I have attended for dinner, good is not up to the mark, even varieties were less, but drinks were good

Stay for 3 months, loved the room, the food, the pool, the gym, the staff

We went for team lunch with 32 members. But service we had was not good. The quantity of food they served is not enough for the entire team. One good is the taste of the food was good. But the quantity they served is not worth of money...!!

Good place to stay if visiting Chennai. Close to American consulate

The buffet lunch was great. There was a lot of variety. The desserts table was the highlight, I couldn't try even half of the desserts, just too.. many

It's a nice hotel, with wonderful hospitality. The rooms are clean and everything works. But they should at least provide 3 bottles of water without charging extra. Otherwise everything else is flawless

True to its name it is grand property very professionally maintained worth every penny

Hotel ambience is good. Well maintained common areas. The staffs perform a flash mob kinda dance which is nice to watch.

Really nice hotel and the Restaurant served good food with some quirky table side finishing.

Good business hotel .. in good vicinity to the centre of Chennai . Easy access to both central railway station and airport . Rooms are cozy and extremely comfortable . Rooms are fitted with LCD and set top box for entertainment . Business class rooms has extra work station and WiFi was consistent and good . They also provide complimentary breakfast and wide range from south indian to French toast . Extremely good service .

Whatever we say about this hotel will be always too less...the hotel is located at prime location in chennai...it has two inhouse restaurants...one is called Bazaar which is the main attraction of the hotel...as the name suggests, one will find the bazaar of foods...you will be tired of eating but they will be not stopping to provide lip smacking and mouth watering foods...especially breakfast period is amazing at this hotel

This is an excellent deluxe property in T Nagar from the renowned jewellery group. F & B quality and service is top class. Well appointed rooms and adjacent convention centre is targeting wide range of corporate clients.

Had Buffett the good one for non veg lovers but veg could be better desserts also fascinating

Amazing food as always. Very few 5 Star hotels provide such quality food.

This place is very nice and modern. The facilities offered by the hotel are state of the art. The food is amazing. Make sure to check J.Hind (in-hotel restaurant). It is on the same road as Pondy Bazar - great for shopping. Transport is easy and only cheap if you do not look foreigner and grab a tuktuk away from the hotel entrance.

Excellent service . But if you still possess the original taste buds on your tongue instead of taste buds in eyes and ears, you may not enjoy the taste much compared to the ratings and reviews given. But I would recommend to give a try. Who knows you may like something which I forgot to notice.

Overall, good hotel to stay.. Business class room is a bit congested for 2 adults..main attraction is the complimentary breakfast..almost a big brunch with so many food items to feed upon..will sure prefer this hotel to stay again..

Was there for an office get together. Ambience was kind of okayish good. Food was good taste-wise.

Great but security who is in charge while I went was rude at me ... I was disappointed with his behaviour.

Swimming pool is amazing. Hygienewise very clean and the staff are very co-operative. One of the best places to train your kids in swimming in the city.

Recently I attended corporate meet at GRT banquet hall. Around 150 people. Buffet system. Nonveg food refilling very slowly...
lot of people's very disappointed.
I think it's buiness ethics..

A decent place to stay for the great service, amenities and food options. Additionally, it s proximity to T-nagar is very advantageous if you would like to go shopping and dining in T-nagar. We always book this place whenever visiting chennai!

among our orders momos, Gobi Manchurian, planner tikka and tulsi shorba were of excellent taste
Service was excellent and we got our orders served in quick time
Ambience was good
The interiors were we sat resembled that of older days which we liked ( maharaja's)
Only suggestion is to be careful during valet parking
My car keys were a little broken when it was returned back

I would rate this a 3 because of the quality of the food. For the price, the quality they offer is the worst.
The Air conditioning temperature wouldn't go above 23.
Ambience is good, but for the same price range, I have seen better.
Hospitality is great.

Nice clean hotel with a variety of options for breakfast. Decor was really nice in the dining area. Only negative is that when I would call reception for any service ( iron, bath towels etc) the service was slow and I had to call back numerous times to remind them.

Had a great time with friends at bazaar. Mr George looked after us very well which made our reunion more special.
