This is very good hotel situated on the jaipur delhi highway in mahiapallpur new Delhi. The hotel is bery good to stay this is very good hotel and their budget. Proviess all the facility which should have at their budget.

Great place to stay with warm and cordial staff. An ace hotel with years of experience in hospitality.Food especially kabab is great here.Bar is good but the pool is sort of OK for one who is not an avid swimmers.

Ambience of hotel was superb,like before...In this COVID-19 situation hotel takes all precautions which is good and all staff wearing a mask and taken all precautions... really love to come here , and thanks to miss annu from NYC she is so friendly and miss.bindu sahrawat specially she is so kind and very helpful girl, she helps me alot to resolve my problems...thanks to radisson to have such a great staff

The buffet at the restaurant is superb especially the starters.The Galouti Kebab is the star attraction along with the prawn tandoori.The serving is also done meticulously so as everyone can relax & enjoy the food.

We selected this hotel based on the reviews online. I always stay at Hyatt, Marriott, or Hilton; this was my first experience with Radisson Blu. First of all, the airport pickup car sent to us was smaller than the one promised; the car had a musty and sweaty odor. They charged me separately for the second car. The receptionist was very unprofessional; when asking his colleague to select the room he spoke in a biased manner, he spoke in Hindi and did not realize that I understand the language. The room had a thick wall to wall carpet with cracked tiles. The carpet had a bad smell and the room was suffocating. There was a mosquito in the room and a mosquito repellent was plugged into one of the outlets. We struggled in the foreign country and had to find another hotel within few hours; we stayed there for 5 hours and the hotel charged us for three nights! When I called staff to assist with luggage for checkout, they sent me a letter very poorly written asking to consider another room. They harassed us when they came to know we were moving; 3-4 men surrounded us asking questions why we were moving, where we were moving and threatened we would not be refunded. These unprofessional employees simply got away with this behavior. If this had happened in the USA, they would be punished very badly for this behaviour.

Great kebab factory still churns out the kebabs with finger licking taste. Love it

I stayed here for overnight . I found it just OK. The room wasn't ready when i arrived. I had to wait to get my room. Staff is courteous.

Dessert is the best in town.. I can't live without their donuts.. highly recommended.. do visit...they even have a live music and a separate section for buffet.. with mouthwatering set up desserts.

Loved their hospitality, comfy room and room services. They were very friendly, warming and straightforward with their customers. Complimentary breakfast was OK, they can really do better though, in love with their mushroom and spinach gravy its definitely a must try. Situated just 10-15 min away from the airport its really a great resting place after a long journey. Will definitely book with them for my future travel.

Amazing Stay ! Great Service ! Would like to visit this again

I booked a night's stay for my mother, wife and daughter, who had a connection flight the next day from Delhi to another part of the country.

The good: Booked a Business class room as it had airport pickup and drop complimentary (among other things) as I wanted my family to have a smooth journey to the hotel after a 12 hour flight from Sydney to Delhi with a toddler. Airport pickup and the check-in experience was hassle free.

The bad: One of the reasons why I booked a Business class room was to get additional benefits like a bathtub (useful after a long flight), complimentary breakfast, etc. As my family were jet lagged, they were up at 5 AM and went to have breakfast around 8 AM. Now this is where the problems started. On reaching the lobby, they were asked for the room number to confirm if breakfast is complimentary and on checking they were told that it is not complimentary. The staff is not aware that breakfast is complimentary even for Deluxe room. I had to call the front desk at least 10 times from Sydney to get this sorted. The lady at the front desk would put me on hold and after 5-10 seconds I would get disconnected. I could sense that she was losing patience with my frequent calls but she failed to understand the inconvenience the hotel was causing to my family who were asked to wait. Eventually I was put through to the lobby manager who was asking me for the voucher that gets sent for complimentary breakfast. I fail to understand why you would need voucher for something that is complimentary and included as part of the room. You wouldn't need a voucher to use the bathtub which is included with a Business class room, would you?

