Amazing hotel, good price , amazing service big pool

The room was comfortable and the location is good but the only thing is that they took extra money for breakfast even though we paid for it online and when we showed them the email they didn t bother bring someone who know how to read Arabic so he/she could read the email and return our money back at first the lady said she would refund us when we check out and when we checked out we didn t get our money back

We attend church there...amazing hotel with its facilities and friendly staff..

Very large room, with a bathtub and views of the sea or Marina.
The hotel is near the airport (taxi 20AED) and far from the center (taxi 70AED). The surrounding area does not have any shops or shops. It is mandatory to take a free taxi or shuttle bus to the nearby YAS Mall Plaza (about 10 minutes drive).
Breakfast buffet is varied but most of them are European and Middle Eastern dishes, almost without Asian food. The morning grilled salmon is delicious.
The staff is very cute and speaks English well.

It was a good hotel pretty conformable. Visited Abu Dhabi to attend a concert but there was a small problem at check in when we were told the rollaway bed we requested was for a fee per night which we haven't been told about on the phone when we booked. Other than that it was a really nice hotel.

Just had supper ...fully halaal.The buffet was great 160 Aed pp.Wide variety from soup to dessert ..no alcohol.

The hotel is wonderful and the view is wonderful, but it is far from the sea. There was a delay in the services and a problem in the room s entry card and the lack of good behavior by those in charge of the reception, and the hotel was disrupted. The hotel s manager, Massad, solved the problem and bypassed the hotel s default and was very respectful, understanding, and with morals and respect. Good luck, Lord

The facility is NYC n pleasant however all the sports activity are outdoors as well charged like they even charge for the rackets to play tennis...

The hotel was nice clean and tidy. The swimming pool area was very lively. We had taken spa for 60 min and it was amazing and relaxing. It very near to all attractions ferari world, yas mall, Warner Brothers etc.

Great location staffs are friendly rooms are very clean, breakfast buffet and service excellent. Overall, everything was fine.

Thier card system needs to be fixed.. We had to wait in the elevator and in front of our room many times

Affordable and comfortable hotel, with a quirky design throughout. Rooms are large, great view of the pool, the golf course and yas island from the balcony.

One of the few hotels located at Yas Island with easy access to the theme parks. Was quite crowded when we were there over a weekend.

Cooperative staff, pleasent interiors, ample of dining options, awesome amenities, you are lucky if the place is carrying out any events during your stay, off from city hustles...what else do want to enjoy a perfect holiday week?:D

Customer service was non existent. Reception staff and management were really rude. Avoid at all costs.

The price and service I think are good. Really the problems I had were with the mattress, fridge, and WiFi. The fridge didn't work and was stuffed with their over priced junk but they did fix it and remove the stuff when I asked. As for the mattress Holy Hell was it bad. I think the floor was probably softer. I'm not joking, the mattress is downright painful to sleep on. My back is screaming.

Finally the WiFi. The upside is it was free and apparently that's something that is relatively new - I just assumed this has been standard for the past decade. When I stayed at the RB in Kuwait each room had a dedicated 100Mbps link. The WiFi was beautiful. Here on the other hand it's absolutely terrible. I get great signal but it's painfully slow and unreliable - it dropped twice while writing this. WiFi is incredibly important because I use it to make WiFi calls back home and for work. I've been dropped from numerous conference calls because my WiFi would drop. The sad thing is when I called the front desk about it I was given access to their "backup" WiFi which was worse. It does the same thing on both my Galaxy S8 and iPhone. Also my coworkers who are staying in neighboring hotels haven't had any issues with their WiFi.

Nice rooms. One side room views pretty cool - golf course by the water. Food is pretty decent too - good spread during breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets.

Short Trip

We enjoyed our trip. The poolside is very beautiful and also the breakfast restaurant is well managed with quick service, the coffee is really nice serving during the breakfast. The nearby mall and ad theme parks are a definite plus.

One of the perfect resorts for staying in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain area. Very calm and neat. Everything is provided in the room and I am highly recommending it.

Located in Yas island, Radisson Blu gives access to nearly all attractions in Yas Island during your visit. The staff members are all friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities are comprehensive that you could decide to stay in the hotel all day, or take a trip to nearby places of interest. Daily routine service from housekeeping are awesome. They ensured your stay are pleasant and required essentials (like water) are always available.

Best place to live and enjoy ourselves and it has an awesome golf course as well as the view is spectacular also the staff is friendly and the food is simply the best if u r looking for continental only! Cost wise it's worth it and the major attractions of Abu Dhabi are at walkable distances.

We had an awesome time while we were spending our time at this hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I also like the quality and speed of the valet service that is being offered. We had a lovely room, which was quick and easy to check in to. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of its great location.

Good place to stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Possibility to take a rest at swimming pool. Some rooms have a great view to golf court and the water.

The place is good on one side of the rooms but the pool is very small and sometimes the restaurant is not good clean on the buffet side

I understand you totally I am not important customer for hotel I try to book room in 24 nov until 27 with breakfast and lunch and dinner and you told me i received another call and you hang up on my face or you put me on hold and answer another call why you not let your friend answer another call and you talk with me thank you for nothing i feel sorry cause i put one star I suppose put nothing forever
