Paid for a room with two queens, they booked every double queen and then the hotel staff tried to put it on us as our fault. Offered no discounts didn't have any parking on the property so had to park at another hotel. Bed had urine stains. Do not stay here!
Kind of a lackluster stay. Thermostat in our room didn't work and the hot water was turned off in the morning. The manager was great and took care of us, but I'd still rather just have a hot shower.
Charged for reasons unknown, didn t even stay 8 hours
This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I can ever remember staying in.
Dirty rag on the floor, trash and hair in the drawers, food on the floors, and a clump of hair in the bed which clearly hadn't been laundered. There is no excuse.
Nice rooms, good location and decent rates. AC went out for all the rooms we had booked. Unfortunate, Radisson is usually solid. They are remodelling which is a good sign that they are there to stay and this was an isolated incident.
I have not stayed yet but I called with questions and Megan was so kind and helpful! Great costumer service!! See you tomorrow night!!
The airlines use this to park people who have missed their connecting flight etc.. It's ok. Decent sized room, small bathroom
The bed was comfy. Really loved the waiter in the restaurant for breakfast. Lots of personality for weary travelers

This is sort of a big old spacious hotel cheaply maintained.
It was advertised as having hot breakfast (04/19/2021) in Hotel Tonight App and only had a cheap and cold small breakfast.
No customer service from Front Desk woman (12/2 @ 11:00 pm). Acted like my question was stupid, asked if they sold t-shirts. As a hotel that regularly gets customers through Delta Airlines bumped flights, it could add to your bottom line to sell logo'd t-shirts. Just saying, most of these folks don't have any luggage with them.
Nice hotel close to SLC Airport with 24 hour shuttle. Dan, our waiter in the onsite Restaurant was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Old and Rough, but conveniently located and low rates
Our room door was broke, I had to throw my body into it to get it to open and then it wouldn't shut unless you slammed it. Both our TVs wouldn't work. When we pulled out the hide away bed a bunch of candy wrappers fell out. No one knew how to turn on the fire pit outside or the pool lights. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and moved us rooms. But at 10pm with 2 kids it's hard to do. The new room was fine but there was red splattered who knows what all over the ceiling. But I do appreciate the poor guy up front who dealt with us and was so nice with helping us move rooms!
2.5 stars Rooms are clean but have only a heater in the winter and ac in the summer...so you re out of luck if you want to be cooler or warmer than the rest of the building.

The elevator button is broken for floor 3 and the button outside literally shocked me!! My finger still hurts. I need to talk to someone about this that's a huge risk its get to tell how much damage a shock like this can do
Sometimes i use this place as long term airport parking. It was great one time, but I think I'm done with it. They didn't answer the phone when my flight got back, so I had to call an Uber. And they don't really have a good process for long term parking not involving an overnight stay. Hotel rooms are fine though.
Closed to the airport had a shuttle for free but it books up fast. Very nice big rooms with a fireplace

I stayed 1 night back in 2007. The room was well kept, the staff was friendly, and it was a quiet.
Looks great from the lobby, but not very impressive otherwise. Room was pretty good, but pillows smelt a bit musty, bathroom door could be left open so was absolutely freezing, didn t have much hot water, and a little moldy in the shower. I was supposedly the random VIP guest of the day and there was a sign out front that said I d get a free room upgrade, discount at the restaurant, drink tickets, free breakfast, and a welcome gift, but none of those things actually happened. When I asked the man at the front desk just told me to grab a drink and a snack from the snack bar. He was generally unhelpful and did not seem like he wanted to help or even be there. Parking was limited and poorly organized and there were some suspicious looking people loitering in the garage when I left at 5am that did not appear to be guests
A bit outdated however going through remodeling as we speak. Good location for my purposes.
A dated hotel with some bizarre updates and renovations( eg: the bathrooms are redone but the brown shower still looks like its straight from 1980 and the toilet is positioned so you cant even open the door halfway)It seems like all of the budget went to the lobby because the rooms were a bit disappointing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Workout room is decent. The pool was a bit gross.
The front desk manager was shockingly rude, and unprofessional. Anybody can have a bad day. But to have an outburst and take it out on a random guest walking by Is the most unbelievable experience I ve had in 20 years of business travel.
Apart from that, the halls and rooms have the feeling of an old motel that has not been remodeled since it was built years ago.
If you are looking to have a pleasant stay go somewhere else.
Very unreliable shuttle service. We waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle at the airport that was supposed to be there for us. Rooms are worn down. Staff was not pleasant.
Nice hotel, easy to get to from the airport. Clean and quiet and there is a bar.
Overall everything was nice: staff were very friendly, we ate at the restaurant which was really good (especially the steak fries). The only thing that bugged me was when ever the heat kicked on or off it was extremely loud and woke me up a few times.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience I ve had. Lobby is nice but it goes down hill quickly. Crumbs and garbage on the floor outside the rooms, garbage cans overflowing. Elevator was broken for majority of the stay. The smell of weed wafted from the employee staff room. No coffee and no breakfast, although that was advertised. Holes in the wall paper. Parking lot was too full to find parking either in the lot or on the street. When asking about garage parking, staff said it was safer to park on the street than in the garage. Is that possible?

