Awesome buffet. Specially chicken ham... And desserts... Were lovely. Service is gr8,,, the banquet manager was very kind

Have been staying here mostly for short trips since past two Years. The reception staff is always helpful with allowing late checkout. Great food at the Kebab Factory. Amazing Location , Nice rooms and good Wifi. Highly recommended for business travellers

This is the best hotel for travelers to stay and it is affordable too.

No proper management. There was conference today at 4.00 PM. The sound system was out of order. AC'S Were not working, in spite of repeated requests the ac's were not started properly. Only one counter for serving food for a huge crowd of people. NO MANAGEMENT.Totally pathetic condition. I would give minus rating to this hotel.

Ambience is good. I had buffet lunch, however I felt the flavours were strong and after a while they over lower the pallete. The starters and the non vegeterian section were the satisfactory.

Very good hospitality. Rooms are spacious with all facilities. My friends were thrilled to see how safe and cautious steps are being taken here. The food was amazingly lavish. And the staffs are amazing and very helpful. Thank you for making the stay a memorable one.

Great place for meeting Since we have done here our meeting of profession. Has good facilities. I don't know another room and guest room facilities as I haven't seen it but it may be good as the place is very nice and cool

Convenient location. Good rooms. Clean bathrooms.Decent breakfast. Excellent service from professional and well motivated staff.

DIRTY HOTEL. This place has absolutely no cleanliness standard. Honestly ruins the raddison name. If you're expecting that this is like any other raddison you are wrong!! This place is filthy and disgusting. Cannot imagine it's called a 5 star hotel. Should be 3 stars max. Management is also very bad. Will NEVER set foot in this place again.

Kabab factory and Diwakar(Front desk guy ) was awesome

Attended a presentation by Yes Bank. The service and food left a lot to be desired. Items in the buffet were skipped until later (Papad for one).
The handi subzi was full of carrots with a smattering of beans and peas.
The papdi chaat had only papdi, curd and chutney.
Pastries were replenished after almost 15 mins of getting over.
The person serving ice cream suddenly disappeared leaving a long queue at the counter. He reappears while a guest is helping himself, takes the scoop out of his hand and states that he needs to get another ice cream.!
Finally, when I am leaving, I see the concierge (or front desk staff more likely) standing right beside me conveniently ignoring a piece of trash paper lying right there. When I pick it up and request him to help me dispose it, he takes it from my hands.
