Amazing property, one of the best Radisson in town, spacious Deluxe Suite, courteous staff, keen to help duty managers: Kudos to Anjali and Kartik, amazing food, nice bar, coffee at business lounge is worth it.
Pool is a must try, if you enjoy swimming.

I never stay there so it is not about stay but I attended a marriage there, services by staff were excellent and we took 2 rooms for night and rooms were comfortable

Restaurant NYC is okish. Overall hotel is a bit old

We recently moved from Hotel Grand to this facility and found amazing place called The Great Kabab Factory. Reaching to Hotel from Mahipalpur red light is an ordeal however once you enter hotel - life is easier and you feel relaxed. Found it weird to get car parked as wrongly parked my car being a sedan is long for them. But overall staff is very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Nice service and food. Radisson Blu Plaza is just walking distance from Aerocity metro station. Good hotel to organise any event. It also has gym, swimming pool, spa and few shops from which you can buy memorabilia, jewellery etc.

we arrived to the hotel in the evening time and right after we received the room we went down to enjoy the lobby of the hotel. When we got back to the room I have noticed a strange smell but at first I didn't think much of it. I went into the shower that was full of Layers of dust, and then after this horrible experience, when I went out of the shower I saw on the leather that was on the walls mold- which explained the horrible damp smell that was all over the room.
Furthermore I will add that the room was not clean at all and the sheets where dirty.
After we complained the following morning, it took around 1.5 hours to finish making the complaint, checking our room and changing it to a clean room that they made sure was clean this time.
After we paid 11000+ INR for two nights we expected to have a very good experience which turned into a real nightmare!
I will also add since It may be relevant for people, that the hotel is located on a main road which is hard to get a taxi from, and when we asked the hotel if they can order us a taxi they said that they can't and that we can use their taxi services ( for a 10 minutes drive to the air port they wanted 1000+ INR)
I will never go back to this hotel again:(

Nearby good branded hotel are other options at airport.

The hotel is nice inside and very convenient for the airport. Be aware that there is no free shuttle service to the airport though. They will pick you up by car but it costs around 2000INR. The food is good and the rooms comfortable, but beware the lifts during a power failure and they don't seen to have stairs.

Probably TYAGI conducted very well mocktail session.

Check in process was quite smooth. Room was clean and well equipped, check out also very quick. Only a few min drive to the airport.

It was an awesome stay here. Best price with A1 facilty. Nice service. Would love to come again. Thank You Radisson!

High class luxurious hotel with nice poolside space.

It was peaceful and well provided. I would however have liked it if the hotel provided more information in written or spoken at the time of checking in regarding how ordering food from in-room dining works exactly. For a first timer like me who isn't exactly sure how things work, it would be helpful to know that the objective of providing a 'stay deposit' at the time of checking in is to avoid having to pay for every order separately at the time of such order itself. you cannot just pay for all in room dining at the time of checking out in one go. Making multiple payments during one's stay makes it inconvenient and it would be better to actually have two options - one for people who would want to save time and give a deposit and one for people who don't mind waiting too much - they pay the food bill at the end while checking out. Otherwise, it was a good stay overall.
