The hotel was very nice and clean, but we had a sleep number bed and my husband set his side on 70 and mine on 45 and when we got up the next morning, his was on 10 and mine was reading 30. We stayed at the Radisson because they offered sleep number beds. We would have been happier and better off staying at a budget friendly hotel. To much money for a bed that couldn't hold air.

Significant unfixable problems here. Shorter list: no microwave in room; you have to get dressed and go down the hall to use a communal microwave. Bathroom has no fan, so good luck seeing when you get out of the shower. Also: everyone can hear you. There's no lock on the bathroom. That's a very serious issue. This place has come major common-sense issues to address.

There were 2 full size beds in our room and my hubby and 8 couldn't even sleep together although they were the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever found at a motel/hotel. The bathroom was way to small.

Nice hotel rooms close to all the action of the Branson strip of restaurants and activities. Also a downstairs bistro, workout room, wall of fame honoring some of our nation's vets, and a Jacuzzi with an indoor pool that also lead outdoors.

OUR MONEY WAS STOLEN OUT OF OUR ROOM! Their house keeping deliberately took money from one of our bags and then stuffed the bag underneath the bed. The management staff seemed to not be concerned about recovering it and we had to get the police involved.

The hotel looks great on the outside and lobby and the staff are extremly helpful and kind. However; There is minimal handicap parking and hard to get a spot to park. The rest of the parking is on a steep incline so it makes coming and going quite difficult. We booked an accessible room due to physical disabilities and our room was very dissapointing. The room was ancient and showed its age. The bed offered no back support, the bathroom had no vent fan, transfer seat or shower bench, the tub wall was high so there wasn't an accessible shower. The toilet paper holder is falling out of the wall, the table in the room is pedestal and tips over quite easily and the sink without a vanity was loose from the wall. No free breakfast, its ten bucks and its not that good. If you drink the two generic bottles of water in the room, they will charge you for them. There are two chairs in the room and you probably wont want to sit in either of them. This was not a good experience.

Friendly staff and clean suite! The pool is open from midnight until 2:00 a.m. for adults only so that is a bonus. The fitness room has 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a stationary bike, and a weight machine so you are not left waiting on machines.

No breakfast of any kind other than room service that costs 12-+ and then it don t tell you their going to add on room service fee, taxes and another fee, taking a breakfast for two from what was expected to be about 25 to almost 40. No microwave except one down the hall. And their parking really sucks. Rooms were clean though.

I work in Branson but live outside of town. Whenever I have multiple photo shoots in a day or over 2-3 days, we love to stay at the Radisson! It's very clean and the staff is great! We love to upgrade to a suite on the 9th floor, they have jacuzzi tubs and a balcony, well worth it!

starting off we reserved a room with a pull out. When we got there they had given our room away. When we got to our second choice of a room I noticed there was copious amounts of body hair in the bed and crumbs. Upon further inspection a pair of men s underwear was folded into the sheets. We called downstairs and we were quickly helped by an employee from a different department and the matienance man. They were incredibly helpful and very nice! However, we did not recieve a single word from the manager and were not offered any room change or even a direct apology. Never going back!

Just didn't go soo well, when we first got here the room we were assigned was already occupied,by someone else, which we found out when we entered the room. The staff quickly switched us rooms and gave us certificates to get the continental breakfast free (continental breakfast is different from the breakfast buffet and you can upgrade to the breakfast buffet for an extra $4 per person) . Our room does not feature a sleep number bed as advertised on the Radisson website. Our air conditioner also did not work and was not replaced. They offered for us to switch rooms at 10 at night. The staff gave us free upgrade to the breakfast buffet to compensate for the air conditioner not working. As a forewarning the room also does not have a fridge or microwave. Overall the staff was very friendly our visit just didn't go too well.

Why I Liked It:

Why I Liked It:
I liked it because it was modern, nice people, it was quiet, and the rooms were pretty big! I was in room 901 and it was bigger than my house alone!
Why I did not like it:
The water was stinky, when I took a bath in room 901, the water was nit flowing correctly, there was still messes after the maid cleaned my room, and I saw bags and cans outside of the hotel. Ew!
What I think they could do to help the hotel grow:
They could make it so the maid comes two times a day instead of one, give the maid extra money if they wash the dishes, plug n charges if people forgot, ect, they could plant flowers or white trees outside the hotel. I think it would make the hotel more welcoming, and lastly the maids should also clean outside in case there's bags or cans.
Overall I will give this hotel a 4 out 5. It's a good hotel for vacation but if you live in Branson, just don't look at the hotel...
Thank you.

Great at first. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel. But after going out and returning for the night we couldn't get in our room. Neither key worked to open the door. Terrible for such a nice hotel.

Staff was very nice. Entry at check-in is beautiful. The room was very dated. Lose tiles in bathroom. The pool was like a municipal pool from the 70's and extremely small. Again staff was very nice and polite but the rooms, at least my room needs an upgrade.

If we had not gotten a great deal on the room for doing a timeshare I would never stay here. The bathroom is ridiculously tiny for the price of these rooms. The parking lot is the biggest pain in the ass. Uphill or downhill with no I'm between. The spots are tiny, someone hit my car backing out. The room was clean and staff friendly but I wouldn't pay more than $50 a night to stay here.

Nice rooms and comfy beds.
But this by far is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in.. and a tiny pool for a huge hotel.

The best thing about this Hotel is that the staff is pretty nice. The Radisson Hotel in Branson Missouri is a DUMP!!! We were promised a double bed, a microwave and a mini fridge. We were not given any of those things. Although we were promised a microwave, once we arrived, we were told they do not have microwaves available. We can however walk all the way down to the lobby for the employees to microwave our food for us. The toilet in our room was dirty...I cleaned it myself. The window in the room leaked. We had a couple puddles of water on the windowsill. We were stuck in the hotel during a snow storm and the hotel had a plow come through the parking lot. However, the plow was trapping people in the parking lot. If anyone needed to leave they had to walk. It was very hard on a lot of the guests....luckily we had coveralls to make our walks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Motel 6 has more amenities.

This place was very never wracking and unclean.

This place was very never wracking and unclean.

The ceiling was so low I could touch it (is 5ft tall). It smelled very strange and we weren't even in a smoking area. The staff was creepy. It lacked any sort of security cameras on the upstairs floors, leaving you feeling very unsafe. There are odd stains on the bedsheets and comforters. The rooms are tiny and cramped. They only have one microwave for the entire floor in the main hallway. The wifi is horrendous and unsafe, because it's public.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I highly suggest you choose anywhere else to stay.
