Room was nice. Loved the breakfast buffet at the restaurant downstairs.
The beds are very comfy. The thermostat makes it simple to adjust the air temperature. The shower has lots of pressure! We had a lovely stay.
Clean room. Clean pool. Friendly staff. My mattress was wonderful.
Great, polite service. Indoor/outdoor pool felt great even when it was cold outside (great pool heater, guys!). Didn't order room service though it is available and pizza delivery to your room is an option. The in-house restaurant, The Wildwood Bistro has the best waiter/waitress staff I've seen anywhere so massive props to them and their chef for the awesome food and service! Overall a 5-star experience, with the added bonus of their Hall of Heros that honors our veterans who have served, are serving, or have died in the line of duty, through the exhibition of photos

Corrected some misspellings and mis-namings. And thanks for the reply guys! :D
Nice clean comfortable facility in a central location. The hilly parking lot was challenging. The food service people were very friendly and helpful, but they seemed to be low on the proper dishes and silverware. At a banquet where soup was featured they ran out of soup bowls and brought in small vegetable bowls. At breakfast I had a salad fork wrapped in the silverware packet in place of a regular fork. The sleeping room was very nice and the bed was comfy, but the sink in the handicapped accessible room was terrible - the faucet spout was right up against the back of the sink bowl so you couldn't get your hands or washcloth in the flow of the water! Also no counterspace next to the sink.
Several people from the group sick. Poor ventilation in the rooms. Cold and dank like a cave.
Nice room and friendly service . The hall of heroes made our day though !!!
Was a nice place to stay but didnt get to swim due to kids without parents
Very clean. Pleasant people. Nice and quiet in the off season.
I stayed in a Sleep Number suite. unfortunately these sleep number on my bed to not work but that was the only issue I had. even without the working Sleep Number bed was comfortable, the hotel was in a convenient location and downtown but not right in the middle, and the service staff was really easy to work with. the room service breakfast was really good as well 3 egg omelette and it was cooked very well.
Awesome hotel great room and great price with very friendly staff
Our first room had roaches in bathroom. We were on the first floor
They moved us to a higher floor. So far so good
Friendly staffs, wonderful services. Lot of history in this hotel. Great location, in the middle of the main street. Recommended to the first timer.
Expected a Radisson to be way above what I found here
Good service quality and comfort for less than you think
We was looking for a nice hotel and I found this one to be rather mediocre. Our TV didn't work when we got there. The pool is always full of kids all day and night. You have to pay to eat breakfast that is the same as most free continental breakfasts. Overall a rather mediocre experience.
I like the rooms and that they have a pool it's very fun here and they have breakfast on the lower level at 6:30 - 11:00AM and the pool is open untill 12:00pm.
The bad... Noisy. Can hear all of your neighbors though the walls. Phones ringing, muffled voices, stomping from above. Bathroom is tiny. No desk. The good... Plenty of wall plugs. Common areas are nice. He beds are comfortable.
I honestly love this place! If your willing to spend a little and still pay bills on a budget. I recommend this. The pool is quite cute, partially in and out. I love the view from the higher floors. The room service is not bad $$ so maybe risk a meal or two? I also love that it is centrally located so you can go out and literally be by every thing.
Right in the middle of the strip easy to get around. Many of the shows are real close. Good restaurant on site for a quick bite. Just behind hotel is a grocery store and a Walmart.
Its an ok place to stay. I don't think it is any better then any other hotel though. Nothing fancy like I first thought. And it sure isn't worth what they charge for a nights stay. I gave it a five star because it was clean, comfortable, sax and the staff was friendly.
Great place Great works very nice people I for got my wedding ring and call the hotel. house keeping found it and i got it back thank you from Rachel kerner
Great place, and they honor vet's thru a hall of vet's it's called very well presented.
Nice little bar on the lower level of the hotel. Reasonable prices and great service.
Good location and facilities. My only complaint is the plumbing in the restroom seemed to be a tad faulty, with the toilet not flushing properly and the shower spraying all over the room. Otherwise, good.
