Regarding the food. Had the rib eye and it was flavorless. Best thing on the plate was the potatoes. The french onion soup was not served as hot as it should be. It was disappointing overall.

The rooms and accommodations were great for the price! This is about 5 mins from the airport tops and on the West side of town but it is away from everything and such a gem. I will definitely stay here more often when coming to SLC.

The customer service was amazing. The rooms were very clean. Only downside was our room had no air conditioning which made it hard to sleep.

I would give this hotel 5 stars but I ordered room service and they couldn't even get that right but the rooms were nice and comfortable.

I wish I could give 100 stars. My spouse got us a room for our 7 year wedding anniversary Saturday and later that night I got sooooo sick with the flu, was up all night sicker than sick, fever, cough, restless. They let us stay one more night for the same price we paid the day before (which was amazing because on Expedia the price of our room was almost $190 for a room) and offered to shuttle me to an instacare or to store for Cold Medicine as they didnt have anything but alka seltzer. The lady at the front desk was so kind, caring and polite. Our room was beautiful, it was a perfect get away for our 7 Year Anniversary. Just wish I had not gotten so dang sick but I'm blown away at the amount of care and hospitality that we got. Thank you Radisson for making our Anniversary Special and for Caring and trying to help me feel better.

The air conditioning went out when we were there in August. It was out for over two days; they didn't fix it, nor offer any assistance other than telling us to open windows. We were told there were no maintenance people on the weekend. They didn't even offer us fans, or apologies. The rooms were not cleaned daily. The bar/restaurant staff was pleasant but inexperienced and very slow. I wouldn't stay again.

Great location especially if you are returning a rental at the offsite rental facility. Nice hotel, rooms are a little dated but clean

Beautiful hotel. 1st room was perfect except there was NO heat. It was in the 30's outside. They had us move to another room (after we fully unpacked) without assistance; new room smaller but thankfully had heat...but only tepid shower water. Even tried taking a shower at a different time of day...still not hot. Very close to airport, shuttle on time.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a little bit older, but they were nice enough. Housekeeping was great, they cleaned the rooms well. The lobby, restaurant and bar area are very new and nice, but the food could use some improvement. They do have some open-air, underground parking. Lock your vehicle if you park down there, as the area is known for theft.

Stayed during COVID, room was clean and seemed well ventilated. Good price and was able to book last minute. Great roadtrip option!

The rooms were large and comfortable and the hotel overall was nice and clean. It was easy to get to and mostly easy to spot. My only (small) complaint was while the employee checking us in was efficient, he was not in the least bit friendly. He wasn't unfriendly, just seemed as though he's rather be anywhere else.

Staying here for a conference. I love the decor and ambiance of the hotel as you enter the lobby. Feels like I was taken back in Europe! Love the feel. The rooms are well appointed and very clean! Very spacious as well! I love how there are separate sinks for when someone is using the shower (one sink in there), you can use the other sink located in the dressing area.

Front desk: It's a hit and miss with some front desk staff. As I checked in, I am not really familiar with the area, so I was asking the lady who checked me in regarding shuttles if any to the convention center and all she said was read the sign. OMG, oh well, maybe she wasn't aware of it as well. Or, maybe a bad day for her? Nonetheless, the next day, I approached the front desk again asking how to get to the convention center and amazingly, another staff was friendly enough to hand me a map, and highlight where to go.

Overall, I love this hotel! It is elegant in feel and beautifully designed.

This is a nice hotel. If you look closely, there are little things that make it not as nice (a small spot of mold in the bathroom, a light fixture that's sagging and bit, a towel with a frayed edge), but none of these affected my visit negatively. The biggest problem I had was that they did not offer a free continental breakfast like most hopes of comparable price and quality.

I was invited to breakfast by a dear friend. We had a delicious meal in an environment that was just as delicious. Thank you.

The room was nice. The smell in the elevator was horrible. It smelled like rotten eggs. I was excited to enjoy the pool which was both clean and relaxing. Disappointed that the hotel was under construction; due to that fact, they had a very limited bar. Lastly, I asked for a shuttle to the airport for 6 am. It didn't show up until 6:25 am and no one apologized to the group waiting for the delay.

This was probably the nicest hotel stay that I have ever had. It was clean and comfortable but it was the staff that made it great. Everyone seemed like they were -genuinely Happy to help you. Not something you find that often...I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice. But the morning breakfast was $12 totally not worth it. It's the same breakfast you can get at other hotels for free. Everything in the restaurant was way over priced as well.

Big, clean rooms with nice beds and furnishings. Gets loud due to traffic and apparently frequent hurricane force sounding winds. Currently being renovated so cannot use the main entrance. Has a small but nicely equipped fitness center.

Much better than expected. The rooms are clean and the towels are extra thick. They try hard at breakfast and it is pretty good. Breakfast better than comparable hotels.

This hotel is super father. The room is a very good size and everything is very close!

Lobby looks great. Rooms are old and dirty! Staff is amazing! Manager is rude! Mice run up and down the halls on the first floor! Will never stay here again! Just a fancy version of Motel 6

Very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows super comfy. Really fun server chats with me on every visit the past three years.

