Excellent dealer Pouw Rijssen, both Volkswagen and Audi. While we live in Almelo, we always bring our Audi A3 and Volkswagen Golf 7 to Pouw for maintenance. Very friendly people and excellent service! Overall a big 10!

Unfortunately not had a good experience with Pouw.
In the first place, they do not stick to agreements made and the communication leaves what they want.
For a repair of about 3 hours we have now lost our car for more than 3 days, this was not necessary. Too bad and not expected

First of all, we did not have a good experience with Pouw due to incorrect communication and the unnecessarily long repair time,
Pouw eventually took his responsibility and acknowledged the mistake and, in addition to an excuse, gave us a discount, which makes up for it a bit!

We had bought our car from their colleagues in Zutphen. After having driven it for a month, we went back with the sound we heard all this time. Really class service from the garage, they could have sent us back to Zutphen.

I don't live in Rijssen myself, but I like their service so much that I drive half an hour so my car is repaired there.

Recently I bought a new car through Pouw Rijssen. Arnold helped me a lot. I have also had bad experiences with Audi salespeople from another dealer in the region, which would actually have been the logical choice in terms of distance from home. They simply had no interest in me, it seemed. Probably too busy.
Arnold, on the other hand, took time and gave me the opportunity to test drive the intended car (etron 55). Hopefully delivery and service will go just as well soon.

3 weeks ago bought an occasion at Pouw Rijssen .. after a few days found out that the air conditioning was not working properly, this was immediately resolved and it was not difficult at all! Super!
