They DO NOT stand behind their products. I bought the Noize Barrier Micro and the tip became dislodged in my ear, they offered me a new tip and stated that was the solution. How can you know without even looking at it? I feel the whole product is defective and asked for a replacement, even after offering to send them defective unit, the tip that came off and a copy of doctor bill to prove I wasn t just looking for a freebie. They blew me off, I will make sure I let everyone I know who shoots not to buy this product! Garbage!
Great customer service. I bought an earpiece from here in the summer time and it worked great. A part broke and I was able to exchange it, no questions asked!
