Rooms are good, great service. Restaurants are too expensive.

The food, the food, especially the food. The ambience is also nice, but the food.

Good....in serving all dishes come at once.
Roti and rice together. Both must be consumed hot. There are 4 flavours of ice cream when we check. But informed only pista is available!!!
Please avoid these things for better experience!!!!

A good hotel with good amenities. The best part of the room is the glass bathroom. Good lighting control in the room, has a good view of Chennai from the room. Overall staying here was a good experience. They also have two restaurants which serve buffet at all meal times. The quality of the food is amazing. They also organise love entertainment programs by the working staff of the hotel. I was happy with the experience

A hotel way out of it's place, time and prime. They need to step up their game or fade out.

Generally pretty nice, clean and comfortable with excellent staff. My only complaint is that twice a day the staff does a dance with music, and it echoes up and is loud.

They see customers as terrorist and check at entrance.. insulting.. humilating.

Grt is short form for great. And with the directions from Mr Vikram and Chef Seetharam.. It's very captivating..

Could not recommend it enough. Great service and rooms.

Very clean and fancy hotel.
The buffet offered a good selections of food.
The floor staffs even offered some dance to celebrate the Pungha, the local New Year.

I would have given a higher rating - for food - The service was awful - takes away from a good experience.
I was here after staying in the ITC grand chola - we thought this would have a 5 star experience- the staff were hand touching my Naaan, rotis - he didn t even have a professional attire - he was wearing a general jack - was rude.
