Couple of mins walk from airport but can be expens...

Couple of mins walk from airport but can be expensive as a result. Breakfast is also expensive but that's typical of many hotels. Some of the reception staff can be less than friendly and they completely cocked up my check in last time I was there. Some of the rooms overlook the main atrium and can be noisy so not the best if you are a light sleeper. Bizarrely mobile phone reception in many of the rooms is almost non existent. Still the best choice if you have an early flight to catch though.

Not really worth the price in my eyes unfortunately. The room was ok. We paid breakfast on site, but were thrilled because they forgot to give us breakfast coupons. Have had nicer and smoother hotel stays.

bit of a maze of roads to get to. if you take a wrong turn you'll be in one of the car parks and then it's talk to the idiots as you try to navigate the barriers out a date circumnavigate the instant fee! yes that was me. however radisson parking was easy and close to hotel. booking in was very pleasant. ladies on the desk were very slick and I managed an upgrade on my radisson card which was helpful. room is delightful. very clean. bathroom is sparkling. bed huge. here for a 2 day business meeting so will update on food etc etc. but so far on day one it's a good start.

evening meal in steak house was OK. good service food good.

It would help if the car park system worked. Which included paying by card or app. Even phoning was long and labourious. The other option going in to reception was also a problem as there was a queue of over 20 people. This is before we can get our daughter booked in. Not impressed at the limited amount of parking or of the few people that were on reception on what was obviously a very busy night.

Shame the safe didn't work thought they Changed my room immediately. Reasturant 168 was ful other obe and bar were very slow not attentive service just kinda too much trouble bill was made up incorrectly but sorted once I drew their attention.
Lovely spa lovely rooms shame the acrobatics has finished in the bar area nothing to do but people watch.

The lobby looks great. Rooms have been updated with new Samsung flat screens. They say you can cast directly from your phone, but when i try i get 20+ tv's. They would need to create individual wifi for each room for this to work. A power socket by the bed would be nice. There we a full bath! Not that i would ever want use it. Decent room. Hotel stag are very helpful. The location for Stansted Airport is amazing, just 5 minutes walk!

This is probably my favourite airport hotel; easy walking distance to the terminal, friendly staff and discounted parking if you stay at the hotel. That said, it's not quite the special experience it used to be - the rooms a getting slightly tired now and they will need to start a refurb programme within the next couple of years if they want to keep it as something slightly differentiated from the norm. Prices for rooms are reasonable although I can't speak for the restaurant or bar prices. The rooms are quiet and well insulated and the showers are hot and strong; Locking doors, decent parking, clean beds and hot showers...What more do you want from an airport hotel?

Spent the night here before my flight (again) 3 minute walk from the hotel to the terminal. Nice bar with a good selection of drinks. Nice feel about the place. Rooms clean. Couldn't ask for more.

Good location for business traveler, walking distance from departure terminal. Nice breakfast otherwise poor choice and quality of food, 2 restaurants and 1 bar make quite all the same. Rooms are good but quite old, some with very extravagant themes. Gym not open 24/7. Considering the offers in the area it s worth a look

Hotel is close to the airport, no need of a shuttle. The runway views are fabulous and so is the breakfast. We had a short but perfect stay. I am sure the spa is also great but we did not have the time to go there.

Location sells this hotel a walk away from Stansted , Rooms good Reception good but service at bars and restaurant dreadful...I use because convenient to fly back and forth to Spain. Service consistently poor stay at least 8 times a year...shame it carries Radisson brand...

Great location but very bad customer service attit...

Great location but very bad customer service attitude, bad management. Two days in a roll, my keys didn t work, staff told me that i need to reactivate my keys each time I leave the hotel as that is how their system works, which was not true. When I asked to speak to their manager, they then said we would recommend you reactivate your key after you leave the hotel each time. I don t keep the key with my phone or anything that could damage it, so it s something that they didn t set up correctly for me at the check in time but they tried to lie to me.

They also don t provide sleepers if you book a standard room, so unless you book to stay premium room, you need to bring your own. When I requested a pair of sleepers, first they told me they don t provide, then they said they run out of sleepers. When I pushed further, they brought over a pair. Why it had to be so difficult? All Radisson brand hotels are good, this one is extremely bad, I hope their HQ will review their GM s performance and customer service orientation.