Booked a 5:30 shuttle to the airport, show up downstairs and the shuttle is full and driving off before 5:30. Hotel staff said we could call a cab if we like on our own dime. What's the point of booking a shuttle if they don't hold seats for you? No room on the 6:00 shuttle, so we are left to fend for ourselves. Would have been nice to know this when we checked in so we could have made arrangements, instead we sit and wait for an Uber on our dime. Quality service.........

This is a terrible Radisson.

I was here for a work trip and called ahead to ensure that there was a business center and acceptable internet. Although they said there was, this is NOT the case.

I spoke with the manager five times about fixing the internet the morning before my calls started. He kept lying and saying it was me, my computer etc. I ran a Speedtest on the network and it showed the bandwidth to not be strong enough to even load a web browser.

When I asked a different person at the front desk, she quickly admitted the internet has been down and being worked on. So... obviously it s a known problem and they feel ok lying to their customers. Neat.

Staff was very helpful and the room was good for the price!

Dirty, no help from staff, windows glued and screwed shut, yellow stains on bed, tv didn t work, alarms going off in other rooms for hours. Rude rude rude never stay again

THIS PLACE WILL ONLY STAY IN BUSINESS BECAUSE IT'S BY THE AIRPORT...my opinion of course.
The breakfasts for $12.00 is a joke. It's the standard free continental you can get anywhere else. The scrambled eggs are the yellow powdered mix. The cooks have no clue how to make over easy eggs and we waited 25 minutes for the waitress to tell us there was an "egg incident." Our room was I the 3rd floor and the window wouldn't close. We notified staff in the morning and they said maintenance would fix it. We got back at midnight and it still wasn't fixed. It was snowing while we were there and a huge bubble formed in the ceiling.

Went for lunch. Dan the waiter was VERY friendly and did a great job keeping our drinks full. The fish and chips were very good. I only go every so often, but the service is really great every time.

Good hotel and service, even in this pendamic of COVID-19. They were really outperforming. good clean rooms, good clean facillity and much more.

The night front desk people were less than excited to help me.
When I got to my room and pulled back the sheets there was hair and other things smeared in the sheets and pillow.
I called and she reluctantly gave us another room.
Everything looked good - went to turn the heater up and it would not go above 70 degrees. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn t work.

The morning staff at checkout was amazing!

Dan our server was marvelous! He made us feel welcomed, service was excellent and the food was delicious. Rooms were clean, beds are comfy. Easy access to airport.

Staff is friendly, but understaffed. I had asked for a quiet room and was given a room overlooking a busy three lanes highway. Room was large and very clean. I booked it at the last minute and was focused on proximity to the airport.

Front desk was very rude, they gave us a TV with no cord & had to ask them six times to come to check it out. They kept saying five minutes, five minutes and never came till I had to get scream at them. They gave us a room with dirty beds and then we asked for new sheets because we got itchy and found out that we they have bedbugs. I would not recommend coming to stay at this hotel.. terrible service!

Lady at the front desk was rude when I called, rude when I checked in...the manager was helpful. Hotel was nice.

No issues with the room or staff whatsoever. However, the pool had some debris of the organic variety floating in a clump in one of the corners.

Very nice hotel! Clean, easy to get to, front staff are very friendly, courteous and welcoming.
It has a gym, guest laundry, bar, restaurant open from 5pm to 10pm. Its also just steps away from at least a couple excellent choices for outside restaurants.
Its got an underground parking garage with 3 elevators to get to and from the upper levels of the hotel. You need to get a parking permit from the front desk that has to be displayed in your dashboard/windshield. The entrance to the garage is at the Northwest of the hotel with a max clearance height of 6'10".
Overall a pleasant stay, will stay again if its needed. 5 stars !

Happy hour treat offered at the hotel where they serve free beer and drinks is a great way to mix and mingle with guests. Not far from the airport either.

Average airport hotel. Rooms somewhat so dated and in need of repair. Staff treated me well.

Hotel was nice, fairly clean. Not sure how well they vacuumed because we found a small piece of what looked like an earring on the floor in our room. It has a nice restaurant, but $14 for the breakfast buffet seemed a little steep to me. Also, the complimentary shampoo smells like rotting pumpkin. The conditioner was better though. Overall, I would stay again. I would definitely bring my own shampoo.

If it wasn't for the machine noise, and having to move from one room to another.it would have been a 4star. The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient.close to the airport with a shuttle.

Hotel had good decor and style, everything I saw was in good working order. Staff was friendly and courteous. There is a pool, but no hot tub (I was told by the front desk, but did not personally investigate). It closes early though. I tried to get a drink at 10:50 and was unable to. Seems kind of early to be unable to get room service or a beer, but well, so it goes. There are a few restaurants nearby, as well, and it's as easy a drive to the airport as you could ever want. It's literally a 5 minute drive with 2 turns. I'd highly recommend for a layover or very quick stay, because of it's proximity to airport, shuttle to airport, and good service there. If you want nightlife, or to explore the town I'd maybe consider trying another location.

