NORCOM Review

I showed 30 mins before my appt time and got a door immediately and was out of there in less than 40 mins. I did see 8 trucks waiting but don't know their situation but for me can't ask for anything better.

Norcom's Exceed Reinfirced Filler Paper is excellent! The reinforced strip keeps the holes from tearing, and the paper quality is stronger than the average notebook paper. I use it for my recipe books and my genealogy notebooks. No more mending torn sheers! Thank you.

their loading time is at least 6 hours. Had a driver there to get loaded and manager didn't know when the load was going to be ready and he said they have at least 6 hours to load a truck. They don't respect their appt times and loaded trucks even twice before my truck. My driver ended up leaving since manager said we could leave if we wanted to so that is exactly what we did. Horrible place.

They don t honor your appt time here at all. I had a 10:30 am appt and arrived at 10:00 am exact and checked in. Was given a piece of paper to another location that was 7 miles away that i needed to go wait and park until they staged my load at original facility. I had to use my clock to go park at another location just to wait to get loaded which was bs because i needed every minute of my drive time. I didn t get a call until around 13:00 pm to come back and get in a door to be loaded. Once in door it took about 30 - 45 minutes to get loaded which wasn t bad. Moral of the story they don t care or honor your appt time at all long as you arrive on tine

Very slow and what's the point of an appointment if the product isnt available when said appointment is ready and the office seems like a group of younger kids that have no clue what's so ever and its seems impossible to give a time reference when it might be ready 1/ 1/2 hour past appointments and still no loaded

Very fast loading time. Great staff . Very professional and organized.

Vender was great. Loaded trailer in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was available.

If I could rate it in the negative numbers I would. I got here a little before my appointment time, I was given a sheet of paper with directions to some other facility to go wait until they had a dock free. My appointment was for 1500, at 1930 they finally called me and assigned me a door. Still loading me, as slowly as humanly possible, at 2010.
