A nice property!! Though located in Delhi , It happens to be very close to gurgaon, which gives it a strategic advantage. Seems very popular with foreigners.

Only 20 minutes from the airport.

I had a layover at Delhi and decided to have a night stay here. The staff is courteous and room are spacious and full of modern amenities. Food also is good and caters for the taste of Indians foreigners alike. Overall a good and recommend hotel.

Loved the food quality here. Washrooms are though questionable. Did nt like how they have designed Men's washroom. Zero Privacy

Things started well, the hotel driver was at the airport and courteously drove me to the hotel. Check in was a bit of a mission, there was a big wedding reception on and I was having trouble hearing the receptionist talking above the noise. I explained I didn't want a room close to the wedding reception and he duly obliged.
I arrived in my room (321), it was nice size and well appointed. As it was late, I planned to go straight to bed, so unpacked my case and started to plug in chargers and electrical devices for charging. The plug point beside the bed wasn't working, so I moved it to the other side, also not working, nor the kettle socket. There was one working across the room, but too far away for some medical equipment I need to use overnight. I called the front desk, who said they would have it fixed in the morning. Explaining that wasn't good enough, I was told someone would be up in 10 minutes. No one appeared, so after 20 minutes, I called again and insisted someone came and bring with him an extension lead. 10 minutes later a man arrived, checked the sockets and told me "they're not working", good we agreed on that then, he will mend them in the morning. I showed him my medical device and explained I need power NOW!! He unravelled the extension lead and plugged it in, draping the wire across the room at waist height and plugged in an adapter. By the time I had plugged in my chargers etc. it resembled a Christmas tree, but it was now well after 1:00am and I was tired, but being wound up by the inconvenience, I decided to have 10 minutes on my iPad. I fell asleep.
At 2:15am I woke up, and thought I should go to bed properly, the lights wouldn't switch off. Another call to the front desk, another delay, another call to Duty Manager and 35 minutes later he turned up with three assistants. They confirmed the sockets were not working - again and advised to switch off the lights using the "Master Switch", that certainly killed the lights, but also the rest of the power in the room. After 10 minutes of humming and aaaahhing, they went into the roof space pressed a couple of switches which allowed the bedside plug points to remain live, whilst the master switch killed the lights, at last 2:30am, I could go to sleep.
I awoke with the alarm as I had a flight to catch and went to checkout about 7:00am. I asked for the bill and too be honest, shocked that no consideration had been made for the severe inconvenience I had endured during the night. The receptionist could see notes on my account, but was resolute in telling me I had to pay the full price. I found this outrageous and pointed out the "satisfaction guaranteed" sign by reception, he was having none of it. He then said he would offer me an upgrade the next time I stayed there. He also advised the Manager would make contact with me directly by email, nothing received as yet.
Now, if they think for one minute I will stay there again, they are sadly mistaken. I truly cannot remember a worse night of interruption in a hotel in 30 years of travelling on business. I am a gold card holder with "ClubCarlson" that includes Raddison hotels, I felt my concerns were poorly handled and they didn't care about a paying customer.
There will not be another opportunity, I will not be going back and cannot recommend it to anyone else.

I have stayed in more than 10 five star hotels in Delhi but I have never seen such a good service.Even in times of corona epidemic the hotel is so well maintained as I have not seen anywhere else.And the most important thing is that the staff here is so cooperative, which I liked very much.

The facilities and the ambience is very nice here and even the interiors are nice and also the staff is also very helpful and cooperative. The arrangements of the program are also very nice. food is also good.

The best part about this hotel is that it's super close to the airport. The pool view is the best view. Some rooms don't have any view at all. It's covered by the exterior walls or you can only see its terrace which is not cleaned regularly. Food is very nice. The kebab restaurant is really awesome. Be sure to be very hungry when u go there.

The staff members were really helpful. The complementary breakfast was delicious. I don't have any complaints with respect to my stay with Radisson Blu.

Unsatisfied with the service. Hotel wasn t cooperating.we have been shifted to Radisson blu from Udyog Vihar. It was my birthday party and it took more than 4 hours for my guests to get the room. They even asked to pay for the empty glasses.No morning call for the breakfast. Overall it s unsatisfactory. I will not recommend anyone to stay with any Radisson.

Very nice and worderful 5 star hotel. I visited Radisson Blu Plaza for GDG DevFest 2018. Hotel premisis is very beautiful and clean. Staff is very humble and friendly. Food is really nice. My overall experience is too good. I would love to visit Radisson Blu Plaza again for sure.

It's located on NH8. The service is awesome with delicious foods and drinks.

Excellant services , good food , good , polite and professional staff , good aoura about the hotel. Buffet was amazing and a variable variety of food . Gym and swimming pool is amazing and rejuvenating.

I went there to attend the Google dev fest 2018. The talks were awesome. Its just there was not enough seats for people as many people wanted to attend the same talk. The food was good but i have tried better.

Attended a family function at Aab Mahal, in Radisson Blu, Dwarka. I would like to rate 3* out of 5* for ambience and food.

Disappointing services. You need to carry and place your bags for scanning. No help no support.
No one attend you while having food.
Yesterday night's buffet dinner was completely tasteless... tried all available dishes but nothing was good.

It's a really amazing hotel to stay , very close to airport and they give awesome breakfast for free . Ambience is next level . Enjoyed staying in this hotel.
