We booked a room, flew in the next day, we were met by a car (for a fee), brought to the hotel, checked in and had a rest. The staff is attentive, not intrusive, everyone will find something for everyone.

NO PANCAKE THIS IS NOT A PRIDE. MY GRANDMA, HOTEL DIRECTOR IS 26 YEARS OLD, FOR SUCH ANSWER I WOULD FIRM A TEAM MEMBER. This is education, level. The world standard is immediately felt. They made an excuse that they were not free. When it came to canceling the reservation, they changed it to a room with a bathroom. Cherry on the cake, it was literally next door. How, they ended!) On the territory itself, you will not find anything but a dry lawn, no beautiful landscape composition, there is nothing to please the eye.
In the table tennis area, every racket is unusable. Not surprising.

The service department reacted sensitively, but always itself could not force subordinate departments to satisfy the requests. I called back and asked if they brought it? Three times. The spa was often ice-free, I don't know why, judging by the smell, cleaning is rarely done.
And the funniest thing is that we really love billiards. They deliberately took this hotel for games. Before arrival, I personally spoke with the manager who said "all common areas are available for guests. Restrictions are removed" billiard closed. Already Turkey and Tanzania accept tourists, but not Radisson billiards. You are unique in your wretchedness. Consider one as a good grade.

I usually leave only negative reviews. There is no time to write about positive impressions) but not this time! We returned from the hotel on 06/08/2020. High season! We lived for almost 2 weeks. Before the trip, I read a lot of fresh reviews to be ready) the mood was ruined a few days before the trip. From the very first moment we arrived at the entrance to the end of our stay, everything was just wonderful! And the staff and service and rooms and cleanliness and everything is absolutely consistent with the declared level! And even the location of the heated towel rail in the shower is super! I saw only advantages in this. It works in such a way that there is simply no humidity in the bathroom and everything dries very quickly! if someone has problems with the air conditioner, cards, etc. - maybe your hands are inserted at the wrong end?) They warn about cards when you check in that you cannot wear them with your phone, otherwise they will be demagnetized. Animation, pools, food and playgrounds - you will find everything at its best! We didn't even try to look for entertainment outside the hotel. What is the point if the hotel has everything you need to relax. The restaurants on the coast leave a lot to be desired. Quite touristy, commonplace and expensive. I read mixed reviews about the Filini Italian restaurant, which is located directly in the hotel. Quite a good restaurant, especially compared to the nearby ones! The popular more d'amore is just a scam for tourists! Filini is much better for the kitchen. The only negative is that there is no sea view. For children, some of the animation is paid. In this I did not see a crime. Yes, a child in a master class made a unicorn for 1500 rubles. (many parents were outraged) but this is much more interesting than buying a toy while walking by in a store or buying a bucket of unnecessary plastic nonsense. I would also like to note that despite the full occupancy of the hotel, this was absolutely not felt. It was always comfortable at breakfast, finding a table was no problem! Find a sun lounger on the beach and around the pool - no problem! Also, the staff will help and carry and bring and whatever your heart desires. The sea, yes - it's not about us. We are used to the cleanest sea with a sandy entrance. Therefore, we spent more time at the pools. But even here, Radisson has outperformed other hotels, in our opinion. Part of the hotel's beach is made of sand. Wonderful sunshades, sun loungers, children's play area. Even the entrance to the sea is paved with a wooden walkway! Our family sincerely does not understand where people come from with negative comments about this hotel) apparently, in our mentality it is normal to be constantly dissatisfied with something) you, gentlemen, have often seen such a service in Europe ?! ). Everything was fine, except for one little thing that ruined the rest ... If you have a basketball court and a hoop under your windows, and you are in a 5-star hotel, then the ball should be good ... Changes: cleaning once in two days, if you want more often - 1500 rub for additional service; Do you want to open the refrigerator of the mini bar on the lock? 1200 fee for using the refrigerator; Do you want to buy ice cream at the bar to the child? Are you used to paying at the check-out? Nooo, you need to make a deposit into your account, they won't give you anything without money, not everything ... Do you need a towel? Make a deposit of 1000 rubles for each card .... More bracelets should now be worn at the hotel, try to be like without bracelets, kicked out?))) .... We are here the first day, probably not all have learned about the new credit policy of the hotel but it s obvious that the hotel s management has exactly financial difficulties and absolute distrust of the hotel guests .... On the territory there is a constant animation, master classes for children and so on. There is a playground, bike rental and so on. The staff is very attentive, trying to please in everything! The food at Sunsets Restaurant is great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - buffet, the choice is very large.

