We selected this hotel based on the reviews online. I always stay at Hyatt, Marriott, or Hilton; this was my first experience with Radisson Blu. First of all, the airport pickup car sent to us was smaller than the one promised; the car had a musty and sweaty odor. They charged me separately for the second car. The receptionist was very unprofessional; when asking his colleague to select the room he spoke in a biased manner, he spoke in Hindi and did not realize that I understand the language. The room had a thick wall to wall carpet with cracked tiles. The carpet had a bad smell and the room was suffocating. There was a mosquito in the room and a mosquito repellent was plugged into one of the outlets. We struggled in the foreign country and had to find another hotel within few hours; we stayed there for 5 hours and the hotel charged us for three nights! When I called staff to assist with luggage for checkout, they sent me a letter very poorly written asking to consider another room. They harassed us when they came to know we were moving; 3-4 men surrounded us asking questions why we were moving, where we were moving and threatened we would not be refunded. These unprofessional employees simply got away with this behavior. If this had happened in the USA, they would be punished very badly for this behaviour.