We arrived at the hotel. The outside isn't very attractive. It looks like a government building or asylum. The place was clean. It was just off the main drag, but nestled in so it was nice and quiet. Staff was great and helpful. The rooms were clean. They weren't very large. There was an armoire instead of a closet. The room had everything a normal hotel room would have. There is a lounge and restaurant in the basement. The pool is also in the basement. The hot tub was nice. The pool was and indoor/outdoor with a wall you can swim under to get inside and outside. The pool is heated so it was nice and warm on chilly mornings. All in all, we had a nice stay. We would stay here again.
Prices were reasonably okay even without coupons or discounts. The staff was good and the rooms were great. I didnt try out the pool but it was filled with people most of the time.
Very clean. Very nice people. They called and made sure we made it to our room okay. Good location. Will be staying here again this Christmas.
Went there on our anniversary. They presented us with a surprise gift. Breakfast was outstanding. King room was clean and bed was comfortable. Porter helped us with our bags and was courteous and professional.
Really good visit
Every thing you need
Rooms could use an upgrade, buy they are comfortable. They definitely need more staff in the restaurant. I won't be eating there again.
The staff were very nice and the facilities were kept extremely clean. My family had a great stay.
Massive older hotel, but the rooms are clean and the water is hot. The pool is tiny for the size of the hotel, and so is the bar! We still enjoyed our stay though.
Stayed here several times. Rooms were always clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Shower heads were awesome for Branson. Important consideration: the rooms have sleep number beds, so you might struggle if you've never used an adjustable sleep number bed.
I would not stay here again. It was clean but it reminds me of a Motel 6. The bathroom is so tiny that the door almost hits the toilet. There is no fan in the bathroom to get rid of smells. The curtains don't actually move, they are fake. The beds are very uncomfortable even though they are Sleep Number beds. I started out at 80 and when I woke up I was down to 45. The air conditioning unit turns on every ten minutes. The coffee maker they provided required a pod but all they gave us was a packet of coffee grounds. Nice location to Central Branson otherwise I would give it one star.
Surprisingly the sleep number beds were very uncomfortable. Older and outdated hotel. You can get a lot more for your money at several other hotels
Very comfortable stay, super clean and well maintained at amazing location on Branson Strip. Nice staff. Only thing I was searching for an exhaust in the bathroom.
We've stayed here multiple times and would definitely stay here again. You can get good rates online, and it's right inthe middle of Branson.
I absolutely loved this hotel!! Me & my husband, my parents and my sister and her husband all had our own king suites on the top floor (besides penthouse suites) with a balcony and the beds were AMAZING!! So comfortable I wanted to take it home with me (including comforter, cause I loved it too). We all LOVED our rooms. They were very clean and smelled nice. Only the third time and third hotel we've stayed in when on vacation in Branson, but so far its the best and I would stay again with out a doubt. I also loved their one-cup coffee makers and also wanted to take it home too lol! The view from the balcony was awesome!! Cant wait to go back!!
This has been the best experience. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Upon check in we were upgraded to a Suite for our anniversary!! On our first evening they deliver us a gift to enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. We have never been treated better in a hotel. This has been the best experience. Thank you raddison.
STAY AWAY!!! I just left 2 days ago with BED BUGS from this hotel. I have welts allll over my body horrible blistering. It spread to my husband within 24 hours and now my 3 children ages: 3 months, 2 years, and 3 years!!! They said they would do our laundry which entailed housekeeping taking all of our luggage for about 15 minutes and brought it back in the same condition as we gave it to them. They weren't even smart enough to rearrange our items..(left wet clothes in delegate bags/shoes placed in the same places) etc. I had to demand the general manager come up to the room and had to break it down for them that laundry means washing, drying, and folding our clothes. Spraying all items to kill the bed bugs.
They took the clothes and called us back at 2 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING to tell us they were ready. Remember, we have 3 kids under he age of 3. So that was fun staying up all night after that phone call.