We spent two weeks at the Radisson Airport SLC during a business trip. During that time one of my coworkers had his truck stolen from the parking garage (locked with no keys in it). Staff didn t seem surprised or concerned, and it seemed like an impossible task to get management involved to get surveillance video. I also had my Apple Pencil that I left in my room mysteriously disappear shortly after checkout. Called multiple times asking about it but was never called back once.
Wait staff for restaurant is consistently very understaffed with one person for 12+ tables and the bar. Wait staff does their best with the situation they are given, but they need at least two servers especially during busy times. Dishes and silverware consistently dirty with large chunks of food on them. They know how bad the situation is because they try to bribe you with free drinks from 5:30-6:30 on week days. I ll give them two stars just for that.
Furnishings are dated at best. At least the bed didn t have bedbugs and was pretty comfortable. Toilet wouldn t flush and ended up having to fix it myself (chain and internals completely rusted) because I was told the maintenance guy was gone for the day and the only other option was to change rooms. Maintenance guy never showed up the rest of the week. Cleaning was inconsistent and didn t always replace all towels or dishes. The employees were generally pleasant to talk to, but cleaners have a bad habit of slamming doors when they start cleaning early in the morning.
I don t plan on coming back if I have a choice of hotels near the airport in the future.
I will never use Radisson again- those Radisson Rewards Points are useless if guests are not respected.
This Location is great, room was fine, restaurant good and friendly, but my overall view of this place was ruined by them not admitting my down jacket recently purchased at Macy s was found in the room after I checked out.
Yes, it was my mistake for leaving it, but it is an even bigger mistake for one of their staff to steal it, and not turn it in to office as property of a hotel guest.

Older feeling hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Room had some minor issues. Toilet flushing issues, thermostat with a mind of its own.

* Outdated hotel with peeling paint, old elevator, and dark hotel room
* Dirty - the hallways were littered with crumbs and small trash items
* Slow internet
* Breakfast is a packed muffin or sealed froezn Jimmy dean sandwich for you to microwave. No water
AC was out and the cooks didn't show up to work so breakfast was a no go.
I stayed in this hotel many times before , always great always clean, I mean it's a Radisson right , well I'm not sure if they changed management or owners of that particular branch but it is by far not what it used to be , not nearly at clean , and customer service its just simply gone border line rude , specially if you book thru a 3rd party they will treat you Less than cordial, our issue was that they didn't cleaned our room , no clean towels , not toilet paper refill, yet when we talked to them they said , sorry it's just that you book thru a 3rd party and not directly to us , there for there is nothing we can do
So you can stay like that of find somewhere else to go , and you have to go chase your refund thru the 3rd party , because they don't take any responsibility for the money that you already payed .
Nice people, but hotel shuttle is unreliable. If you are pressed for time use a more reliable form of transportation.
We just left this room and had to book our second day in town somewhere else, we informed management this morning before we left that the drain in the tub was clugged . When we got back from a long fun day in the snow , the tub hadn't been fixed , but worst the room hadn't even been cleaned, went down stairs to talk to them and the front desk lady said there is nothing she could do since they didn't have enough people to clean the rooms , I mention to her that I fail to see how that was our problem, since we payed for a clean room and simply expected to get one for our money , my choices were to either stay or leave and get a refund but that night , long story short if you don't want to be looking for a room in the middle of the night, don't stay here , save your self a headache..
Large rooms, great breakfast buffet and wonderful service.
I booked this room because it was close to the airport and I had an early flight. The rooms were large but the bathroom was small and needing some updating. It was a little dated and I needed the front desk clerk to show me how to open the door because the handle was not working properly. The breakfast was pretty expensive so I ate at the airport. Parking is a little odd, if you have a large vehicle you won t fit under in garage so you need to park on the street.
I loved this establishment! All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and staff was GREAT, especially our shuttle driver, Nadeem, who is yet my friend today in Christ! Blessings upon this place in Jesus name amen

