We stopped at 19 o'clock and asked for a baby cot in the room. The bed was received at 22:30 and rang every 10/15 minutes.
Left a suitcase and a bottle of wine separately in a bag in the storage room. The wine was smashed, and a package with fragments was given.
Near the heated pool they don't even say hello to dispensing towels ... never ...

Everything seems to be not fatal, but .... this is 5 stars and is far from a cheap hotel, here's the feeling that they are tired of so many tourists.
