice. A little small if you were traveling with family. There was no breakfast but they had a bistro downstairs with reasonable prices and would deliver to your room in the morning. They also had a bar.

The bathroom is too small and beds need to be repaired, mattress is awful, two people can't use or be in bathroom at one time, breakfast is too expensive. No microwave in rooms, only thing positive is TV is very good quality but that is not why we are here. Home wood suites by Hilton is ten times better and cheaper, cleaner, roomier.

We've stayed here a couple times now. Aside the horrendous hill for a parking lot they've always taken good care of us. Clean and convenient location.

I enjoyed the stay. Very clean and neat. The staff were very nice and compassionate. I would most definately come back to Raddison.

Beds were very nice, small fridge in room, community microwave on floor. Hot tub was always full of kids, no discount on breakfast for restaurant. Bathrooms also very small. Also always had very hot water for showers!

The hotel was nice and the service employees on the floors were exceptionally polite. However my reservation was screwed up and shorted by a day and it became a huge ordeal to try and fix it, so instead I was booted from my room and left a day early. Ruined my stay for me.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I was not a fan of the sleep number bed -- it didn't seem to work properly. My only true complaint was one not foreseeable. A mother from a nearby room got locked out of her room and her kids had fallen asleep. When maintenance tried to help her arouse the kids they used some device that made ALL the door bells on the ninth floor ring. Over and over. Repeatedly. Front desk was clueless. My husband finally got up and helped maintenance get the mother into her room.

Big but not intimidating. It's just off the main strip and close to everything. It was clean, the staff was professional and the pool was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