In the morning we had to call back and ask for our clothes. When we got them everything was drunken down at least 3 SIZES TOO SMALL. They washed all of our clothes in hot water and ruined all the clothes we just bought this summer!!!
I can't imagine how any of these people got hired to work in housekeeping or management. Blows. My. Mind. It took 3 days to get a manager on the phone after we left our vacation early. We informed him we have contact the HEALTH DEPARTMENT and they are investigating this immedialtu and the general manager couldn't care less. Now we are filing a claim with their insurance where I'm sure they will come up with more excuses while we have to buy complete new wardrobes for each member of our 5 family members and covering all of our medical bills not to mention the pain we are all experiencing.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
Beautiful hotel! Very friendly, clean and comfortable . Outstanding service and maintenance. Only thing they need is more handicap parking. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends !
Stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was a sleep number bed. The room was furnished with a desk and chair, mini fridge, flat screen tv and side chair. The bathroom was extremely small with the door almost hitting the toilet when opening or closing (less than half an inch clearance). The pool was so over chlorinated you could smell it from a floor above, and with no supervision the hot tub was swamped with kids ( 12 at one time). Breakfast buffet which costs 10 dollars a person is not worth the price, go down the street to Shoneys for a much better one.
Low ceilings, stale smoke and mold smell, poor service, no bed skirts, small rooms, outdated bathroom. Need I say more?
Nice place! Can't imagine how amazing it must be before Covid and it was full!!!
Very nice hotel. Stands out in the area. Well appointed
The staff was rude, no hot water, and heater did not work in the room. Staff failed to respond.
Our time here so far has been great. The employees have gone above and beyond whenever we interact with them. We even got a random call to make sure we got here okay and ask if we needed anything a few minutes after check-in. Everything is clean and in order, and this may be odd, but I noticed while walking around, the place smells so fresh and clean. It's very nicely located and pricing is reasonable. We will definitely be back!
Friendlier service you will not find anywhere. Love the Hall of Heroes down into lower level where they had the whole Hall decorated with pictures of veterans served and I do mean the whole Hall literally hundreds of them. We stayed there for 4 days beautiful hotel we just got a bad bed room 432 king size bed on the side away from the window is brutal.! That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. We will definitely be back.
Nice hotel. Room was clean. Lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas.
Really nice accommodations. The pool was a little smaller than I expected. We had a really bad smell in the hallway when we checked in last night, but housekeeping took care of it this morning and the smell was gone by the time we left our room. They provide complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. This is not on the main strip so traffic getting out is much more manageable.
The rooms were clean. It was a close drive to Table Rock Lake. Somebody posted that it was a 30 min drive from the interstate to get there but if you get off at 248 and go around the top side of Branson & not right down the main strip you can get there in 10 minutes. The staff was amazingly friendly!! My only complaints are that some websites say you get a mini fridge in your room & our room did not have one & the parking was mostly on hills so that is kind of a bummer. But, what would you expect, it's in the Ozarks? Overall great place. I will stay there again next time!
We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor. I loved the sleep number beds. Perfect night sleep!
Several things older in the room. The bath was broken. Clean beds. Nice sheets and pillows.
Great service, only problem is outside our room we can hear everything... including the microwave...
It was ok. Found a dirty rag on the nightstand upon arrival, other than that it has been an average stay
From the time of reservation to the time of check out, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and excellently maintained. My room was perfect, very clean and the bed is heaven!!! The breakfast buffet is fabulous and priced reasonably. The pool and hot tub are great as well! From midnight to 2 am, only adults are allowed in the pool/spa area, which was awesome! I personally spent hours looking for the best hotel prior to deciding on Radisson and I am so happy I chose them. I'll be back at Christmas, can't wait!
Needed different pillows, water pressure for the shower was low
Terrible service by David! I booked the room and confirmed on the phone the number of breakfast vouchers of 4, he only gave me 2 even though the lady next to him was handing out one per every person in the room...
The Radison in Branson was a very beautiful place. A 5 star hotel. Clean and welcoming .
Have stayed here twice and have always been very clean
