GRT grand is a decent three star hotel in the locality. The rooms are neat and clean. Decent spread of buffet for breakfast. Taste also good.

Weekend buffet was not good. No vareities at all in main course. 3 star for the awesom desserts

I went for a meeting at GRT grand today morning. As the name says it's definitely a grand place with a rich look. Everything is good including ambience, service and food. Best place for business meetinhs

I visited this hotel a week back.. my friend was getting married there on first floor and I was about to get the room keys before she comes so that we can do last minute makeup if needed... When I spoke to reception and asked for keys they said room is free but u have to pay the taxes... I said excuse me I've come here as a guest, u can charge ur charges later during the final bill settlement along with the banquet hall. The person who booked the hall is the groom and the final bill settlement for the other rooms they booked, is still left. they said sorry without paying we can't give rooms... Later on my husband who paid the taxes through his debit card..

This is ridiculous..
Is this the hospitality u guys offer ??

I don't understand 2 things..
If the invoice value is 0 (free) as u promised.. how can u put taxes on zero ???
Would u charge the guest who has come on his/her behalf..

Will strongly not recommend to anyone!!!

Nice place for meeting... In centre city... But traffic was hectic.

Decent hotel with good room cleaning services.Cleaners are always there to adhere to your request.Staff mending the reception counter and the breakfast counter are always on the ball catering to the guests needs.Bell boys and the doorman are very courteous.Breakfast buffet consist of many varieties catering both to the vegetarian and non vegetarians.The hotel is near to amenities like shopping centres and restaurants.Overall I am impressed with the hospitality offered in the hotel.

Disappointed staying in GRT 5star hotel.
1. Upon check-in front desk &
front line staff attending to 1 guest
at onetime confuses the information.
2. Front line staff takes guest feedback
to serve better but never implement
any of my feedback or complain.
3. I made several complaints to room
service & front desk staff that my
room minibar refrigerator was not
cold and could not stock cold water.
4. My 3 days stay was horrified
with mosquito problem and I made several complain to front desk & front line staff but no action was taken rectify the problem. I will not blame the staff for not taking actions to my complain but I was disappointed with the GRT management for not taking serious action against mosquito problem.

Great business hotel. Centrally located. And very courteous and trained staff. Would give 5 stars but not everything is perfect... ;-)

Very good attention. The rooms seem clean, but I think they don't change pillowcases, they do something to smell them !!!
