Third time we have been here and this time has been no where near as good as the other two in my opinion. The hotel is still of high standard but looks tired now. Our apartment is no where near as nice as our last one three years ago.

This apartment we have had to get our door cards reprogrammed every day to get in.

We lost all our frozen food due to the integrated freezer not sealing when closing the door.

Our wardrobe doors are broken and wont slide

We went to Agliolios restaurant in the hotel and had a bad experience with the service. Food was fantastic but all our food came out at different times. They did compensate with a 40% discount tho

We are disappointed this time as this hotel threes years ago and then a year before that was by far the best hotel I've ever been in hence why we became members. There has been a complaint raised with the management but we are still awaiting correspondence

Addendum:

Sasha from the management team met with us today and expressed her sincere apologies and made every effort to make things better, which she did with some lovely gestures and the fact it was obvious she was truly upset with our experience so far. Customer service is fantastic and besides the issues we have had, I'm happy to award the establishment with 5 stars now due to the way they handled the complaint and rectified all the issues