Hotel is nice on the inside. Staff is just ok. The bar always looks awkward so I never go.
Overall hotel experience was ok. Check in @4:30p was extremely slow and took about 45 mins. There was a long line and only one employee @front desk. Finding parking was an absolute nightmare. We drove around for 30 mins and many people were forced to park illegally on the street and in front of fire hydrants with little to no other options. I could not risk parking illegally(having a rental) so I asked the front desk where to park- because their lot & garage was full. Front desk told me to park at the hotel lot across the street and to physically go into the other hotel and tell their front desk that the manager at the Raddison said it was okay for me to park there ,so that s what I did. The parking situation and going to the other hotel s front desk was odd. Room had no odor and smelled clean. Linens, towels, and bathroom were clean. But room had major wear and tear. Bathroom floors cracked, shower faucet in bad condition, windows were extremely dirty and could barely see through them, curtains were very dusty. The hotel elevator smelled very strongly of marijuana but the hallways didn t smell. It said there was a complimentary hot breakfast available when booking, but in the morning all they had was prepackaged muffins. Room stayed pretty quiet throughout the whole time even with the high occupancy. Overall stay was ok but I wouldn t stay again or recommend .
Front desk staff was very nice. The hotel itself was pretty clean (much better than most places).
Room was very spacious. But, no phone-had to walk back to desk for question. Had a fireplace room, but it didn't work. Was looking forward to relaxing. Still, it was a good experience.

I'm writing this review from the parking garage where we are locked out on our last night because 1) the employees were all parked in handicap spaces and 2) the door is broken and has no sign indicating so and 3) we cannot get ahold of the staff. Our first room came with a clogged sink and toilet. We switched to a "better" room with mold in the bathroom and a broken door. The staff doesn't answer calls or fulfill requests for housekeeping. We have taken out our own trash for a week, the heat/thermostat is broken, neither of the rooms were well cleaned, and for some reason the windows are glued shut. The plumbing is so weak that you have to hold the toilet handle down for 5 minutes to get it to flush and you would get better water pressure than the shower has from a detached garden hose. We had to buy an air mattress and blankets because they wouldn't give us a rollaway with two queens. Elevators have constantly been down all week. Please do not stay here - these are not just things that have been nit picked during our stay, they were incredibly frustrating problems. This is a 1 star hotel cleverly disguised as a 3.5 star hotel, I truly do not know how it has stayed in business. I would rather stay at the sketchy Motel 6 down the street than this craphole.
Check and was quick with good service. The room was nice but could use just a little updating.
Disappointed that used to be top notch place with a name that you could rely on. Not any more. Paid for a suite and noted I wouldn't be there until late. Went to check in a pick up keys and they had given away my room that was paid for. Wanted me to accept a down grade room with 2 beds for the same price of a suite. Had to sleep in my car.
Now I will find something else for the next 2 days and it won't ever be there. Unless you have keys in hand avoid after hours because the night clerks could care less.
Just finished an absolutely delicious meal at their restaurant "Sapphire Grill" Southwest Chicken wrap and some French onion soup. The presentation was excellent, and the flavors gave my taste buds a rather nice wake up! I totally suggest giving them a try. The staff was very friendly, and made sure our needs were taken care of before we mentioned it :)
Absolutely love the room, and the staff have been great. The breakfast is a little overpriced and housekeeping has somehow missed my room 2 days in a row now... But all in all 4 stars for sure
No parking. Unclean rooms. Woke up with cleaning lady standing over me twice. Blood stains on blackout curtains. Room key describes every night
I had a reservation for this hotel and the front desk guy was VERY RUDE! So much that I didnt even finish the check in. Plus he tried charging me a 250.00 deposit all because I'm a Utah resident!?!? He should be FIRED for terrible customer service. Ive delt with customer service for a long time in my career and never once have I received such poor service. Do your company a favor Radison hotels and Fire that guy ypu have working for your front desk.
got there a week ago, dust, sheet rock construction renovating going on. What a mess. I was on second floor and whenever the person on the third floor walked around the floor would creak above me. I won't say anymore and believe there is more...
Check in was smooth. Notified front desk that the sheets were dirty, he gave us yet another room with dirty sheets. Housekeeping at this hotel is horrible. There were hair and stains all over the beds in both rooms. Will never book here again. I could've slept in the airport if I would've known this. Don't stay here.

Comfortable rooms with sleep number beds
Large LCD tvs and all channels were crystal clear
Food in the restaurant was good and there were daily specials
Check-in was fast without any issues
Cons:
Parking can be limited if you have anything larger than a mid-size sedan (think SUV or minivan)
The food in the restaurant was good but staff was limited so service can be slow when busy (not the staff's fault but more managements for not preparing ahead)
Bathtubs/showers were clean but need updating
I spent a week here and didn't have any issues and would have no problem staying here again.

These folks are very friendly. I needed to wait for an inbound flight and they let me use their facilities for wifi. They even offered me drink and food. I felt their warmth and pride in their work.
Just had the worst service and food in a long time. Watched four tables leave most of their food because it was close to inedible. Will not come back and will not recommend. Sadly only checked in 2 hours ago.
We got stranded in Salt Lake, this was an oasis for me. They were so great, loved the room and the pool.
