Staff hardly speak English. Had to ask two different staff for Halal food and they still managed to bring out a dish with Bacon in it! Takes 15 minutes to make coffee and when it does eventually arrive its cold.

Room location was brilliant and size was good too, the air con didn't work and it was boiling in there all night so I slept really bad! We were told there would be a 'grab and go' breakfast and there wasn't. Other than that if was a lovely stay.

Bar and restaurants are very good but some of the bedrooms are looking old, generally the bedrooms are in need of a refurbishment. Staff are always pleasant and well trained. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen!

Although I only stayed one night, I'm kinda glad I did. Whoever designed the rooms definitely did a bad job, there's so many pointless features it's frightening. No usb points, the bed is at such a bad angle you can't watch TV without getting a neck or back ache, no side table next to the bed.

It's definitely not a bad hotel. Rooms and common spaces are nicely designed. I was left wondering by the enormous mattress extending a foot over the bedbase from every side and bending down if you put any weight on it. Breakfast wasn't bad but nothing impressive other perhaps than that my cappuccino (well done to the barrister). The hotel is close to the terminal but not really connected to the terminal.

Room service unacceptable! First time in my life I have to go downstairs to the restaurant to order room service, because after 1 hour calling,no answer. Even worse, they give me the food in a tray and I have to take the tray myself (as a waiter) to the room. Everybody looking at me thinking :Does this man knows that you can call from the room?? Absurd.
Even I download the "Radisson Blue app" but is useless.

I cannot fault the hotel except for one thing ,we paid in full on arrival but the cost of the stay was charged to our credit card as well and not released for 10 days.so we essentially paid Double for the room.a disgraceful practice.so my advice is pay with a credit card only don't pay cash.

Really good place to meet people who are flying in...

Really good place to meet people who are flying in for a meeting. Free parking in the airport as long as you buy anything in the coffee shop. They are quite happy for you to stay as long as you want. Would be 5 stars if the food and drink was not Swedish prices.

Bed was compfy, it was quiet, breakfast was great but they need to do a deep cleaning of the place or replace some stuff. There were stains on the chairs/couches in the bar area and our bed had stains and the sheets as well, for that price I expected it to be clean.

Surprisingly no matter who long u call for any room service there is no answer. U have to go down and wait in an endless queue till u reach front desk staff who is also under pressure ... very disappointing experience

Terrible for parking. If you're going to an event there, get a cab or expect to be told to park in an airport car park, pay the fees, and walk to the hotel down a road next to a building site with no pavements and little lighting.

Dangerous Corona hotspot!

How can a hotel be so irresponsible to coop up people in the tiny corner bar for breakfast during escalating Corona situation, instead of the usual wide breakfast area that they have available?
On top of this, some people walked in or were standing in breakfast line without wearing masks and staff did not react at all, even after they've been asked by several guests to intervene. Instead, I could witness people who felt uncomfortable with this breach were thereby forced to leave breakfast.*

While friendly asking the shift manager to improve communication to guests (and staff), that it is mandatory to wear masks while in public on the hotel's premises, her reply and especially her conversation style, was highly inappropriate for a 4-star hotel!

She said she would not be responsible for what guests do or don't do, as she is not the police. When I replied, that without being the police there is still a responsibility of the premises' owner when guests' behavior is inappropriate and in this case even endangering others: because she knows exactly how to make someone wear his trousers or leave, if she would see someone walking the lobby without - so why not doing the same when seeing someone not wearing his damn mask? The rest of the conversation she wanted to lecture me not to swear, as I had said 'damn mask', and she was intentionally and quickly escalating on that (even though I had instantly apologized), playing "unruly guest" with me - which was ridicullus, as I was calm and not unruly at all (of course besides having used the word 'damn' once).

To sum it up:
- It was THE most irresponsible place I had to witness while having to travel for work during Corona situation
- Staff's attitude and behavior is hostel level, not 4-star hotel

* As this took place shortly before Christmas, people were mostly traveling due to seeing their relatives, some of those relatives are elderly parents or grandparents - the described situation in the breakfast bar was not just uncomfortable (and not just happening on a single day), but also really endangering lives!

Need to sort out check-in as it took me exactly one hour to get my already booked room. Eventually got a room at 10.45 after queuing for one hour. Shortage of concierge to sort out car parking and check-in staff was problem. When you consider that I needed to be out of room at 4.30 the next morning this was most inconvenient and the most expensive hotel experience (measured in hours) I have ever had!