Nice hotel, breakfast was a little crowded, very limited seating. The manager reception was good, but since you couldn't leave the lobby, it was standing room only

0 stars from me. I was profiled as soon as I walked through the doors. Front desk staff and manager were rude to me and other person staying in room. Stopped that guest and was eventually locked out of room for reasons unknown. I will not recommend staying here or recommending hotel. Thanks to nighy staff who was polite and helpful

If you like to sweat while you sleep then this is the hotel for you!!!! A/C did not work in the room we were in. When we checked out the gal at the front desk told us that there had been other complaints of that as well and just offered us a coffee for our troubles. Then upon returning from our trip we called for a shuttle to pick us up to take us back for our car. We waited for over an hour and after other follow up calls in which they assured us that the driver had already left we gave up and called an uber to take us back to the hotel to pick up our car. The ironic thing was that when we were leaving the lot we noticed the shuttle still,parked under the portichere.

No AC in the entire hotel! The only thing making my stay here bearable was the restaurant on the main floor. Wings were awesome.

We stayed here for a weekend for our honeymoon. The manager (or so he says he is the manager) wasnt very helpfu, lied multiple time. The room itself was pretty nice, not cleaned properly though. Almost gone toilet paper, hand print smears all over the headboard and a few stains on the sheets and pillows. Th part that I'm mad about is that they took a deposit (which they didn't tell us about until we checked in) and told us we would get it back in 10 days. It's been well over 10 days and we haven't gotten it back, we called a few times before they finally answered and the manager was very rude and would not give us a straight answer. Extremely mad about this and absolutely wont be coming back

The rooms were comfortable, looked modern, and had nice furniture. Check in was easy and breakfast was offered.

Either the walls weren't noise insulated very well or perhaps it was just the volume of the other guests with crying children and doors opening and closing all night

Overall I felt it was a good experience and we'll worth the price I paid.

I have stayed here twice for several nights. Decent bar/restaurant and cheerful staff. Problems with elevators and laundry facilities both times. They also sell airport parking so you may end up parking on street. That may be a plus, as I know a car in the garage was broken into last month and thefts persist. Other hotels in this vicinity may have the same issue, there are desperate folks living under I-80...

Except for the fact that there was a basketball team, or something, that was there at the same time as us and the staff NEVER ONCE told them to quiet down and stop running in the hallway, it was a nice stay!

Sraff was exceptional! The floors needed vacuumed but other than that it was a nice stay in a simple, clean room.

Arrived 1st night to find bathroom door dirty with what appeared to be soda, shower drain was clogged and water would drain really slow, shower water handle kept on falling off when turning water off and on , no complimentary breakfast (seems like every other hotel does), and WiFi was really slow

Everything was nice until we checked our bill and had a $20 charge as I called to find out what it was about I had been accused of stealing a hairdryer I was headed to Las Vegas for four days to stay at New York New York I did not nee to steal d a blow dryer I called for four hours and could not get the general Manager to return my phone call The issue still has not been resolved I still have not received a call very upset about the situation I did not even take the complementary shampoo and conditioners and we ordered room service so being a thief far from it I do hope they find their blow dryer!!

We used their lot parking and shuttle service for our personal car while we were on our trip. The shuttle to the airport from their hotel was great; however, once we returned to the airport we waited for 40 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. There was a radisson shuttle there that we tried to get on with, he had 1 passenger and he told us that we had to wait and to call the front desk to get a shuttle. We tried to call them a ridiculous amount of times, and nobody would answer the phone. Supposedly the shuttle service comes every 15 minutes, but that is not the case! We ended up catching a ride with the Best Western shuttle to the Ramada, which is a sister company of the Radisson, and had to wait another 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive there! I will never use this shuttle service again. Their communication was terrible and their service was deplorable!

I was there last week and my impression is like they trying to brain wash you with the news, every TV starts with fox news, I was there twice last week, the two rooms where I stayed the tv goes back to fox news every time I turned it on and off. How ridiculous is this? Your hotel force us to watch fox news? Are you serious? Hopefully somebody from the hotel reply to me review.

Room needed repair. Cold showers. Phone didn't work. Bed was comfy but the room I stayed in was quite loud throughout the night with road noise and thin wall noises. Elevator didn't work.

The Room was not cleaned, the key cards did not work multiple times. There was a disabled woman that got harassed by the front desk when all she wanted was an extra blanket. Whenever the front desk was contacted, they ignored the phone and we're not at the front desk when people went to the lobby. There was also issues with the elevators. If it was possible to give my experience 0 stars, I would. I am appalled at the dirtiness and total disregard for others that is apparently allowed here. I will not be returning and if you are looking to stay somewhere, I suggest you look elsewhere till there is new staff. With just the fact that they don't clean the rooms during COVID-19, they are risking the spread of diseases out of laziness. If you even ask them for help and I quote "You're just being picky." So remember guys and gals that if you want to be treated with respect and have a clean room that you are being picky. Also don't bother reading the responses from the hotel about "How they care about you and take matters seriously" because they do not care and they will not make necessary changes for your benefit. If you are looking for hospitality you will never find it here.