Nice hotel with 3 pools, spa, tennis and basketball courts. There are bicycles for driving around the area. Cleaned every day with the change of linen, water in the room, bathrobes, bathroom accessories, in general, all that should be in 5 stars. Convenient access to the embankment. As in the summer, I don t know if there will be a full hotel, there s not so much space, I was with my family in April. Prices in hotel restaurants are high, as in Sheremetyevo;)

Hi, I am Maria) I want to express, many thanks to the employees of the Radisson Collection Paradise Resort, rested in March 2019 in this hotel for 3 days. I liked everything very much. After the spa procedures, as if you are born again. Fresh air, sea, walks in the morning, sunsets ... it s all like a fairy tale. Delicious food of any choice, even a huge choice for those who adhere to proper nutrition. Very trendy rooms in modern style, windows overlooking the sea. There were also rooms with a view of the mountains (the sea is closer to me). For 3 days of staying in hotels there was not a single den. Spent these 3 days with such warmth, completely rebooted. I want again in this wonderful place.

In general, not bad, but spoils the impression pettiness of the host !!! We rarely went for breakfast, never went for dinner! , although they were paid! Once they came with a child for lunch (the child fell ill), not allowing them to eat a spoonful of soup, they jumped to us for payment! Small, very disgusting, "gentlemen"! Your numbers are very expensive, and you have created a tragedy because of a cup of soup! Then keep records of attendance at breakfast and dinner! You don't want to come back to you at all! It is as it is! P.S. Council to make a conclusion from this message! It is easier to rest abroad for less money, and better service.

Stayed 3 days on business trip in October 2016. Wonderful hotel. Convenient location - near the beach, promenade, Olympic venues, amusement park, etc. Huge guarded parking lot, closed territory. The staff is polite, all issues that arise were resolved quickly and efficiently. In the presence of a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, lobby bar, where you can sit and discuss issues. The restaurant has access to the terrace, which adds even more pleasure to eating food. The hotel has access to a private beach with sun loungers and mushrooms. Beach towels are issued by card. The standard room is large and comfortable. There is everything for making coffee and tea. Bottled water was changed every day. Stunning views from the window, be it the mountains or the sea.

The restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive, so I recommend finding an inexpensive dining room with homemade food, which is located 300 meters from the hotel. To avoid advertising, I will not say the name, I will only say that it is located to the right of the central exit from the hotel and then go around the Chistye Prudy aparthotel a little. It is very easy to find by advertising on the roof of the building - "Dining room. Home food" in the private sector.

There is a second hotel of this chain - Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Center. He did not like the fact that the access to the sea was made in the same way, but the embankment begins almost immediately, 30 m after leaving the hotel. Those. everyone who walks along the promenade watching you lie in or near the pool. In the Paradise hotel, the exit to the sea is separated from the embankment by a minipark with a length of at least 100 m. when you are in the backyard of a hotel - in the pool, in the gym, in the bar, etc. then the people walking along the embankment will not bother you.

Bottom line - if you want to live comfortably and with pleasure during leisure or work, choose this hotel.

Rested with my mother this hotel in the summer. There was a choice between our resorts and Turkey. Since my mother was against foreign countries, the choice fell on the Radisson Collection Paradise Resort and SPA hotel. Near in walking distance to the sea. If you do not want to swim in the sea, then there is a chic and large swimming pool on site. Very quickly the staff solve issues and problems. The very beautiful area of the hotel, as well as outside the hotel there is where to go for a walk and excursions. The interior of the rooms is very beautiful, cozy. As always, the hotel is on top, freshly renovated, wonderful bed, kettle, coffee machine. There is a slight disadvantage that during the winter months there are not enough sun beds in the spa and near the basik. The downside is that if there is no free lounger, then you have nowhere to leave a bathrobe and a towel.

The room did not work safe, fridge and kettle every time. Mixed up hot water with cold. Curtains with holes from cigarettes. Pillows terribly soft (fluff?). I had to sleep on two. The desired temperature has not been set. Rather exhibited but still it was much warmer than desired. At breakfast, there is little you can feed the child. Children's room does not match the photo. Where is the room with swings and roundabouts. But this was a decisive factor in favor of the hotel. On the top five only hotel workers.

We rested in this place for 2 days. We loved everything from the spa we were sent to while the room was getting ready. The spa is divided into several zones, hammam, bath, sauna, aroma therapy, swimming pool. The room is very spacious, which has everything you need, it will be especially convenient for those. Who came for a long period, because there are a lot of different lockers for clothes. Huge bed and comfy pillows. Breakfast was on the level, with freshly squeezed juice (the eggs were really not very tasty fried). There is a free shuttle to Krasnaya Polyana. And very friendly and competent staff. Recommend.

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, just a shame, poor quality of service, staff indifference, in rooms 30 degrees, the ventilation system does not work, 3 hours trying to solve the issue with the reception, just ignoring and indifference. Please pay attention to the management that it is a disgrace to your brand. After all, this is the main thing to ensure the appropriate living conditions. As a result, an open balcony and car noise. This mess. And what the temperature will be during the day, more than 40 degrees and is it normal. What saves hotel management? At the comfort of the guests? I consider this unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
