Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island Review

A very expensive hotel compared to other four-star hotels in Abu Dhabi, but its price is higher than five-star. The floor coverings are not clean to the degree required, the interior lighting is very poor. The water collects in the middle of the bathroom. If water is poured for any circumstance, the bathroom shattaf is broken. The bed decor is made of wood and not coated with hardwood or sponge. children

It is a lovely place to visit if i have to tell anyone to go for a holiday it will be Radisson Blu Abu D

Reception staff were extremely friendly. Received by Ayesha who made sure all my needs were taken care of. Got a sweet upgrade as well.

Everything was good from the attention of the staff they are so helpful and kind, to the breakfast was excellent We were very pleased with the friendly attention of Ruma, from the Buffet Breakfast, the bedrooms and the comfort of the beds, the swimming pool, the gym (It s very complete)... With no doubts I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The rooms in a bad condition,, the curtains very dirty and the smoking smell every where ,, the music sound in the swimming pool till 11:30pm very loud.. our visit it was for a work purpose.. so the conditions it should be better. Thanks for giving us this chance

Of the places available on Yas Island I'm giving this 3 stars. If it were located anywhere else it would get more from me. There are just betters options, like the Viceroy and others.

Really nice rooms, gym and pool.
Room service was nice considering it was served in a naf plastic box because of covid etc.
Belgium bar was particularly good food but drinks are expensive.

The accomodation was great and the staff treated very well especially the honorable professor at the reception

My greatest regret was using their valet parking. They did not only scratch the front bumper of our car but also the back. The sad part was they NEVER ever admitted that they did it eventhough we have pictures of the car before we checked in the hotel. We drove from our house in Dubai coming straight to the hotel then drove back home the next day straight from the hotel to our house. No accidents or anything. Please check your cars before leaving the hotel, we did not have the chance to do that cos we waited very long for our car to come out and our babies were screaming. Staff were alright and rooms were decent but nobody seemed to care about our complaint...

Awesome hotel + good service but the yas circuit always nosy

The entrance is quite bumpy, not to mention that they share it with Park Inn; so they get their fair share of traffic.

Kind staff, quiet rooms and clean also, best location in Abu Dhabi

Was there for massage treatment together with my wife. Massage was very nice, only downside was that there is no couples room.

Previously identified various issues which escalated to the point where I had received a call and email from the hotel staff. They listened, understood and accepted my issues; in which I received a response. They are attending to these issues with compassion, which relates to great customer service.

My company arranged initial accommodation here when I shifted to Abudhabi. Great facility and staffs are amazing. I was really desperate of moving from Dubai, but this hotel made me really happy with the facilities. Room setup was really beautiful. maintenance staffs were so polite so that they even find time to arrange my personal things. Used to go to gym everyday and pool sometimes. Very nice place and recommended. Only thing I feel is it is far away from city and could have been little more close to Yas Mall. I lost my favorite headphone here btw :(

Clean and spacious balcony with beautiful view overlooking the golf course

I had a wrong start with one of the worst reservation dept in my life. Ignorant, arrogant and marketing inexperienced. Maybe just lazy since the hotel is best seller due to location. Excellent reception,valet and cleaning services. Compliments to Fellini restaurant for service and atmosphere. Artisan kitchen for buffet breakfast was pretty dull but for all tastes. I visited during Eid and the had clearly lost the game due to full house. Management should get more staff during these days...There are 3 pools..with different levels but adjustent...so u get a crowed family area right next to the empty adults pool where u can still hear the same noise....just avoid the splashes...Rooms looked clear but with carpeted floor! I am not don't of it in 2018...Belgian cafe food below average...but u can still get a cold beer out of a small variety.

Pool area was amazing, the room was basic. Thier cleaning team is really lackluster- they didn't clean the bathroom floor. It's a beautiful place, ...but its older and poorly maintained.

Hotel is very good. Front desk staff is excellent
. But valet and concierge service staff in not at all good. Thy really need to work on it and add some good staff. Apart from that the hotel is excellent. Good breakfast and pool.

Checking in during weekends is a nightmare... took me hours of waiting. Shower water temperature fluctuates from cold to hot every half a minute or so. The room was OK.

Handy location, as 10 minute drive from the airport. Very good shuttle service too to the main attractions. Very attentive, polite and hard-working staff. Without them, this place would be nothing.

The hotel is quite old and suitable for the price.

The hotel was stunning. Easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Buffet Breakfast was incredible experience loved the fruits selection. The staff Sean was brilliant. Thanks to pool bar staff too. Perfection in all categories!
