The standard room is large and comfortable. There is everything for making coffee and tea. Bottled water was changed every day. Stunning views from the window, be it the mountains or the sea.

The restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive, so I recommend finding an inexpensive dining room with homemade food, which is located 300 meters from the hotel. To avoid advertising, I will not say the name, I will only say that it is located to the right of the central exit from the hotel and then go around the Chistye Prudy aparthotel a little. There is a second hotel of this chain - Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Center. The service is points out of , we have been resting for the 2nd year in a row, it s cozy, clean, the staff is well-trained, everyone is very friendly, the smiles are real friendly, and not strained because it s necessary, the variety in the kitchen. It seems to be not bad. But some little things are not encouraging:
1) tried to accommodate us in a regular room, although ordered with a sea view. I had to go swear at the reception
2) stains on the chairs in the room
3) drew attention to the fact that on a table on the street next to the spa center at 5 o'clock in the morning (and possibly even yesterday evening) there were empty beer bottles. None of the staff planned to remove them. I drew the attention of the guys in the bar to this, they said "oh, this is not our zone, we are not responsible for this." Here is such a 5 star hotel. The truth is still removed :))
4) no one cleaned the room before lunch
5) and yes, it doesn't smell like covid protection at breakfast. Social distancing at buffets? No, haven't heard

For me, there was only one drawback in staying at this hotel, this is what I gained + 3 kg in weight)), as the kitchen and food is just delicious. Large selection of everything)) I want to eat and try everything. We left with sadness, I hope that when we never again visit this place.