While this was getting sorted, my family went back to their room. The lobby manager eventually said that he will add complimentary breakfast to the room "As a gesture" - It is already paid for, so, it can't be a "gesture", it is correcting your error!!

When my family returned an hour later, many hotel guests were coming down to have breakfast and they didn't notice anyone else being asked for their room number to confirm if breakfast was complimentary or not!

I will not be going to any of the Radisson group of hotels in the future.

Excellent 5-Star Hotel has great rooms and food. Also the events are organised well mannerly. Enjoyed staying in the hotel.

Radisson on is one of the most reputable hotels. There's no doubt in that. Plus their services are breathtaking. The stay might be a bit expensive for a few but will surely be worth it. The staff is amiable and would try to help you as much as possible.

It was one of the best service i was offered..staffs were nice and everything was best.

We were happy to be their esteemed guest. And the cherry on the cake was the birthday celebration of one of our teammate.

The Radisson Blu Hotel located near Delhi Airport and one of the few hotels functional amidst lockdown. We got one of the lavish rooms of their property and had a huge blast on the birthday.

I know you all must be thinking about birthday celebrations during Covid-19, is it safe?

Yes, it was safe for sure. The entire team of the Hotel is well equipped with safety measures and precaution which are a mandate for Covid-19. The Hotel staff and the management is set with the measures to follow for COVID pandemic.
We were properly tested, disinfected, the temperature was checked, the form was filled,

and all the necessary precautions and formalities were completed to ensure our and others safety as well.

We were fumigated with sanitizers and complete social distancing norms were followed by the hotel staff.

Our stay was for 2 nights and 3 days. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and had a relaxed weekend and the birthday celebration.

What more you can ask during the pandemic situation in Delhi and everywhere.



We were welcomed with soothing Mocktail. The Presidential Suite is very spacious with 2 bathrooms, dining room, pantry and a master bedroom.

The decor of the room is elegant & classy. Also, on asking for housekeeping, they literally sanitised each & every corner of the room. Since it was my birthday weekend, they even surprised me by decorating my room with balloons & flowers. The staff of the hotel is very polite and welcoming.

On our first night, we had our Dinner from their Restaurant NYC. It s a multi-cuisine restaurant. Due to COVID situation, Alcohol is not being served in the hotels.

We ordered snacks: Galouti kebabs, Mushroom kebabs & Chinese Starters like veg Manchurian, fish, papaya salad & in the main course we ordered from Indian cuisine like Dal Tadka, Paneer Makhni, khichri etc. Deserts were delicious we ordered Ice cream, Gulab jamun & Ras malai. Food is too delightful, in Radisson Blu. We missed the Kebab Factory. Hope it opens soon.

Next Day, we switched our room to Junior Deluxe Suite. This room is relatively smaller than Presidential Suite, but it s really nicely done & simple luxurious room.

We ordered our breakfast in, with the omelette, milkshake, poori bhaji, South Indian delicacies, coffee etc. we took a property tour & had our Lunch and Dinner at NYC.

The food at NYC is mouth-watering. The main reason for stay Radisson Blu is the food. Staff at the hotel celebrated my birthday at the restaurant too, they came on, wished me and cut the cake together.

That was admittedly a very thoughtful gesture. Although Gym & Spa were shut due to COVID 19.

Overall amazing stay and a great team to stay with. The property is vibrant and following all the guidelines of COVID pandemic.

Chef Sheenu made a great Cake for our teammate and founder of Indian Travel Luxury Blog. And Mrs Simmi Sood, the PR Marketing Radisson Blu, was always there attending us & made our stay commendable & comfortable.

The hospitality is remarkable over here. Mr Anuj Soi, the F&B Director made sure we had the best food possible during our stay. And thanks to the entire team of a Radisson Blu Mahipalpur for being such gracious Hosts.

Good place to stay or hang out in restaurants and bakery but slightly low on guests presence

So the place is pretty nice . I went for a party and i was amazing by the beautiful banquet and the service was commendable . But the taste of the food can be really upgraded. :)
