Attended a presentation by Yes Bank. The service and food left a lot to be desired. Items in the buffet were skipped until later (Papad for one).
The handi subzi was full of carrots with a smattering of beans and peas.
The papdi chaat had only papdi, curd and chutney.
Pastries were replenished after almost 15 mins of getting over.
The person serving ice cream suddenly disappeared leaving a long queue at the counter. He reappears while a guest is helping himself, takes the scoop out of his hand and states that he needs to get another ice cream.!
Finally, when I am leaving, I see the concierge (or front desk staff more likely) standing right beside me conveniently ignoring a piece of trash paper lying right there. When I pick it up and request him to help me dispose it, he takes it from my hands.
Team Radisson Blu Ahmedabad has a long way to catch up!
