The Room was not cleaned, the key cards did not work multiple times. There was a disabled woman that got harassed by the front desk when all she wanted was an extra blanket. Whenever the front desk was contacted, they ignored the phone and we're not at the front desk when people went to the lobby. There was also issues with the elevators. If it was possible to give my experience 0 stars, I would. I am appalled at the dirtiness and total disregard for others that is apparently allowed here. I will not be returning and if you are looking to stay somewhere, I suggest you look elsewhere till there is new staff. With just the fact that they don't clean the rooms during COVID-19, they are risking the spread of diseases out of laziness. If you even ask them for help and I quote "You're just being picky." So remember guys and gals that if you want to be treated with respect and have a clean room that you are being picky. Also don't bother reading the responses from the hotel about "How they care about you and take matters seriously" because they do not care and they will not make necessary changes for your benefit. If you are looking for hospitality you will never find it here.