Looks nice visually, and very easy walk from the airport, but then various issues arose. First the wifi didn't work. Rang reception who said to restart my devices but still no wifi, and the phone signal is so poor I had no phone or internet at all.
Then I ordered food. It was overly expensive, took a long time to arrive, and was lukewarm.
In regards to the room the walls are very thin so you can easily hear people moving around next door/in the corridor, plus the jets outside.
The only plug sockets are one halfway up the wall and two on the desk opposite the bed, severely lacking on sockets/USB ports by the bed to meet the modern consumers needs.
The bed itself. The pillows initially look lovely but touch them and they're flat. The mattress is like sleeping on a radiator in a very bad way. I kept waking up in the night as I was so hot I had to move around the bed to find a cooler section so I could sleep.
Then the desk, the veneer is starting to fall off and the broken bits of wood underneath catch on your clothes.
It did come with some mini toiletries though which is an advantage if you forgot your own.

At the end of the day it looks nice but the reality is a disappointment. I wouldn't book it again.

Stayed here before an early flight. Reception staff were fantastic, but the same could not be said about the restaurant staff. We had our 2 year old with us and wanted to order some bar food before the main menu opened at 6pm. Despite indicating we would be ordering from the bar menu, nobody came to take our order, and once we had ordered there was clearly a change of shift as our food had sat under a heat lamp long enough for chips to go Luke warm and a skin to form on sauces. Would stay again but would not use the restaurant.

Really comfortable bed, nice toiletries, and amazing buffet breakfast available from 4am. This was really handy as our flight was so early and we could still enjoy a good coffee and food before departure. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel. Strange rules around alcohol service from the bar - when the bar closes you can have room service bring you a beer then you have to bring it down to the bar area. Food was decent but quite expensive.

I was at Stansted airport this afternoon i went in to pay my parking fee at 4 30 pm unfortunately i meat a member of staff which seemed very stressed out she insulted me not alone embraced me i told another member of staff about the incident he apologised on her behalf and said he would talk with her my advice when ever ye are planning a night or weekend there try and make sure that member of staff is not on duty

Amazing, Sharming hotel, right next to terminal, you can walk to terminal and back and it's will take roughly 3-5min walk. large car Park, you can pay at the reception, controlled by parking eye.

Rooms are spacious and clean, however I feel the hotel cuts corners. Stayed a number of times and dinner has been poor and the beds are nice and big but the bed linen is hard and uncomfortable.

If you can provide nice soft sheeting and a good hot quality meal you'll be close to 5 stars.

beautiful hotel 3 minutes walk from Stansted airport, comfortable rooms, spacious and clean, very comfortable bed, in the room there is also everything you need to prepare a hot tea ... highly recommended.

Lovely room in an absolutely huge and spacious hotel. Right next to the terminal so a simple 2 minute walk. And the breakfast is fantastic and has something for everyone's palate. Will definitely be using this hotel again. The most convenient hotel at Stansted especially when combined with short stay parking.

I stayed in this hotel on 25th October for my seventh birthday, the breakfast staff could not have been more respectful or obliging, they made my day with taking photos and doing me a happy birthday boared with strawberry chocolate and Apple swan. Thank you Anna and stelian, you certainly went over and above your duty of care .

This was an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight and like previous stays this was very good. The room is spacious and clean as was the bathroom with a good supply of essentials for personal use. It was quite busy consequently there was quite a long wait for a table in the restaurant so we decided to have a bar snack which was tasty and thoroughly enjoyed. This is a convenient hotel as it is a short walk to the terminal and long stay parking can be arranged. We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions when catching early flights and always been totally satisfied with all services and accommodation.

Decent sized rooms with the usual amenities, but it feels a bit tired with various fittings showing wear & tear. Not particularly cheap, but being next to the airport - a couple of minutes walk to the terminal carries a premium. The building is well insulated to noise from the runways which is a bonus. The staff we have dealt with were pleasant & helpful, but I can't help feeling that the place is just lacking enough attention to detail to take it to 4*

Room Service Food really bad quality, delay of 2 hours after making the request . Contacting reception via Phone from the room was impossible .Not the first time that I have been there and this was such a bad experience !!!