Nice staff, good rooms (I had a double) went down to breakfast to find all the fruit and bread covered in flies. Hot breakfast was ok, but not what I wanted

This hotel always disappoints me, we stay he because its convenient only, but I begrudge it to be honest. The bar staff are unprofessional and stuck up in the restaurant. Chucking empty wine bottles in the bin, so the entire bar customers jump out of their skin and the selection of beers/largers is very poor. The wine is hugely over priced. Reception staff are quite rude and I think they behave this way, because they know it's a stop off hotel and people will stay there because its convenient!

I ve stayed in this hotel 3 times for work and twice I have not had working air conditioning, twice I have not had a working fridge and NEVER has any one ever picked up the phone during these stays, not once for room service, not once for Housekeeping and not even once if I pressed emergency (this is all 5 rooms I ve been in) when addressed they just told me that there are a lot of people staying here and maybe they were too busy to answer the phones. It is walking distance to the terminal however there are plenty of other hotels close enough that I m sure provide a more excellent, more stress free service.

Great Hotel! Always stay here when we fly from Stansted airport. Really close to check-in, only a few minutes walk. Family rooms are very spacious. Despite being very close to the airport the hotel is quiet.

Great value for money, spoilt us with our room , wished were able to make more use of it :-) Fab Service, if you are staying here before your flight book your parking for the night of arrival, get the bus to the terminal and walk (a short walk) to the hotel, that way you don't need to worry about parking and bus transfer in the morning you can walk to the terminal in 5 mins.

What I loved about this hotel was its proximity to...

What I loved about this hotel was its proximity to the airport terminal and the fact that it was so quiet.
I arrived in too late for my onward travel so I stayed the night so that I could relax the next morning and then get the onward bus to my destination.
I requested a quiet room and got a room overlooking the courtyard and was just amazed how quiet it was considering the volume of air traffic outside.
I had a 4 course breakfast and enjoyed every bit of it. With pancakes made to order as an added bonus. The choice and freshness was really good.
All staff members were pleasant, approachable and very helpful.
The leisure and gym facilities were also very good. I would certainly use this hotel again

Excellent breakfast and convenient for airport. However bedroom was very hot. Despite setting thermostat to 16 we couldn't get it down below 19 which was far too warm with such a heavy weight duvet. Slept on the bed covered in bath towel in the end!

Airport hotel, recently refurbished.
Good size rooms and n good conditions and reasonable amenities. (Although I didn t like the fact that you can t open the window for fresh air!).
Tried the seafood pizza from room service 3/5, but delivered quite quickly (25min). They didn t have any halal options for food.
Reception gets quite busy and sometimes they take time to answer when you call them.
Breakfast was average with reasonable hot options.
Gym was quite compacted, but had everything you needed, although some equipment was very old. And gym staff was not up to standards ( no towel available initially, he was actually busy exercising! )
Didn t spend enough time indoors to try any other restaurants in hotel.
With some minor improvements, this could actually become a great hotel.

Room was clean and everything was available. But lady during check in could not speak normal English and has struggles using PC.

During early breakfast quite dirty and stinky homeless person just comes to the buffet, takes food, sits to the table next to me and nobody stops him. Only after some time staff asks him to leave but wipes only table, but not dishes which has been touched. Quite disappointed in Radisson security and sanitary. It could be better.

I recently visited #radissonblu #radissonhotels #stanstedairport #station169 #restaurant if you can call it that it s more like a working men s cafe take a look at the table wear (minimalist to say the least). I ordered their <br/> 10oz #ribeyesteak the worst piece of #meat in 58years I have ever been served. Take a look at the photos. I was told by the staff and chef that it looked disgusting and they all hated working there in the restaurant. I waited an hour just to be served. It wasn t even that busy. My advice after working in the #hospitality industry for 47 years avoid this restaurant like the plague especially if you have #cancer like I do and a low #immunity The #fandb #director and hotel manager should be sacked for buying and allowing (pigswill) like this to be served. I m still waiting for the manager to contact me regards this disgusting event. The rooms are falling apart. Staff are OK at front desk. In the restaurants the staff are rude and do not cater well to dietary requirements. Food is very over priced. Only stay here is necessary.

Went there for a work get together. The bar staff were very attentive and worked with smiles on their faces. The breakfast was pretty good. There was plenty to choose from and all the hot food was always kept topped up and never run out. My room was nice and modern and was very clean. The bath towels were very soft and there plenty of them. Check was very quick and easy. My only slight quibble is that they should highlight a lot more the key drop for check out, as a lot of people were queuing to the k out when they could have just dropped the key and gone. The function room we used for our conference had sample space and there was plenty of tea and coffee to keep everyone happy. The access to the hotel from the train terminal is very quick and simple. Overall I had a good experience of this hotel and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone else.
