I usually leave only negative reviews. There is no time to write about positive impressions) but not this time! We returned from the hotel on 06/08/2020. High season! We lived for almost 2 weeks. Before the trip, I read a lot of fresh reviews to be ready) the mood was ruined a few days before the trip. From the very first moment we arrived at the entrance to the end of our stay, everything was just wonderful! And the staff and service and rooms and cleanliness and everything is absolutely consistent with the declared level! And even the location of the heated towel rail in the shower is super! I saw only advantages in this. It works in such a way that there is simply no humidity in the bathroom and everything dries very quickly! if someone has problems with the air conditioner, cards, etc. - maybe your hands are inserted at the wrong end?) They warn about cards when you check in that you cannot wear them with your phone, otherwise they will be demagnetized. Animation, pools, food and playgrounds - you will find everything at its best! We didn't even try to look for entertainment outside the hotel. What is the point if the hotel has everything you need to relax. The restaurants on the coast leave a lot to be desired. Quite touristy, commonplace and expensive. I read mixed reviews about the Filini Italian restaurant, which is located directly in the hotel. Quite a good restaurant, especially compared to the nearby ones! The popular more d'amore is just a scam for tourists! Filini is much better for the kitchen. The only negative is that there is no sea view. For children, some of the animation is paid. In this I did not see a crime. Yes, a child in a master class made a unicorn for 1500 rubles. (many parents were outraged) but this is much more interesting than buying a toy while walking by in a store or buying a bucket of unnecessary plastic nonsense. I would also like to note that despite the full occupancy of the hotel, this was absolutely not felt. It was always comfortable at breakfast, finding a table was no problem! Find a sun lounger on the beach and around the pool - no problem! Also, the staff will help and carry and bring and whatever your heart desires. The sea, yes - it's not about us. We are used to the cleanest sea with a sandy entrance. Therefore, we spent more time at the pools. But even here, Radisson has outperformed other hotels, in our opinion. Part of the hotel's beach is made of sand. Wonderful sunshades, sun loungers, children's play area. Even the entrance to the sea is paved with a wooden walkway! Our family sincerely does not understand where people come from with negative comments about this hotel) apparently, in our mentality it is normal to be constantly dissatisfied with something) you, gentlemen, have often seen such a service in Europe ?! ). Thanks to the hotel and all the staff for our wonderful vacation! You are the best
