Good restaurant. Convention Center facilities are adequate for an average requirement

Taste of the food we order was very good. Lobby restaurant sofa seating is very uncomfortable to dine..

Excellent hotel for stay and business meeting... hot of the centre of the city... from airport to t.nagar reach by 1 hour... if u take take metro train from chennai airport to t.nagar u reach within 30 mins...

Visited GRT Grand after a gap of few years. The service level has always been good. It was good this time too.

There hotel and the staff are very welcoming. Very nicely done interiors and maintained too. The swimming pool is indoors which is good and the water was lovely. Loved my stay there. Not to forget the breakfast... Awesome spread for vegetarians too.

Grab place great location but they can't manage weekend crowds

The staff need to be trained well on hospitality and customer support.

There was a 1 hour delay in allotting the room though I had requested half an hour early check-in, if possible. Otherwise, everything is good. Visiting this second time and I recommend it.

However, next time when there is a delay like this. I'll push off than waiting.

Attended only a meeting. Room was nice. Food was good.

Warm welcome. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Room spacious n tidy. Amenties were well stocked. Any additions were providef. Breakfast was enjoyable with a variety.....excellent n worth every cent.

One of the finest hotels in Chennai. Located in a major place it is easy to find.

Nice banquet Hall. Food was good. Service was very poor. Suddenly power went off and it took them almost half an hour to correct the same. They can't able to handle the crowd even though they have 2 halls.

1-the quality of food was unappetising, the support staff were rude to my kid for playing in d corridor , despite the fact some people were shouting in d lobby . The parking was a mess. Finally made a decision never to visit it.

Very good and decent convention hall for all your function needs...seating capacity is very limited.

Nice star hotel in center place of chennai t nagar

I stopped by for a while to wait for the connecting flight, but I was surprised at the clean facilities. It was a valuable experience. The next time I went on a business trip again, I decided to stay here.

The hotel is amazing, affordable and clean.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The South Indian breakfast was amazing. Definitely stay here again if I am back in Chennai.

Located at a centre place and easily accessible, GRT Grand has the one of the nicest ambience for the weekends. Stay becomes pleasant with their comfortable rooms and the service. Restaurant is counted as one of the good ones in the locality. Overall a very good place for staying with family and to hangout with friends in a weekend.
