Awful.. Toilet seats are dirty.. Rooms are dirty.. Furniture is broken(will post pics)Operators dont answer the phone.. Check in takes an hour.. Currently in the hotel, and just cant bare it, its the first night.. A total loss of money and time.. If they cant maintain it.. They should close it down..
Clean rooms, reasonably priced.. courtesy is in their staff DNA
No help when we arrived to the hotel thanx to Karim employee helped us find best price the hotel knows we attended the Concert they splayed us a-lot of water in the room without informing them its great thing 3 stars to be fair
Shopping mall, beach, circuit, Ferrari world are near. Other than the mall, there is nothing that I can not walk to the last minute.
I would give one star for the service by 2 staff. Before getting down we requested wheel chair, the conceirge said we donot have wheel chair, at the hotel entrance she fell down, all looked except one came to help. In 2 minutes we had wheel chair. Oh you have wheel chair now. Her fingers were bleeding. Than we approched the reception, the lady responded with unpleasant look like we were not welcomed asked us to sit and said i am doing check in. 5mins later a family of 5 dressed in white came to reception and she preferred to leave all the work and attend him and provided the room. The next day she fell down again, Surprisingly none of the hotel had an idea if any physically challenged old couple checks in at the hotel they should be taken care to show that this hotel provides best services for all.
